Machine broke down

Horrible customer service. Such a hassle renting from this location. The guys with a foreign accent is less than helpful. This is the third time Ive rented a trailer from here and its always me calling in circles to different locations to find a trailer myself instead of them directing me to which location has the trailer I need. Never again.

Ive been to this sunbelt for several years. Everytime I go there the customer service has been exceptional and on that note Ive been to many sunbelts across NC and they have always been extremely helpful in any situation Ive been in. Even in dire situations.

Service is very hit and miss. If an employee is having an off day, youre not gonna get great service.The equipment Ive rented from here has worked but none of it has worked well. They could stand to know how to care for their equipment a bit better and update some of the inventory, its in pretty rough shape.On the plus side they do carry a lot of the more often required accessories that I seem to need, blades, bits, safety equipment etc. Also on the positive note, Ive never had a major financial issue with pricing or payment. Thats always a plus.

Easy pickup and returns. The gentleman there helped load and unload the machinery and gave a through overview of how to use.

The staff is friendly and helpful, Jose is very knowledgeable about every tool as well as pricing

Great people to deal with, easy to get in and get out quickly, will be back again
