Awesome people that work there. The rental I had blew a hose on my today (Sunday) I called and Jordan was on top of everything. Made sure he kept me in touch and got a service guy to me and had it fixed before the end of day. They’re located in Charlotte and I rented the machine to work In Fayetteville. I’m 3 hours away and they still managed to help out tons. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend. Thanks again and thanks esp to Jordan

Rented a jumping jack. When we went to use it, the pull cord broke. No fault of Herc’s. Called Herc right away and they had an immediate solution, so we could continue our job. They made up for the inconvenience this caused us. Nice job Herc! Special thanks to Jason and his team! Phenomenal customer service!! Five stars all the way! Will rent from them again!!

The process of ordering equipment was easy and everyone was very nice! Frank delivered my equipment and was very friendly and professional. He is the reason that I will definitely be using Herc again! I had a great experience!

Overcharged my debit card for more than double the amount. They basically took control over my debit card and made random charges on the SUNDAY before Memorial Day so there was no way to get them on the phone till Tuesday. They didnt advise me at the counter that they would be doing so when I picked up the equipment, then acted like Im wrong for wanting my money back in a timely manner. They insisted and argued me down that it was the banks fault and the bank was holding my money-until I put them on 3-way with Wells Fargo to prove them wrong. Hopefully they care enough to fix their flawed system.. Proceed with extreme caution if you care about your money that they can take at the drop of a dime-AND REALLY TAKE THEIR TIME GIVING YOU BACK.
