I was concerned at first when I could not set an appointment online and was directed to text/call a direct number. But my appt was set with ease and a technician showed up right on time, ready to work. He wore ID, mask and booties. Very informative as he worked. I have a small apt (830 sq ft) and I cleaned and prepped before his arrival so he was able to get the job done fairly quickly. 0900 appt, done by 0940. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

My wife agreed upon a time that was convenient for us and contacted Pronto Carpet.Raul arrived right on time and immediately put on booties to protect my wood floor, which I was very pleased with. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. I was impressed with equipment used and how clean the carpets were after they were done. Dont use them unless you have plenty of time!! The first time I scheduled they called to reschedule my appointment. The rescheduled appointment the company never showed when I called after they were a half an hour late they said they were on the way like it was no big deal. no courtesy call regarding being late. My pet peeve is punctuality...I went with another cleaning company...

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. This is the THIRD year in a row that I called Pronto and Carpet to come care for the carpets in our home. They cleaned 4 rooms, one staircase, and an large area rug for an incredibly reasonable price, and once again the quality of their work is exceptional. Raul arrived exactly at 9am and finished before 10am. He is polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He remembered our family, which is a personl touch that you dont see that often anymore. We have white carpet on our stairs and throughout the second floor of our home...and we have 2 young boys. Needless to say the carpets take a beating, but right now they look BRAND NEW! One of my main concerns for carpet cleaning was the safety of my children regarding the products or chemicals used. Our children have allergies and asthma, but we had no problems with this service. I will continue to call Pronto and Carpet each year.
