I needed my daughters iPad (7gen), that I purchased in September 2020, cracked screen fixed (Apple was basically trying to make me purchase a new one). It is SUPER unprofessional to charge $125.00 one month for fix a cracked screen and then the next time, less than 5 months of visiting, you say the price is now $130.00. I know its only $5.00 difference but It is the principle of the matter. And also to denying that you Quoted me $125 the last time that I was in there is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not gonna make up a lie for five dollars, come on now, very unprofessional. I will never go back. There are way too many others in this city that can help me with SET PRICES. Abraham is great!! He does everything possible to fix whatever issue you could have.....he is very communicative and is a genius.... I swear he needs to be one of those genius people at Apple.... but he replaced my iphone screen, in a very timely manner, and offered me the best deal in over 30 miles... he actually gave me a cheaper price than he originally quoted over the phone, and even put a new screen protector on it at no charge!! Then gave me his personal cell # for any issues i may have in the future! Now i do have to admit, when i arrived, there was 2 people already there being serviced, so i had to wait just a few minutes, but no biggie.... I just left and went shopping at another store... overall 5 of 5!!! I will always come back to these guys for any cell phone repairs or needs!!!

This shop is too good, I was looking to fix my tempered glass for my new iPhone and iPad and in the northlakemall I almost enquired all shops but no one was ready to fix it, then I saw this shop and requested if they would put the tempered glass which I already had, they said yes, and they did it for free in minutes. Looks like they fix all kind of mobile repair and their service is good. They are professional and friendly, I would highly recommend this shop for any mobile phone repairs. What I really liked was how confident and unhesitant the guy was when he got his hands on my brother’s phone. My brother’s iphone hasn’t been charging properly and by then he’d been quoted $35 to $100 from different places to fix it.When apparently all it needed was a proper cleaning. Super nice and super fast (literally two minutes and we were out).I’d recommend him and this store to all who appreciate honesty.

Their screens are not made for Apple products, go see an Apple Technician so they won’t cheat you out of your time and money. A green line appeared out of nowhere after they originally replaced my cracked screen. The screen was perfectly fine and there was no damage done within that time period so you OWED me that screen with your warranty. So I had an issue with my iPad 7th generation. The charger broke off into the charging port. I took the device to apple. After sitting in line for over an hour they told me they could not help me. After working on my device for 2 minutes. I brought my device here and Mr. Erdi was able to pop out the charger for me with no damage to my iPad. This guy is awesome I definitely recommend him and his shop. 😀😀

Amazing! I explained the issue I was having with my phone. Very pleasant technician guessed at what might be the issue, took my phone apart very carefully ( he warned me of the possibility of breakage during repair), made a few adjustments, tested it, and put it back together in working order! Out the door in less than 10 mins! Hope I never have another broken phone but know where I will be going if I do!!

This is the only place you need to go for any phone issues! Abraham was extremely nice and helpful! He fixed my iPhone 7 Plus for less than the other stores around. He includes a lifetime warranty which makes this store even more trustworthy. I read some horrible reviews about other stores and services in the North Charlotte area where customers were having technical issues with their phones a couple days after their replacement and the store would not take responsibility for it. Went to The Fix at Northlake Mall today to have them look at an iPhone 8 Plus cracked screen that I also couldn’t see anything on but could hear notifications. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen/LED light and was leaving the store for a lot less than what the Apple Store charges for a new screen only. Very professional and fast work. Very satisfied! Abraham was AMAZING!! Came in after Apple told me I would need to replace (pay) for the display for an IPhone 7 my son submerged in the pool. Apple was not aware of it but I did confess it to him. Our I phone 6S+ was not working and Apple in the Mall told us it was a 3 hour wait and 1 hour for repair. We had tried for several days to get an appointment with no luck. thus we walked into The Fix and the owner was just finishing up with another repair and addressed our issue immediately. He took the phone apart right in front of us and showed us some water damage. He proceeded to replace the screen, and in 20 minutes it was up and running beautiful. It cost us less than $80 and the service was EXCELLENT. We highly recommend this store.

The only phones I have had are Samsung. The first time ever, I cracked the screen on my Note 8 (the one time I dont get insurance I might add). I dont like the fact, Samsung discontinued using the Gorilla glass on their phones. However, thats a separate discussion. Anyways, I take my phone to Abraham @The Fix and my phone is like new. I have had my repaired phone for 24 hours now and its still going. Highly recommend! Lifesaver!

I closed my phone in my car door and had to go two days without a phone . I google found THE FIX in north lake mall . They gave me an estimate over the phone and were true to there word ! I went to Apple to get my screen replaced on my Iphone. I waited 2 hours for the technician only to be told Id have to pick my phone up the next day because it was too late for them to fix it. I returned the next day to pick up what I thought would be my phone with the screen fixed; however, they brought out a brand new phone and said sorry your phone has water damage and cant be fixed, but you can purchase a new phone. NO THANK YOU!!!! So I went to The Fix to see if they could fix my phone. Abe opened it up and said it was minor water damage that can be fixed! Thank you Abe for not only fixing the water damage, but also the cracked screen for less than what I would have paid at Apple. One customer was ahead of me and I still only waited for about 30 minutes for my phone to be fixed. Always go to The Fix FIRST before going to the Apple Store. 1. Its cheaper. 2. The wait is 10x shorter 3. Abe and Mo are just awesome guys! They both are very polite. You might get lucky enough to go in on a day that they have a Mediterranean snack like I did :)
