I used A1 twice when demoing an old guest house at the back of my property. Wont use anyone else now, my experience with them far exceeded other companies Ive used. Responsive, prompt, flexible, good pricing. Props to the guy that dropped off the dumpster trailer to my house. He made backing up through my 12ft wide gate off of a main traffic road into my very slim driveway look too easy.

These guys are great - I have used them for dumpster rental three times to date. They are very pleasant to work with, professional and affordable. Renting of their dumpsters has saved me so much time when working on certain projects around the house.

A1 was absolutely amazing to work with!!! My family had to clean out an elderly family members home after being moved to assisted living. The dumpster was delivered on time on Friday and placed in the exact location as I requested. Once we began work on Saturday, we quickly filled the container and realized that we would need a second one. I called the number thinking they would be closed on Saturday. A gentleman answered and after a prompt return call, told me the second unit was on the way!! This company is extremely courteous, professional and provided outstanding customer service to our family that faced a daunting task. Thank you A1 for making this so easy on us!!

Excellent rapport with the scheduling coordinator. She was very friendly, understanding and responsive to our needs. The unit arrived a little earlier than scheduled but that was very advantageous to my purpose.

Had 2K pounds of carp in dumpster removed from my house. Some or all of it was found dumped on private property in mt holly. Cops called me based on them finding my phone number in the refuse. Told them I didnt do it and never heard back from a1 about how that could have happened

These people are great! We used them a few months back. Ordering a dumpster was a breeze, Roxy helped me with everything. How to size the job/dumpster size, fees, everything seriously!!! Drop off was quick and they pick up after two weeks which depending on what your doing is awesome. Now we need another dumpster and are going back to them. Everyone was amazing and friendly. You guys are the coolest.

I called and spoke with a friendly knowledgeable employee who helped me determine which dumpster size we needed. It was priced $10 less than other facilities I called. They were able to deliver it on the same day as our call! Once we finished with our tear down project we called to have it picked up earlier than the length of time that was given. They were able to pick it up early so we didnt have to worry about the timing as we were having an appraisal done of our property. This couldnt have gone more smoothly! We will definitely call A1 Dumpster Rentals the next time we need a dumpster. The driver was awesome! We were having a new roof put on and the truck holding all the shingles waste was in our driveway too. Once we told the dumpster pick up guy that he couldnt hurt the bushes he backed up into our steep driveway and hit the mark on the first try! It was impressive to watch!Friendly, fast service provided by knowledgeable people at a fair price....yes we will use them again and you should too!

Excellent service, with above average delivery drivers! Never ran off the driveway on any of our jobs, causing lawn damages or sprinkler repairs. That means a lot to me and my company. We are a remodeling company, so the various sizes needed also are available from 20 Yard and up. Also, not all dumpster services will accept masonry, and in remodeling, we often have the old masonry to be removed.

This is very much a company you can count on...especially Roxy, she will go out of her way to make sure that you have good service. They are fair and they provide great customer service and their prices are market equitable as well. Roxy even is there on the weekends to make sure things are taken care of for you. Just an FYI, they dont pick up on Sundays, BUT they will not charge you if your pick up day falls on a day they do not do pick ups. I look forward to working with them in the future!!!!!!!!!!!

Was told when I called and scheduled a dumpster over a week in advance that 8 am would work as a delivery time. Upon the day that the dumpster was supposed to arrive to our job site, the dumpster was nowhere to be found. To figure out where the dumpster was I had to call over five times and experienced rude customer service during my inquiry. The dumpster arrived at 2:30 pm. We have used this company in the past, but will not in any future jobs.

They were reasonable, nice, and right on schedule with delivery and pick up. I highly recommend and will use again when in need of a dumpster. Many places have additional fees for pick up, delivery . . they dont have those.

The drivers are good. It is Roxy in the office. Very rude! I called you try to save the driver a trip and said I would call her right back if any problem. She cancelled the pickup. Then called back she hung up on me and another contractor I work with. Told them to come get the dumpster. We need at least 15 more 30 yard dumpster dumped their loss!

I have used A-1 numerous times. I remodel houses and I can say that they are very professional. They have always accommodated me on the timing of my dumpster drop off and pick up. Extremely friendly staff and drivers!!! Wont use anyone else.

Used the Manassas location. Drop off on residential, very small driveway; perfect placement with protection under the roll-off rails of the 15 yd dumpster. On-time delivery meet with two days notice. Equipment is in good condition.

Awful experience, where to begin...They drove their truck along the plants next to my driveway, causing more than $125 in destroyed plants and much more in time. I told them about the problem, and they said that they didnt do it because I had no proof that it was them.I ordered the dumpster a week ahead of time, but they attempted delivery the next day and I had to remind them I didnt need it for a week. Then, they attempted delivery again the very next day! It was a huge hassle.
