I have been trying to contact this office for two weeks. I have left multiple message and have not received ANY return call or email. I had a complaint ready to be signed. I received a call on a friday, went online to sign and process the complaint. For some reason it was closed. I have called 21 times since that date to correct the error and reinstate the document so I could file the charge. NOBODY has returned any of my 21 messages.

Leave you on hold for hours to tell you they can’t help you and want you to come in the office just to file a complaint worst service I ever had coming from a fed or gov agency
