Contents Restoration Services was referred to me by the leasing office after a massive water leak was discovered in my apartment home. I was overseas when the water leak occurred. I notified the leasing office that water utilizes was incredibly higher that I used to pay every month. Therefore, the leasing office took a step and got into my apartment to see if there was water leak or so. It appeared to them that the water heater had explode due to high pressure and caused huge damages to the apartment as well as my personal belongings where water was flooded all over the place. CRS contacted me through email to collect and restore all my personal belongings until the apartment being fixed and new flooring installed. The repairing process for the apartment took about 3 weeks, so CRS had to restore my personal belongings for the whole time. After that, the apartment was fixed, and new flooring was installed. By that time, I arrived in charlotte to see what’s being done there. CRS went ahead to return all my stuff back in my apartment. They took dozens of pictures to make sure that they will return everything in its place. Very very professional work being done in my apartment. I was working through buying a potential first home that needed some smoke restorations from the previous owner. Throughout the whole process my wife and I were blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail we were shown. When my first floor flooded, I felt like I woke up to a nightmare. We had just moved to the house a few weeks before and there was still stuff in boxes on the floor. Everything was soaked and all the floors needed to be replaced. In order to replace the floors, everything on the first floor needed to leave the house. This is where CRS made my life SO easy. Dawn came over to look at the job and instantly assured me of how professional they are and what to expect. They itemized every item, packed everything up, took a million pictures, stored it, cleaned everything so no mold would grow, restored some of the water damaged furniture and best is when everything came back, they unloaded each item just as it was before! Not a single piece of china (I probably had 300-400 pieces of china) was out of place. Ryan managed everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Oh and they communicated directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything as this was a hard enough time for me. I can’t say enough good things about CRS!!! Thank you guys for making this a great experience during the difficult time!

Contents Restoration Services was referred to us by our insurance company after our recent garage fire. They were very efficient in taking everything to be cleaned and also worked with us in the items to list for our insurance to provide the personal property loss. It was super smooth process. We had some personal items (including documents) we were concerned about in having someone else take it, but Dawn (the owner) reassured us that the crew she worked with has been working with her for a long time (and it was true, the same people that took our stuff were the people that returned it). Long story short had a pipe burst in my home. Was referred this company... and let me tell you best company I have ever worked with. First spoke with the owner Dawn and she was pleasant and laid everything out. Then I was introduced to Ryan who was the project manager for the pack out and packing of my belongings. For the 70+ days in which my items were held Ryan would check on us and see if we were OK. When it was time for the pack in Ryan shared with me how things would go.The team was professional caring timely courteous about my home and my belongings. Everyone worked as a team and was very neat as they process things out of the box.The team members respected my home and my mom while they were packing out.Although I felt a little guilty about Many things I have in the home they all made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything was OK.I would refer this company to anyone and also this company could become a organization company to help people go through their items because they are so detailed and caring about peoples belongings. Not one thing was missing every item in my house every single item in my house was stored. Thank you sincerely you all help me greatly.

They were prompt, responsive and friendly in every way. They were very organized in removing and replacing all our belongings for our renovation. They stayed in touch and returned every thing at earliest possible event. They took care of out property like it was their own and were friendly and a delight to have in the home. Every item was numbered and put back precisely. They even helped by filing for insurance for things we had forgot about. I can think of nothing to improve their service.

Content Restorations provided a packing and unpacking service for the items in our house during a remodel project. They were timely, efficient, and always available to talk to. We had a ton of small items that had to be packed / unpacked, and they did a fabulous job.

Dawn and Ryan’s crew were great. They logged the entire contents from our second floor that sustained some water damage. They boxed items and had they labeled which room, location they were at when boxed or removed. They also took pictures before removing the items so, they had a point of reference when unpacking the items to place them in the same area. Their crew was professional and each did his or her job in a timely manner. I highly recommend CRS and will be using them again if I need to move and store my possessions.

Not only did they retrieve her skates, but they were thoughtful enough to make sure they grabbed her helmet too... it’s attention to details like this that make a company better than average.

I have never used a relocation or packing service before this past November. I was blown away at this incredible service. Dawn’s company is white glove. Our home had first floor water damage from a leaky pipe and we were forced into a local hotel for 8 days while our hardwoods were re-finished and remediation services were being completed. Dawn met with my husband and me to walk us through the process. She was incredibly helpful and approachable in a very stressful time. She earned my trust immediately and I put our home in her hands. Her team came in to pack us up and they were friendly, professional and meticulous (and fast, but laser accurate!). I appreciate that she brought multiple people to complete the job. The disruption was minimal with 3 small children under 5 years old occupying the space they were working in. Ryan, the lead POC on our engagement was remarkable. He took full ownership of our project and was both courteous and diligent. He was empathetic and understood the impact that water and mold damage does not only to the home, but to the homeowner. He’s passionate about his job and the people and homes he’s working with. The additional staff of ladies who packed our home were super kind and experienced. How do you summarize nearly half a year of trauma? The answer is simply, you don’t. We’ve already told the story numerous times. We were of displaced from our home due to silica dust contamination. I suffered from chemical pneumonia for about two and a half months.I find it much easier to tell a happier story. Dawn and Ryan of CRS saved us so much time, heartache and trouble. Remediation for silica dust is a very lengthy and difficult process. Throughout this process, Dawn insisted on perfection. She knew that the dust had caused a lengthy illness, and was relentless in making sure protocol was followed, documentation was recorded and provided, and communication lines were always open. I truly believe she was equally invested in making sure the job was done right. But Dawn and CRS went SO far above and beyond just “right.”I don’t use certain words frivolously. Blessed is not a common word for me. But I truly feel blessed to have chosen CRS to help us through this. I know this beyond a doubt, since another restoration company (not of our choosing) came before her. And in a sampling of 4 different areas, that company failed all four tests for silica dust.When CRS was finished with the job, it was a new house! I can’t thank Dawn, Ryan or their staff for all of their help, coordination, guidance, patience, and professionalism. Hopefully this will let other people in a bad situation know that there are good people, ready to help!
