What a waste of time it was working with this company. When they first contact you, they’ll ask for your information. After that, they vanished. “Speaking to the manager”, “ sent your resume”, “email is acting up” were the responses I got from them, and this was from me following up. Never heard anything else from them. Recruiters are some of the worst people to work with and I guess “outstanding communication skills” isn’t one of the job requirements. Stay away from this company and their recruiters. Only reason they get a star is because google reviews is too nice.

I have never worked contract work before, so I was a little nervous going in this direction. However, I could not be happier with my experience with Signature Consultants. They have been on top of things since day one (even during the pandemic) and keep up with how I am doing and any concerns I might have on a weekly basis. I definitely would recommend them.

The account manager lied to me about my release which was a blindside move. They strategically had my release the day before the end of the month so my insurance was cut off in one day. They put false data in their system that didn’t match the real situation. When I called out the AM, he said he felt threatened and ran to HR. They have never provided any written documentation to me after multiple requests. (2). The name of the AM was Pat Smith. This firm has called me twice last month about jobs, but my resume in their system was from 2015. I worked there for 9 months in 2019-2020. They couldn’t even upload my new resume while I was bringing in money. Pure Laziness. Very poor service and integrity.

As someone with a strong resume and above-average communication skills, I was shocked at how this firm treats its potential hires. After speaking with a recruiter three times by phone--discussing specific jobs for which he was apparently putting me up--there was absolutely no follow-up, even when I checked in via email. These people benefit if I get hired, and yet it felt like I was being ghosted. Ive never had this experience with a recruiting firm before.

Signature Consultants has been great to work with. Good communication. My recruiter checks in with me every week. They have placed me in two contract positions. My current contract ends in a couple months, and they are already working to find for a new contract for me. They offer good benefits, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and more. Great benefits for a contract position! Many other agencies either dont offer any benefits or they are so expensive, you cant afford them.

I have worked for Signature on two different occasions. Most recently, I was hired to work at a client (SPX Flow) whose employees practiced anti semetic behavior. And, during this assignment, I was exposed to other Signature consultants who also practiced anti semetic behavior, which made it very uncomfortable to work for both the client and Signature. After working at the client site for ten months, and delivering some fantastic results in the process, I handed in my resignation. Signature will tell you that We are a team. Well, thats not true. The recruiters and account managers are only interested in their bottom line: they have no interest in being team players with consultants working out in the field or their careers. It wasnt always like this, but the new breed of Signature recruiters and account managers are people you simply do not want to trust with your career.

Wish I could give a zero but this company is the worst staffing company I have ever come in to contact with. Pretend they care & wanna put you in the right position but once you give all your info they’re hard to reach. Won’t keep you informed with job information, had 2 reps helping & couldn’t get in contact with either. Tried calling & emailing & no response from either. Just unprofessional all around! Save yourself the trouble and go some where else!

So far, I am very displeased. When I went in for the interview I felt like it was the best thing ever. The recruiter was very nice and appeared to be dedicated helping me to find employment. Shortly after the interview, the recruiter went on a 2 week vacation (I had no idea she was leaving). While she was gone, I called and followed up with other recruiters, applied to other positions nothing. However, when I would call they were so professional and ACTED like they were helping me. After many emails and phone calls, I still have not heard from the recruiter who promised me she had the perfect job for me. Nothing! Please be aware that you may go in and feel good about the agency but no communication after. I would recommend The Select Group or Logical Advantage. They both did a great job and provided great follow-up. Logical Advantage immediately had an interview lined up for me and I ended up with a 6+month contract for a major Corporate office here in Charlotte!

At first they Signature Consultants seemed great. I was with a company through them for a couple of months, left the job to go back to my previous one. During my time with SC they were very nice and attentive. Although when I did quit the job I put in a 2 and a half week notice with SC and they said they would put in the notice for me and have everything taken care of. I found out 2 days before my last day that they were acting very unprofessional towards me in regards to not letting my employees know I was quitting. I was under the impression that everything was good because I never heard anything until then and SC said well take care of everything for you.It ended up being pretty embarrassing because I had never been through a contractor before and my direct supervisor was a little upset because of this lack of communication. Due to this bad communication I definitely would not suggest SC whatsoever. Im only giving them 2 stars because they were nice initially.

Ive worked with many recruiters over my 10+ year career, and my experience with Signature Consultants has been the best Ive had. This is the second time Ive worked with them. My recruiter calls on a weekly basis to touch base with me and I have met her for lunch on various occasions. I would highly recommend them for technical recruiting.

This firm seems to be unprofessional. I was assigned a recruiter to work with me to help me in the job market. We had one meeting face to face and communication was great until then. She hasnt returned my emails or calls in the past month since that meeting. Do not work with this company unless you want your time wasted. Very disappointed in the experience.

I have to agree with many of the reviews. The friendliness and dedication are a front. It disgusts me to think how recruiters are being trained to manipulate candidates. They lost me not one but two opportunities by misrepresenting my chances for their opportunity. Promised to reimburse mileage and it also turned out the client had misrepresented the position. Its been a month and all Im receiving is more excuses. I was stood up twice by the account manager. It was just one act of disrespect after another. My recommendation is dont put all your eggs in the Signature basket. Dont cancel or reschedule other interviews in favor of their offerings and if its not in writing, if you dont have an offer; go with other opportunities. Their tactics are disgustingly manipulative in my opinion. If you hear the phrase; Sorry you feel that way know this; its an empty, meaningless phrase used to turn the negative results onto you. Its one of the oldest forms of manipulation and the most empty of any real concern.!

Ive been a contractor / consultant for nearly 10 years. And, I have worked for nearly as many contacting firms. Some have been okay, some have been horrible, but in Signature, Ive experienced nothing but positive, encouraging, and professional experiences. The service and attention that Ive received from Signature Consultants has been stellar. As a contract employee, there are never promises or guarantees for placement - ever. However, I have found that the staff at Signature, from the owners to the receptionist, are dedicated to each prospective recruit, as well as those like me who are proud to be a Signature Consultant employee. So, kudos to Signature for helping folks like me find employment in a tough market.

Waste of time. I was given the dog an pony show and told what a great agency this was on my initial consultation.Since that first meeting I have had ZERO contact from my recruiter. I have tried every avenue to get any response from her (text, emails, and voicemail) and absolutely nothing but crickets on their end. Unprofessional to say the least. Common courtesy is not common at this company. If you are in the job market do not waste your time with these people, I know I wish I hadnt.

Hunter Hollis is the other part of Signature Consultants. These people are all a front. They get you any job so they can make money from it. They promise you a lot and are excellent at making things sound good. They are very sneaky and selfish so make sure you copy all your documents you sign at this place. Not recommended.

I worked with this company for three weeks and decided that there was a conflict of interest between employees. One employee was so unprofessional, all she did was curse and swear out loud and use the most foul and professional language about the clients and her coworkers who could hear her. Her sister was a recruiter and was almost the same way and would act as highschooler’s; they would get together in front of you and talk about you by writing notes on paper, on notepad in the computer, and Esper in front of your face and think you did not know they were speaking badly about you.The training was Basically nonexistent but the person that I was paired up to train with. There was no consistent training; the person that was supposed to train me was very irritated that she had to train and do her own role as well. The reason they did not get rid of her I was told, is because her sister was one of the top recruiters and they said that they probably would not let this individual go because of her sister being high ranking. Three people quit This same position, working with the same individuals before I obtained the position in the matter of a month.I will say that also the person who was supposed to be training me mis-represented my skill and my quick study to learn and reported that to a higher management When they were asked how I was doing behind my back. I had only been there actual nine working days and was told that I should have been “farther along in my learning”. That did it for me, I knew I knew a lot more than what this individual was reporting. I tried to get an exit interview two times by calling not only my recruiter but the supervisor of my supervisor and no one returned my phone calls. But I will say that when I did give some feedback to another supervisor in a different department who sat close to me and to my supervisor, they did speak to the individual about the unprofessional language, unprofessional body language, and all overall bad pissy attitude. They spoke with her three times; however in three weeks nothing changed and I was reported as not being up to par.I actually like the company’s concept and I liked how they treated their employees, but when they keep individuals who obviously are running new employees away due to the unprofessionalism only because they have a recruiter who brings in a lot of consultants and employees & they will not get rid of that ONE person they risk losing GREAT employees.

Where can I start had a terrible experience with Tammie Wells she is in charge of payroll or something like that till this time I still haven’t heard from her. I keep calling her and no answer. She said to me she is trying to help me and resolve my issues but yet she can’t even answer my calls or emails. She is very rude and doesn’t understand nothing. Very unhelpful.

Wasted a collective total of about 1 1/2 hour on the phone and an hour on an in-person interview with these people. They made me all sorts of promises and said they would help me get a job but didnt even try. I returned all their calls and emails and they just played games with me. Good at wasting your time, terrible at finding you some place to work. Oh well, their loss.
