The experience Ive had at rely work for us has been terrific, especially the service I received from Debbie. She was very quick and responsive to all my emails and she found the job for me that fit really well with me and at a great rate. Rely Workforce group was exceptionally friendly and passionate about their role in helping me find a job that suits me in for which I was qualified. Cesar Hernandez went up and beyond with the whole process including helping me get ready for my interview.Even though Caesar was set to go on vacation on Thursday he got me all set to go and sent me my confirmation letter on Friday afternoon. Outstanding experience with the staffing agent, Sierra Flores, who went over and beyond to help me start working ASAP and also did her best to try to fit me with a job that i would like the most. She’s so kind and humble & a pleasure to be around. (GIVE HER A RAISE 😭 lol) We need more staffing agents like Mrs.Flores !!

To be honest, this is NOT the company one would prefer employment by. TheyvTh in the past, hired convicted felons KNOWINGLY, and when it was time for the employee to get hired on, Rely would terminate the employee, claiming to have never known about their prior criminal history, which would keep their contract safe and intact, as well as keeping them in the clear! Theyve coerced drug tests just to meet the demand of large contracts (Spencers Warehouse). Theyve ever went so far as to attempt to manipulate their employees to lie on permanent employees with the contracted company, in order to get the Rely employee or someone more understanding in the position. This is definitely not the company to work for!

This Is A Great Company To Work For Ive Worked With Them For 4 Years Doing Numerous Jobs Go Apply They Have A Great Staff

The only reason Im giving them 1 🌟 is because I cant give no 🌟. They are unorganized, no one is on the same page. Ive been dealing with this company for two weeks now and Im still not working. It took a week before I done my interview which wasnt a real interview due to nobody knowing what to ask or do. I was scheduled to do my orientation and no one was in the front office due to having personal conversations in the back, I had to call inside just for someone to come and once she gets up there Ive missed my orientation. Dont deal with this company unless you have time to waste...

This place was a Godsend. I decided I had to change jobs. I was doing daylabor and craigslist gigs to try and keep my family in the lifestyle we were used to while I went through the change. I was losing my self esteem and my self worth Id gone to a few staffing agencies and what they offered was better than nothing but not the value I put in myself.When rely workforce called me in I was surprised nice building, modern feel and they didnt just ask me what I did previously but what I was looking for and why. Im on a first name basis with my recruiter Cesar. He knows me and my family now because he cares. I didnt realize how important that was until he told me he had a job for me paying what Im used to making. He also said it would take a bit of time but he didnt want me or my family going without and placed me in another position to get back to work for a few weeks before the position opened up.Really him and the team there found me a career. Supposed to be a review but I guess this is more a thank you.

This company does not mess around they care about the employees and actually listens to your desires. they work diligently to get you in a position you actually want to be in. I would recommend anyone whos hit a job dead end to give them a call.
