I Had the death of the blue screen LOL...Before he was even being able to look at my lap top in person, he was able to know what was wrong with it, by jus me sending some pictures of the error codes, ( in my situation) it was fairly easy for a trained veteran like himself to know the issue..he had my Laptop up an running with in less than 4hrs ... He told me which parts I needed an gave me specific instructions on what I needed to buy OR what I COULD buy, to (Upgrade )my laptop to a better speed ..he was very respectful, an kind ..no pressure from him wanting $, he was all about helping ME,.. the customer understand an actually he showed me what parts specifically I needed, let me buy them, an bring them to him..ALL brand new parts of course !! He can provide parts as well, just all depends the availability in the area or IF he has to order stuff ( definitely check him out he is FOR the customers happiness for sure..

I had a laptop that needed repair. Al tried several parts and discovered a short in the motherboard board. It was 5 years old do I decided not to move forward. He did not charge me at all for the parts or his time.

Alvin is the man. 3am my hard drive crashed, i panicked but thank god i saved everything on an external hard drive. Called Alvin, he said not to worry and go buy a hard drive and he will reinstall windows. Charged me 65, he tried to retrieve my data because there were some folders i didnt backup after the fact, but its ok, their in my emails. He was able to get the cpu back to me same day knowing how crucial it was for me to have back asap. He was very knowledgable and straight forward with price, info, and diagnosis. Other places i called couldnt give me a definitive price because it can be 10000000 things wrong. Alvin knew exactly what was wrong based on my description to him over the phone and confirmed a diagnosis upon my arrival. Honest straight shooter, and i highly recommend.

My computer was dead and came to my home and reviewed it at no charge but advised that I need another laptop (Dell Latitude E 5430 with Core 1.5, . In less that a week I received another laptop that he sold to me at $150.00, I received on the complete Mircosoft office,publisher, antivirus and made sure that I understood how to work everything on my new laptop. Now Im not new to computers, so when my screen on my laptop when out I had no idea what the problem was. Got it to NyQuest and he had me back up and running. That made me happy..So I took it back for a full overhaul. For $50 buck this guy hooked me up. I got Windows 8.1 (not ready for ten yet, but I had the option) on my new upgraded Hard Drive (3 TB). He added memory, now I;m up to 8GB. Added a new heat sink so I could stop over heating. This was the bonus for me. Season 6 of Game of Thrones. My favorite show. This guy is well worth $50 bucks.
