Planned a surprise weekend for my wife with out of town guests. Black Diamond and their staff were on point again both Friday night and Saturday. They are my go to for transportation. Thanks again for a memorable weekend.

Owner was wonderful and very nice, showed up a few minutes early which worked out perfectly. Our wedding was due to end at 10:00 he showed up at 9:55 right as we were ending our last dance and was able to walk out of the venue passed our friends and family straight to the car it was perfect. I highly recommend using them if you need a limousine!

There were no misunderstandings.It was simply a matter of the owner showing up un announced 25 minutes after the ride was completed.We paid the fees that was on the invoice sent to our billing department.I would highly recommend giving black tie car service a call! We hired Black Diamond Limousine Service CLT for our families 1st vacation to Legoland Florida and it was amazing!! The Sprinter was lavish, spacious, recliner seats, and sat nine of my family members comfortably. We were provided snacks, wifi, and movies which made the ride even more better. Daryl and Gabby got us to and from our home in Charlotte to Florida in a safe and timely manner and we thank you both wholeheartedly. We will be booking again!!

I had the pleasure of having an amazing night all thanks to Darryl Goodson at Black Diamond Limousine. His service was above and beyond. Me and my friends were going out for a night on the town and were looking to have a good time. Darryl made sure we got just that. He arrived 15mins early to make sure he was there for us. The inside of the limo was really clean and smelled so fresh. The bar was stocked with ice and water for us as well. I had three stops for the night and when we arrived at each one he opened the door made sure we all got out ok and didn’t pull off until we where inside the establishment. When we were ready to leave he pulled up for us within minutes. For me the night was amazing and I will always use Black Diamond Limousine for my car service needs.
