Is zero stars a thing? The owners daughter who is the branch manager (convenient) writes great reviews on here to make their company look good (Madison White). Then the other great review is her friend/ employee (Amanda Rutherford) Everyone is rude, and they could care less about the temps. There is no security when it comes to the temps personal info. Definitely would fail an audit. save your time and go somewhere else.

The new trades max staff is wonderful. Great improvements I have seen since a couple years back. Amanda was very knowledgeable of everything I asked. Great to work with.

I started off working as a temp for TradesMax and after a period of time and working a couple different jobs, I found a job that suited me that was challenging and working in a team setting. Tradesmax changed my life. And now I hope in turn, that I can change others lives.

I am a distribution manager here in charlotte and my experience with Sarah riggins and labor max has been great. Sarah has been a great help finding me great employees that match the qualifications of what im looking for, she ensures that they are own time and gets paid on time. I recommend labormax and Sarah to any company needing temps help and anybody needing a good temp agency to work for.

I highly not recommend anyone to work for this staffing company they were very unprofessional very unorganized ! My fiancé worked for them and never got paid for the days he worked they gave him a pay card and vest had him work and on “pay day” he received nothing on the card found out he wasn’t even put in the system the staff didn’t inform him he had to sign a sheet with his time at the site and didn’t even put him in the system talk to management she told him to send her the times to pay him he sent all the info in to give him a paycheck but was not called back they think it’s over no ma’am no one works for free so we will do whatever to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else or think that they can get away with taking advantage of people !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!

A waist of time they are rarely in the office even when it says they pose to be open and they dont even get you into a job or contact you back waist of time still havent heard back about a job

My hours have been wrong twice two regular days and 12hrs of overtime. They have taken more than a week to pay me.

Every week its sumn with your pay..I worked then the next week checked my card an it was 0.00 an they telling me they tryna fix it an are Im sure I worked..wen I confirmed it with them every a.m that I was at the job site dont use this staff agency..they dont care about the employees..or have things in order..Im still waiting for my pay..Im about to call corporate on them..they are very unprofessional..

This place is very unprofessional, I worked for them a couple weeks. Every pay day I had problems with my check. They dont care about the employees.. They suck do not use these guys
