Terrible service. They didn’t even bother to call to say the product was out of stock sfter waiting a month, the day of delivery we had to call yo find out why they didn’t show up. No receipts for anything, please make sure you get a valid receipt.

I rent my bedroom furniture from this location and EVERY month I call to make my payments I have issues with the staff the customer service is VERY bad they are rude and disrespectful as hell I wouldnt recommend anyone rent from them for the expensive payments I make every month I should at least receive so good customer service

This business is a fraud, the manager is very despot and very bad-tempered when it comes to serving customers, we had a misunderstanding with the Payments because they told us an amount and then another, which was much higher than the payment agreement, this It is not honest and apparently in the reviews this is usual, my recommendation is that you do not contribute to this business that takes advantage of its customers to overcharge and apart from that treat people badly !!

Terrible service, a woman lying and rude apart, I understand that there may be errors when charging, but they are there to solve it? My husband put the automatic payments, we paid a few months before the whole amount, then they removed even the next month, they did not realize that we had already paid the whole amount, I understand the error, I call for the store and the silly woman tells me, We charge you because you must in this store, I say and I call you to check that we already pay everything and you do not keep taking my money, you are offended and you say do not talk to her and she comes out of disrespect, well give me the option if I want the refund on my card or go to the store for cash!
