PCR Staffing contacted me at the perfect time for me to make a job change. They are an excellent recruitment firm to work with, and work for. I worked a contract for over a year with them, and had a great experience. They were upfront and attentive to my needs as a contractor. They have up-to-date payment processes in place, so theres no issues getting paid. The entire staff was responsive when I had questions, and didnt stop checking on me once I secured the contract position.The recruiter cannot secure the job for you; that ultimately falls on you and the client. If the position isnt the right fit, or youre not the right fit, that isnt the fault of the recruiter. They didnt just try to fill a position with a person in my case; they helped me get a contract that worked out well for the employer as well as me.

I am surprised to see some negative reviews here because my experience with PCR and its team was amazing. The entire PCR staff specially Christiaan closely worked with me and helped me from my profile submission till my client on boarding which is pretty rare to see plus they followed up with back ground check agency to expedite my back ground check and got it done almost in a week which was pretty impressive. When I was with old consulating I had Lot of issue with Payment. But after PCR seprated I changed my contract to PCR and these people helped me to clear the Payment issues with OLD cosulting Firm. Currently I have been with PCR from past 2 years and I never had any issue and always respond on time. it has been a swift experience so far and needless to say the prompt response I get from PCR team for any queries. I called this agency several times and left numerous voicemails but never received a phone call back. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option. If you are in search of a new career path I would highly suggest avoiding PCR. They are a complete waste of time.
