UNBELIEVABLY SCAMI purchased this Groupon and I decided to wait for my car. At the first time they didn’t offered me a place to wait. (Not a good presence place). In my opinion they delayed the job to justify the detailing work price. But the worse thing is the lack of professional products and the poor quality results at the end of the Job. It was full detail: Exterior, interior and engine bay

The car looks almost brand new, inside and out. They even got rid of the coffee stains on the seat! I asked them to clean the gap between trunk and the car and it was done well. The only feedback is for an executive detailing, they should do that without being asked. Additionally, it would be nice if they opened and cleaned the fuel tank. I cleaned that myself and also had to clean one storage spot they missed.

I really wanted to give them a 5. Pros: They wiped down/cleaned my leather interior. There were spots in the front passenger carpet that were removed. The last time Autobell cleaned the interior of my car, they left towel fibers on the passenger side airbag/dashboard; the towel fibers are gone. There were stains/water marks in the fabric near the front passenger seat belt & on the passenger front curtain airbag; the stains were removed. My niece left a mini Ritz in a back seat belt buckle; it was removed. The owner called to let me know when my car would be available. He also offered to brighten the glass of my headlights. I plan to return at another time for that. Gray areas: I see a few small marks on the back left of the sunroof & near the passenger left garment holder that I forgot to photograph; not sure if they were already there or not. If there, shouldve been able to come out when compared to the other stains/water spots. Cons: The gear shift was only partially cleaned. When the car is in park, it looks very clean; when in drive, it looks untouched. There are a few small spots near the bottom of the driver curtain airbag that probably shouldve come out. The drink holders/console up front were cleaned, but the corners werent. The rear drink holders/console was left down. Seeing it was upright, I pulled it down & somethings on it; it could be something from a tree. Whatever it was was left there prior to the console being pushed back up. Inside the front middle console where the additional outlet is was never touched; the shavings from an eyeliner are exactly where they were when I left the car. The is still some visible dirt on at least 1 door panel. The gas door was cleaned but near the gas cap was not. The trunk was never touched. I took items out of the trunk this morning to ensure it would be vacuumed; it was not.I purchased the interior & exterior executive auto detail package on Groupon. The website doesnt mention the detail taking 6 hrs. It wasnt mentioned when the appt was made or in the confirmation email. They were still wiping the car down shortly after 6 pm as I approached.I was definitely impressed when I saw the stains removed from the carpet. I dont sit on the passenger side while Im driving, so Im not sure where the stains came from. Not knowing what it was, I wasnt sure if it could be removed. At the same time, I was deflated when I saw the middle console & the trunk had never been touched, let alone vacuumed. Not after 6 hrs. If I wanted just an exterior wash, Id have gone to Auto Bell. The executive package is supposed to be the top package of the 3 offered. Im going to give them an opportunity to correct what wasnt done & give an update.

I had difficulty scheduling on the website, my error not website. I called and the young man whos name escapes me was extremely patient and helped me schedule my appointment. I will be back after the service is complete

I dropped my car off with no appointment, hence the 2 stars because they got me in. The inside of my car was still the same as when I dropped it off, he assumed I had a groupon and probably the reason my car was the same on the inside, I mean smells the same and the same trash was still on the floor and for $100 I would think they would clean between the seats which was my main reason for paying someone to clean it. Im currently searching for someone else that will do what they didnt.

My car looks incredible after the detail! It also smells amazing. They did a great job

This place provides 5 star service. The location is isnt five stars and you still have to be careful but the business owner worked diligently on my car and I was happy with the results.
