I had my first experience with Computer World today and will recommend to anyone. I walked in, told them what I needed for my business and Alex had me fixed up quickly. He did a quick graphics card change to get me what I wanted and I was back home and online within the next hour.

After reaching out to Alex about trading in my computer for a laptop. I received a fair offer for my gaming desktop. When I entered I was greeted by great customer service from employees who know what they are talking about. It was hard to not notice the crypto mining of their merchandise, but after inspecting most of the computers you can tell these machines are located in a dust-free and air conditioned environment. Although the Laptops were being mined as well they were not plugged in . I was very satisfied with my laptop and I love how they accept many forms of payment. Great customer service, very knowledgable and Alex has always been straight-up. Ive bought 3 MacBooks, 1 iMac, 1 iPad, 2 Bose headphones and various equipment at reasonable prices. Alex may not always have what you need since his stock moves quickly, so timing is everything. As for customer service, just be patient since it can get busy. One very busy Saturday, Alex was anxiously trying to meet everyones needs before going outta town and hadnt eaten all day, so I went across the street to Little Caesars and returned with Pizza & Coke for everyone to enjoy and lighten the mood. Remember to be patient, kind and youll be blessed immensely.

Saw an ad for a computer and went to the store the same day to get it! Very knowledgeable staff, very upfront about the risks of getting a used computer but had a very high quality selection of computers. Wasted no time pointing me to what I needed and gave me alternatives that may also have worked in my case. The price was VERY fair and I strongly encourage checking out their selection before getting a new computer or going to marketplace for a used computer. This is a great place to buy!

I love my computer and I will buy another one

I cracked my Laptop Screen about a month ago.I came in initially to purchase a computer, but when I spoke to Alex and Cassie, they asked me why.? I let them know I cracked my screen on my old computer, and I knew it was going to cost more to fix the screen, since I had reached out to Dell to price the screen, and they advised me that it was going to cost me $400 plus shipping to fix the screen. They asked to see the computer, and let me know they could just fix the one I had!!! I mean they saved me over $200 from the manufacturer, AND fixed the screen within 2 hours. I was so amazed. They couldve easily just sold me a new computer, but they would rather me be happy, and not worry about transferring data, and starting over. They were professional, speedy, and friendly. I will definitely be utilizing them in the future.

They are selling gaming computers as new but they are not new. They are using these gaming computers as mining rigs which overheats the GPUs. I went in to but a computer and was given a price on the laptop and told it was new but the guy I was dealing with had it mining. After a trip to the ATM and returning to the store I reconsidered my purchase and left. If you are considering a gaming computer think twice about one from this store as they are mining and overheating the machines.

Really Really great place for computers!! The Staff was super friendly and helpful!! They went the extra measure to make sure that they were providing quality products and reasonable prices. They didnt just sell people computers, but went the extra mile to explain how things functioned. They even provided details about their own experiences with the particular models that people were interested in. Will definitely go back for future computer needs!!

Every time Ive visited Alex at his store I was very satisfied with the help and products Ive got from him, I drive 50 minutes out of my way just because I know Im gonna leave out there a happy customer, I highly recommend him, and the staff he has is very friendly and very knowledgeable about anything you ask.

ZERO STARS. I messaged Alex via Facebook regarding an Ad computer world posted. I am 1.5 hours away from the store, so today I called in hoping to receive an idea of what they had in stock for sale. I planned to buy multiple laptops, as Alex stated yesterday their were multiple under $300. I called and was immediately hung up on by a woman. I called back and the same woman answered. She told me there were no laptops available under $300. As I was responding her cellphone rang (I could hear it) and she hung up on me. I called back again (3rd time), and said I wanted to speak with another associate. She at first was NOT GOING TO TRANSFER ME. She then GROANED multiple times. The male associate whom I spoke with, briefly apologized (after I asked- do you even see anything wrong with what you just witnessed from a business and customer service standpoint? As he had yet to apologize) and confirmed that woman is Alexs MOTHER- the store SUPERVISOR. I messaged Alex regarding the situation and received no response. Only an opened message. Will NEVER visit this store. Will NEVER refer this store. Hopefully no one takes the time to visit. Surely do NOT call!

Brought a mac mini broke in two weeks took it back was under warranty since owner was out of town wouldnt fix it also Brought apple Mac for recording with software went to use it for a studio session and realized some wasnt on there even though l paid to have it on there. Definitely only care about money not customer satisfaction.

My wife was looking for a gaming pc to stream CoD on. Googled these guys and we went to check them out. Very nice equipment and fair prices. Alex, the owner, was super friendly and knowledgeable about his products. The younger gentleman who was working the front of the store (can’t remember his name) was super nice and knew his stuff. Even came with a warranty that I wasn’t expecting..Unfortunately, I believe we are having a video card issue because the screen keeps cutting off and losing signal. But I’m no expert, so I’m coming up there tomorrow to see if they can help me figure out the issue!

I got an extremely good deal for an Apple desktop for only 350. I also had all my questions answered and they were extra helpful and efficient and made the process a whole lot better. Came here to buy a Mac book for my daughter.price online was different than in store.But,I was fine with that and knew what we were looking for could cost more.Finally got what we paid for after waiting a few days.Came in to pick it up and then had to wait for them to load programs for over an hour.Got the computer and brought it home to my daughter and she was having problems getting it to start up.So,I took the hour long ride back up here to get some help.Thats when the older lady told us,it was fine when you left here! I told her it was locked in the admin page we cant go in to even use it.She then said your daughter messed it up!Some young guy in there figured it out in about 2 seconds and we were good.I will never deal with them again as long as she works there.she has a nasty attitude and is disrespectful.

This is my to go place when I need to buy any electronics or to repair/update/upgrade my computer. Great service, very nice and friendly guys. I can always get a good deal here. Alex has the best choice of discount electronics at any time. Within last couple years we bought six computers from him, large TV and photo camera. I know if there is an issue there, he will make it right. It’s discount electronics, so you can’t expect perfection at all the times. But what I see, Alex goes above and beyond to fix, change/exchange.One time we had a problem with battery on one of the Apple laptops that we bought from them. I texted Alex and he immediately ordered a brand new battery. In couple days he called me back and told me to come back to the store with my laptop. He was nice enough to replace that battery for free.Thank you guys! I will be back for sure! Recommend this place.

Bought a used macbook it was working perfectly fine for like 3 days now all of a suden glitches everywhere facetime green turns green crashes constantly overheats always has to stay on the charger always need to report to apple when the laptop shuts down and starts over by itself. Listen learn from me and just wait they talk a nice game “great products” 🙄 but just save your money. They dont have a return policy they have a warranty but it literally covers nothing

I got my Imac 27 inch from here for a steal. the owner of this amazing store just located on albermarle road is very nice and reasonable. He worked with my budget and still got me into an amazing apple computer. He also offered me a 90 day warranty which was great because not most people do that. i highly recommend this spot to get your computer needs. he has a whole bunch of electronics and i will be going back soon for a new TV.

I have always bought a new PC. Recently moved from Cali and I needed a Laptop and I found this store through Facebook. Bought a laptop and owner gave me a really good price and it was a Black Friday deal. So far this laptop is running well !! Next one I am planning to shop for Mac Pro.

Brought a MacBook there to get a power cord.i was told the MacBook was pretty much useless.But He will give me $50 credit Towards purchasing an identical laptop.so instead of purchasing a power cord I ended up getting a used MacBook and spending more money then planned.Fast forward to today my other MacBook has a bad screen like the one I traded in for $50.But today Fast Talking Alex doesn’t even remember who iam or the sweet deal he got from me last month.He wants to charge me $500 bucks for the same used screen he claimed was the only thing that was useable from the MacBook I traded in to him last month for $50 Bucks .I personally will never return to this store again.
