Moved away from Charlotte in 2013 but prior to that Tom Hall (Computer House Calls) was my go to person for solving any and ALL computer issues for well over a decades. I cant recommend him more strongly. Not only is he an extremely knowledgable computer genius but he is a nice guy who never failed to solve my computer issues and did so in a timely fashion with reasonable prices.
