Good and on time service. Way more expensive than Uber. Where Uber drivers would not pick up, this service does. So, we were grateful we could use their service.

Absolutely the worst cab experience in 39 yrs on the planet. After riding back to our hotel in Charlotte a few people decided to go get some food. We called a cab who showed up, after refusing to provide any info on the rate and acting kinda sketchy I asked him to pay for the time he was there and wed tip him double for the inconvenience. Not only does he refuse to discuss how much is being charged on my card, he literally took the card out of my hand. He then followed us out of his van to our car (truth) he preceded to physically try to force his way into looking inside our car. What in the hell is that??? I finally told hi to get the F away from my wife and I or I was calling the cops. Turns out he charged my bank card $90.17, for 10 min of work. His boss Ali doesnt seem to want to help me out so I assume its company policy to run fraudulent CC transactions all the time. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE, the guy literally mad me feel I was in the presence of a truly evil person. ***This is 100% exactly my experience with this company****

Very awesome service by Speedy cab. The driver was right on time for our trip to airport and was very courteous. He was very friendly as well and went beyond his way helping us with getting our heavy luggage bags into the taxi. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

Called to set up a taxi 4 hours before it was needed. Guy assured me the driver would be there 10 minutes before scheduled time. Started calling at the scheduled time, no answer after 7attempts. Our hotel will never be using this pathetic company again, and I hope you go out of business. I will be telling EVERY GUEST that comes through to avoid your company at all costs.

Speedy Cab came through when Crown Cab canceled on us at the last minute. They arrived within ample time to transport 10 of us. We are definitely now clients of theirs and recommend them to everyone.

Never have cabs available. The only come and get you if the fare is long enough. They pick and choose whether they will come get you or not. This is not a company. This is one guy.

Driver almost hit me while driving on the road because they were on their phone. Horrible road safety and awareness.

I used this service to go to the train station today., I felt like the driver went well under the speed limit for a higher charge. I spent close to 30 dollars for a 15 minute job and I used a different service on the way home that was over 10 dollars less and they used the same exact route

Picked us up at 3:15 AM for a flight. We had only called about 3 hours before hand, and they came right on time. Very professional and prompt service. Takes credit cards too.

BEWARE!!!!I PRE-ORDERED A CAB ON SUNDAY NIGHT. THE CAB WAS A NOT CALL - NO SHOW THE FOLLOWING MORNING. I MISSED MY FLIGHT. I tried to reached Speedy cab that morning. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE.

I dont normally ride cabs; however my first experience with speedy cab was definitely true to its name. For one Im not the one to write reviews but my driver was just that good and I have never experienced that with a cab. Thanks speedy cab! !!

During my recent visit to Charlotte I used the speedy cab, it was marvellous experience. Very courteous, on time, just give them a call they are there in no time. Excellent service, very good attitude and top of that the right cab.

After reading reviews and what happened to me at PNC pavillion after a concert Im convinced this crooked company over charges tons of people knowing most will overlook the charge or not want to waste the time fighting the charge. These guys are nothing more than street pick pockets. They will physically try to intimidate you if you ask how much it costs. Lets band together and make them stop stealing.

We called Speedy cab of Charlotte and made a time call for early morning pick up going to the clt airport . Drive came before schedule time very professional then he helped to load 8 big luggages and small ones. Later at the airport he found a potter for us. Cab was clean and driver know the city well he done the job great. Highly recommend! If you have lot of luggages request a min van. Great experience. Hopefully ride again with speedy.

Ordered taxi pick up for 4:45 AM. Dispatch said he would be there by 4:40 and he was. Very courteous and prompt ... you can rely on them.

I initially called yellow cab to come and pick us up from the premium outlet mall in Charlotte. I told them I was standing in front of the guess store. When the cab did not show up after 15 mins I called and they said that the cab came and no one was there so it was considered an no show. I explained to them that Im still sitting here in front of Guess and never saw a cab go by. Turns out the dispatch sent the cab to the wrong location. They put us at the bottom of the que and to make a long story short we waited for 2 1/2 HOURS! Before my phone died I called Jordan at Speedy Cab and he could not have been more of a sweetheart. He apologized for yellow cabs miss treatment and sped over to us as quickly as he could. While Jordan was on his way yellow cab sent me a text saying they were 4 miles away. Jordan came in 10mins of that text and the cab that was 4 miles away did not. How long does it really take to drive 4 miles. Turns out they sent the cab to the wrong location AGAIN! Thank you Jordan at Speedy Cab for your excellent customer service! He was happily willing to go out of his way to help us after waiting for 2 1/2 hours for yellow cab. No matter where he is he will race over to you. Thank you Jordan, saved our day!!

I called them to come pick me up and waited about 30-40min and I had been calling them to see where they were and they did not answer and then they finally pick up and I asked how long far the cab was and they guy says oh sorry we dont have any cabs I cant find you a cab and then hung up on me. The worst service ever I was late for work because they didnt call me back to at least let me know that that didnt have any cabs after that just told me that one was on the way. I would never call to use there service again they are not reliable.

I had an awful experience. I booked a cab two days before needing to be taken to the airport. I received email confirmation that my cab would be here, but am standing outside cabless due to a communication breakdown within the agency. I suggest either triple checking your reservation or going with another company.

Poor service. No one answers the phone and when you do get someone they lie (why?) about dispatching a car!

Dont expect them to show up for a reserved pickup.
