Waited 5 hours on a cab, and would still be waiting had a friend not came and picked me up.

Said they would be there in 20bto 30 mins, never showed up

If I could give them a zero I would. Booked a cab to the airport. 10 minutes after they were supposed to be at my home, I called. The man acted like there was a computer problem and said he would send a cab and they would be at my home in 15 minutes. Then someone text me and asked what my address was. He said he was 28 minutes away. I had confirmed my reservation two times. They promised a car seat when I booked a week in advance, then when I called to confirm again he said, we will try. I ended up having to leave, rush to the airport with my 2 year old and barely make an international flight. Do yourself a favor and please dont book with them.

I made a reservation online and they did not show up at all. Then when I called they told me there were no cabs available. Very unprofessional! If there were no cabs they should have informed me of the situation so I could have made other arrangements. I booked almost 7 hours in advance. When asked to speak to the manager I was given a rude attitude. Would not recommend this service to anyone else. ESPECIALLY if you need transportation to work.

I was rudely told 15-20 minute wait by Yellow Cab. After 45 minutes, I called back and they said they hadnt found me a driver yet at which point I called Diamond Cab. Diamond picked me up 10-15 minutes later. 1h 22min from the original call, I finally got a call from the Yellow driver. Vehicle wasnt fancy, but guy was nice.

Called a cab for a guest. It took 25 min. The driver told me, the reason we never come when you call is because the guests leave in towncars.....REALLY??? Worst cab service ever.....my hotel will never use their services again. The man answering the phone is SO RUDE. I called to see where my cab was and he told me to leave him alone because he had other people calling. NEVER AGAIN!

I made a reservation Wednesday afternoon to be picked up Wednesday night. I even called to confirm the reservation- and was told that a driver would be there at the time I requested. Never showed up. Never got a phone call. I was left stranded at the restaurant, Diamond Cab SUCKS!

Just called them to ask how much it would be to pick up a pack up smoke and deliver them to my location and they hung up on me so... On to the next taxi service that will provide me the proper service.

My taxi was promptly on time and very polite. I was very impressed

We had a reservation made two days in advance to pick up 7 people at a specific time. The cab, if you want to call it that, showed up 40 minutes late, was smelly, dirty, seats torn up. Driver didnt know he had a 7 passenger pick up and his vehicle only sat 6 passengers. He was not told this was a reservation. Despite our situation being unusual, if that driver and his vehicle are representative of the quality of a Diamond cab I am NEVER calling them again for any reason.

Driver was 15 minutes late (knowing I needed a ride to the airport), started to drive away with the back gate still open and my bags almost falling out, charged me the Uptown-airport flat rate even though I wasnt travelling from Uptown, and refused to turn on the AC even though it was 95 degrees outside. Will not be using again.

Dont know how they stay in business with that terrible customer service they provide. I think we as customers just should forget about them so they dont get any of we the consumer business, & then they can just disappear.

After calling for a cab, they said it would take 15 minutes to arrive at our destination and instead it took them 40 minutes and provided very poor service. I will not be using this cab service again.

Cab arrived 30 min late. Driver blaming dispatch and vice versa. Driver finally called after 20 mins had already passed. VERY INCONSIDERATE

... I asked if they have cabs that take card and the operator said, Some do, some dont. And I ask him for one that does after I gave him my info, he says, Hold on one moment, then legit hangs up. 10 minutes later I get a cab that doesnt take card anyway... Lets not.

Asked them a question about a price for distance. Told me its about 235 dollar. Id rather spend that money for something else.

The worst service Ive had. Cant get anywhere on time and drivers dont seem to care about your business.
