We had the tub to shower conversion and it is simply beautiful!! We could not have asked for better service! Daniel T and Dennis B made certain everything was as it should be, from removing the old tub, installing the drywall, using a level on the drywall to be certain it was correct, to the final installation of the shower! They were personable yet professional! They made certain everything was cleaned up before leaving. We were looking for something easy to clean and low maintenance, but also wanted it to look nice/high end. Sarah M. Came out to our house and explained the process and showed us different samples and recommendations. About a month later, she called us to let us know there were some new color options she thought we would like even more than what we had picked out. I’m so thankful she did because we picked out a new color that we love so much and fits our style so much better. Our shower installers were Travis Black and Dennis B. They showed up in time and were very friendly and professional. They laid down tarps from the house entrance to the bathroom and left the area very clean when they finished. The shower looks so much better than I imagined and we are very satisfied with their work! Highly recommend, these employees definitely care about their customers and it shows in their work!

We contracted West Shore to perform a tub-to-shower conversion. West Shore provided the easiest, most painless contracting service Ive ever experienced. They came to the house and provided an estimate the same day I initially contacted them. Pedro D and Jordan C arrived exactly on time at 8 AM sharp on the date we scheduled 6 weeks ago to begin the job and worked non-stop until the job was complete at ~5:30 PM. They asked for our input on where to place grab bars and were patient while we decided. They were very careful to leave no mess behind (e.g., vacuumed every speck of construction debris throughout the whole house). My wife and I were working from home the entire day, and they were not disruptive at all. Very nice guys. Final job turned out perfectly. Amazing service. West Shore may not be the cheapest option, but the quality, overall customer experience, and lifetime guarantee make every dollar worth it. **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

Adam Ryan was the Design Consultant that sold me my new walk in shower. Brian and Ryan C. were the installers who did the installation. I was impressed with each of these gentlemen. My mother recently had a stroke, so we were looking for a bathroom upgrade for our outdated, separate stall shower and garden tub combo. Matthew W. was my sales rep and he was fantastic. He gave me good advice regarding what would be the best option for my mom at a time when her stroke was still very new to me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated having someone who genuinely cared about what was best for her instead of what was best for his pocket. Today (8/2/21), we had the installation and it looks GORGEOUS. Ty T. & Jermame P. were our installers and not only would I highly recommend them, but I would gladly invite them back to my home any time! They were punctual, very polite, they even chatted a little with my mom, which is a huge plus. They worked hard and did a great job. I cannot say enough good things about them! West Shore Home replaced our 15+ year old shower with a modern walk-in-shower. From the beginning of this project with Sarah M. thru the completion of the install with Pedro D. and Jordan C. we were extremely pleased. Pedro D and Jordan C replaced my nasty tub shower with a beautiful shower. They were professional, on time and left my bathroom neat and clean.

West Shore (Charlotte) started my job, shower remodel, on June 18. it is still not complete as of today, July 12. The shower is a 36 by 36 stall. Two guys worked June 18 and 19. We did not accept the work as complete. Scheduled a return visit on July 2. This was cancelled and rescheduled. Two more returned to complete the job on July 9. It is still in need of finishing touches. No date for a third return installation visit yet. Oh and three other people did come to see the result of the first attempt. No work was done during the job review visits.Definitely not a 1 day job as advertised.

This is the first time we have used West Shore Home for anything and we had our hall bathroom shower done and they done a marvelous job. We had a shower remodeled in our bathroom. The installers Ty T. and Ryan E. arrived promptly around 8:28 am and began working at 8:40. Kevin G and Alex W were very professional. They took their time and thoroughly applied all the caulking around the shower walls with perfection, no crooked seams! I asked for the shower rod to have a wood blocking in the wall behind the shower wall so the shower rod would not loosen up over time and they did exactly what I asked of them. They were extremely efficient and truly took great pride in their work, which is so wonderful to see. They also cleaned up ever bit of dust in my bathroom. As most have already noted, the installation of a new walk in shower in place of a tub/shower unit was fast, professional and first class. Dexter and Alvin did a terrific job in just one day.But just as important to us were the quality of the materials. The walls are textured and embossed just like real tile - not smooth and shiny gel-coated fiberglass. And each is crafted to your specs, not one size fits all like from the big box stores! Plus lifetime warranty on all the materials and the installation! You wont get that from the local handyman. Our Design Consultant, Bob Wood, did a virtual consultation with us via Zoom due to the Coronavirus and gave us a free estimate on the spot.All in all, a great experience and I would recommend West Shore Home to anyone in the Charlotte region considering bath or shower remodeling.

Dexter & Jermaine were very professional & cleaned up after themselves, however I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the way they repaired some wood rot in the floor @ the corner of my tub/shower installation. Instead on replacing the flooring they just shimmed it up to appear solid. Now, just a few weeks later there is an apparent dip around their shims. We’re planning on having tile installed in the future & this will have to be corrected before moving forward.

Pedro and Joel came in as professionals and introduce themselves. Pedro ask questions to verify how we want the bathroom remodeled. He let us know that the water would be shut off. We had a new walk in shower installed. The ones that showed up were on time and very professional. They answered all of my wifes questions throughout the install. Let her take pictures of the process too. There were some discrepancies that we noticed after the fact. So we called and they sent someone out on our scheduled day off. We work a crazy schedule and they were more than happy to work with us. We cant say enough about Frank Scofield who came out to fix the discrepancies. He was awesome and answered all her crazy questions too. He also found a few that we didnt see. But we are still extremely happy with the work they did. And they do stand behind it 100% no questions ask. We would highly recommend. So thank you again for the beautiful walk in shower.

My experience with West Shore Home was smooth and effortless from my first meeting with Bob Wood to my install with Johnny S and Bill C. They all were very professional, on time and straight shooters. I had several questions which they were all more than happy to answer for me. My installers were the best! They were very thorough in preparing the area and making certain that items on the walls in other rooms were not going to be damaged during the process. Travis Black, Dennis, Kevin Gibson, and Will Willis all did a fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms. Both new showers look great. They got here on time and they were very efficient. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a new shower installed.

Very Happy! Two full baths redone, great work. Came out better than I envisioned! Johnny lead the team and I was informed and had input in the whole process. From tear out to install they kept all the work areas and traffic areas very clean - which is hard with old garden tub tear out and 2 full showers down lots of stairs. You could tell they all took pride in their work making everything as perfect as possible. I want to thank Jermain P, Bob, Jordan, Pedro D, Ryan, Alex and Joe for all their hard and fast work under Johnny.

The entire process was painless. We replaced a bath tub for a walk in shower for my mother. Justin, the sales person was very nice and not pushy, really nice to deal with. Then for the install Cody T. and Zach S. were punctual, polite, and all around nice. They used all precautions to keep the area clean and covid compliant. They picked up and clean at the end. It was like nothing happened just a nice new shower. The manager, David, also stop by to inspect the work. Highly recommend them

We remodeled our full bath and Sarah Magaro, our Senior Consultant, as well as Kevin Alicea, the installer, were excellent!! It looks fabulous! Cody Tingler and Alex Wilson did a super fantastic job of gutting my old 1964 cast iron bathtub, remodeling the old tile walls and replacing it with a very clean, and modern 2021 acrylic shower area. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was flawless. We are very, very pleased with our new shower, bathtub combination! Thanks Cody and Alex for an outstanding job!
