Fred and his team did a fantastic job with sanding and staining my hardwood floors, I love the dark finish that was recommended. Completed all painting of my house for a great price and even a better job. Service was done quickly!

Bravo Professional Contractors were professional in every aspect of this project. Mr. Fred Heath was punctual and gave a detailed quote for painting all the interior walls of our home. The painting crew was also prompt, did an excellent job of prepping the rooms, and finished the project ahead of schedule. My wife and I conducted a thorough walk-through and marked with blue tape any flaws we detected. A neighbor had recommended Fred Heath and Bravo Professional Contractors on our neighborhood facebook page, so I gave them a call to get an estimate on replacing some bubbled masonite boards and trim with fiber cement boards, and then painting the whole exterior of the house. Fred was professional and friendly, and his price was right around what I was expecting. He did an excellent job of communicating with me and setting expectations around scheduling.His crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did exactly what was promised and did a quality job. When extra work was needed because they discovered some additional rotted boards, they discussed it with me and got my permission before proceeding. I was happy that they pointed out the rotted boards that I couldnt easily identify at the time of the estimate because they were not immediately viewable. I wanted everything fixed before the new paint job, and they did it in a splendid fashion. The paint job is beautiful, and Fred even suggested painting the old metal awnings. I hadnt even realized that was possible, and having him do it made a big difference in updating the appearance of the house.I will definitely use Fred again and highly recommend him to others!

I would recommend Bravo Professional Contractors to anyone looking to have work done at their home. Fred and team replaced my carpet with vinyl flooring and painted my downstairs. My home isnt large so this definitely wasnt their biggest job but Fred treated me as I were a million dollar client. He was very professional but friendly and so easy to work with. I had all the work completed on my job within a month of first contact. Scheduling was quick and easy and the work was impeccable. I had the interior of my home painted and popcorn ceiling removed by Bravo Professional Contractors in August 2020. A few months later, there was some minor issues with the ceiling paint peeling in my guest bathroom mostly due to moisture and poor ventilation. I reached out to the owner Fred and explained the issue I was having, and he was very quick to respond and assist. I also must mention how the gentleman that came out to repair the ceiling did an awesome job! Overall I’m very pleased with this company and how they stand behind their 1yr warranty that’s included in the agreement. I will definitely be using this company for more upcoming projects!

Bravo did a job for my sister in the Fall. This review is well over due. We took on a major painting project thinking, its paint... cant be that hard. We soon learned that we were beyond wrong. Painting is a profession and should be respected as such! When we contacted Bravo we were on a tight timeline and had already expended some of our budget in our amateur efforts. The owner was kind, professional, understanding and gave top notch customer service. He never insulted our failed efforts and worked with what we had already done. He promised to deliver on our tight timeline and he did. After the walk through, he and his team corrected the issues that we noticed with grace. The experience was a great one. I have not one negative word to say and would highly recommend Bravo to anyone who is looking for a great experience with great results.

Bravo Professional Contractors completed ceiling work for us. We were very satisfied. The work involved the team patching up a large hole in our ceiling created by an undetected leak. Once the patchwork was completed, the team sanded down the drywall and painted it. The work was done seamlessly and undetectable to the naked eye. If you are in need of this or other contractual work, please consider using them. Again, I am sharing since others have helped us when called upon.

I contacted Bravo through thumbtack initially. They were easy to schedule with and Fred, the owner came out to offer a quote.I told him that the previous painters did a poor job and I was concerned about a repeat. He assured me that the contacted painters he hires to do the paint work for him are very good and professional. Employment laws state if you hire a contracted employee you cannot legally tell them how to do the job specifically so I was bit concerned how Fred could control the actions of these unknown contracted employees. I was a bit surprised that they did not have their own paint crew but now that I have had some experience with this company, I feel they dont have their own painters so as to avoid liability from damages etc..Anyway, I decided to give him a chance as he seemed to be a nice guy and honest. He told me that he was going on a family vacation so he would rather start when he returned in a week. I was really in a hurry to get the work done but I agreed to wait for him.I didnt hear back from Fred so I contacted him through thumbtack. His reply didnt make much sense as he said he could give me a quote the next day. He had already given me a quote. He called and explained he had forgotten who I was (great!). I asked him if he was still good to start and he stated he was. He asked if I had signed the contract yet and asked how I would pay the deposit. I told him that I was at work and had not actually signed the contract. I assumed it was just a routine services rendered contract so I didnt anticipate it being a problem. I told him he could get the deposit check in the am when they showed up for the actual job. He seemed to not like that judging from the change in his voice over the phone. I had already purchased all of the paint myself which was over $800 and they agreed to pick up the paint and bring it to the job of course. I didnt see any reason in going out of my way to drop a check off to him when I would see him with my paint and his painters the next morning. I mean what am I going to do?, hide in my own house when they show up to paint and not pay the deposit? LOL.So, after reading the contract later that evening when I had finished my work I asked Fred two questions and made one stipulation.1. I have moved all of the furniture myself but I guess it will need to be moved again. I will be there with your painters during the entire job. I can move them myself again or I can help them to move as they see fit. Will there be any extra charge for this? I asked because he specifically states that ANY additional services not quoted will be billed by Bravo (at what rate is not specified)2. Do you hire any contractors that have worked or do work for Xxy Company. (The other company I had issues with)3. I noticed in your contract that you want pictures of my home to use in your marketing. I cannot consent to photos of my home being published. If you want to do the work, youll need to amend that on your contract.What I received immediately after was not an answer to my question but basically a very immature and unprofessional way to treat a potential customer that had waited for this guy to come back from his island vacation rather than just hire another painter! He basically stated that he will not remove the photo clause from the contract citing a reason that I had an issue with the previous painters. I have no idea what that has to do with photos or using photos for promoting his business. To me it just seemed like a well if I cant have everything my way, Im going to take my ball and go home. He further informed me that they were taking my paint that I had purchased back to the store and he wished me luck,etc (WOW). Anyone who has been in business or worked in any service related occupation knows this is not the way to treat a potential customer. Its arrogant, immature, and not accommodating the customer. Everyone does not want photos of their house or belongings on some promotion for a business.

Bravo recently did a project for us at our moms house, which we were trying to get ready to put on the market.We presented Mr. Heath and his team at Bravo Professional Contractors with such a tight deadline we thought it impossible that they could complete everything we were asking them to do in our timeframe. We were amazed that in a few days, they pressure washed, did some exterior repairs, and completely painted and re-carpeted the 2000 square foot house. In a pinch, we also asked them to clean the house top to bottom, including all the appliances. AND they washed all the windows! I had so much on my shoulders at the time it was a huge relief knowing Mr. Heath was taking care of all that.Mr. Heaths team, especially Jose and Helen, were professional AND friendly, and of course, very trustworthy. Mr. Heath checked in on them frequently and came to the house with his lovely family the day before our house went on the market and did a few tiny, last-minute tweaks himself.The quality of the work is excellent! Bravo is certainly the right name for this company!
