Very speedy and quick process... I went in on a Saturday to sign all documents everything was delivered in less then an hour. Nicole has great customer service skills. She gets the job done!! The delivery driver named Denzel was very courteous, friendly and professional too. I can tell hes had some experience working with people. Great customer service Denzel! Keep up the great work!!

Very unprofessional, though they do work with you. They try to give you the run around as if you don’t know anything or don’t look into your own account.Super appreciative that they worked with me for payment purposes, but would never do this again. At least not with this location.

I have been a customer at this Bestway for a number of years and MS Mara one of the managers has always been professional and made sure I was satisfied as a paying customer! Shes all about satifying her customers: I recently had a minor issue with my washer that Im currently purchasing and she went over and beyond to make sure it was repaired and when it needed further servicing she made sure I got a replacement within 24hrs and stayed in communication throughout the process from beginning to end! And for this reason is why I will continue to come to this Bestway for any appliance that I need but cant afford to pay all at once, not to mention they have a few great payment options available to fit ur budget! Ms Mara and her team are the absolute BEST!

I have used them for years and I have no complaints! Good service and as long as you pay your bill like contracted they dont bother you.

Disappointed is an understatement! I will try to make this the short version... we bought a couch from best way in July 2019 it was deliver damaged. After calling and complaining they came and swapped it out for another one. In this process they knocked a hole in our front door and ripped the trim from around the door. I was told by deli you personal to contact the store. So I do... al this point I have a hole in door, no trim, and another damaged couch in my living room. I spent $350 replacing door and trim. I was in contact with the current store manager who suddenly was fired... I then contacted the new manager who would never return my call! She was suddenly fired. The current manager has drafted out 3 payments in the last week and has yet to return my call regarding this. I contacted corporate on Friday and was told I’d hear from district manager in 1 business day.. no call. So I contacted corporate Tuesday and was told I’d receive a call from regional manager WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY.. no call. Now it is Thursday and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. This is a horrible way for a company to provide service to customers who have always been in great standings with y’all!

The manager and staff at this store is AWESOME. They work with you when things arent going right and they are ALWAYS courteous. Great place to get your furniture.

At the last min, I needed to rent furniture till my new furniture arrives. The Mgr was helpful and took care of my delivery prompt.

Mara is the absolute best manager. Ive known her for years and her service is always very professional. This is my go-to place when I need something delivered quick and without a hassle.

I had missed phone calls from this place on February 22th, called to ask what this company was about and why they were calling me and they were so rude, I know now is a rent to own company, of course, what can you expected from ppl work at those places 🙄

Just moved to Charlotte and am looking to rent a washer/dryer set...unfortunately, the customer service via phone was less than impressive (at least from the man at the Tryon St. establishment who fielded my call), ensuring that I wont be doing business here. Not recommended.

When Im done paying off these last 2 things I have,im done,been paying for a washing machine since January of 2016 it is now may of 2018!!And was just told that my buy out wont be until August of 2018 which Ill be paying the full monthly payment plus an additional$10.!!!4501 N.Tryon Street..👎
