I really have no idea why JI case lets Hills equipment represent them, as their dealer in North or South Carolina. Maybe other areas, they have the worse so called SERVICE Department and PARTS I’ve ever dealt with in my 35years in business.At the next conexpo Case factory reps will hear my story, and I will be professional yet very clear in my opinion. Buy from a reputable dealer, anyone can sell you a piece of machinery. But can they support your needs when it’s down? Hills Machinery CANNOT!!
