Absolute bait and switch pricing. After working through this company for literally months, they then tacked on a plumbers warranty cost upper of 60% (!!!!!!!!!!!????????!!!!!!!!!!) on the final quotation sheet that was never included on any previous pricing. They even attempted to hide it by giving us a final version with no pricing, so I had to ask for a priced version. I feel absolutely betrayed by them. Caveat emptor!! I can buy the same product on build.com for much cheaper now. Why would anyone ever shop here?

Please dont let a couple of negative reviews impact your decision to make an appointment for your plumbing needs. The folks at Majestic Bath go out of their way with providing service, in particular, with all of the challenges with the current supply chain. Their selection is amazing, too!
