Needed field service yesterday digging a job and can not say enough about the service we got, Mark came out and fixed a leaking seal in my hydraulics and got us back to work, the whole experience was very pleasant and again want to say thanks to your crew and timely service... Julians plumbing 👍

Ive been calling all morning to get a price/check inventory. At first I was put on hold until I finally gave up and hung up. Called back later and was asked for my name and number for them to call me back ASAP. No return call. Once was transferred to parts, and it rang until it went to voicemail. Ive literally spent several hours and multiple phone calls and cant get anyone to look up a part for me.Are they really that busy that they cant give a price/check availability for a customer with a part number in hand? It takes 30 seconds to look it up in the system. I even told the lady that I was ready to drive 30 minutes to buy the part if someone would just tell me if they have it.Asked to speak to a manager...was refused. I was told that every single time Ive called the parts guy has had 3-5 customers waiting and he wont pick up the phone if theres a customer in front of him.Apparently these people are too busy for my business. Ill go elsewhere.

Called to inquire about prices and info on renting equipment.Calls were returned in a timely manner and staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with.
I had a burst hose on a piece of equipment. They didnt have one in stock but made one for me. Be sure you take your equipment model number and serial number in with you to get parts.
Called looking for a used skid steer, and had to then call the salesman on his cell. Told him what we were looking for, and was told he would call me back. Never got a call. I guess if you dont have 50k to drop on a new machine he doesnt have time for you.

Service Issues - Dixie Chopper needed a new engine $3k price tag. Two months Ive heard nothing from service manager or rep. Called today spoke with Steve he says engine has been on B.O for two months but will get on it tomorrow. I guess engine showed up the day I called. I have since purchased another model and make from a dealer that my business means something. Poor communications, zero follow up not a happy customer. Shop with smaller dealers keep your business local, you will be happier.
Extremely rude.Called in to order the parts and parts rep sounded as if he didnt care at all.I left a phone number for them to call and turns out the dont care enough about their customers to even call when the parts are in..Will not be doing business with them again.
