This place and these people are fantastic! Unlike most people, I walked in clueless on where to begin with renovating a big master bathroom. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful, and 20 minutes later I walked out with tile that I’m really excited about!! Based on very little information from me, they gave me just the direction I needed! Tile is so important and the hardest part of a bathroom to change, so getting it right is key! Oh... and the tile they suggested was the perfect balance of quality and affordability! Can’t thank you all enough!

Purchased stacked stone from Queen City Stone and Tile to surround the fireplace in the great room. Queen City Stone and Tile had a great selection to choose and Jeff was very helpful in guiding me thru the different types of tile and stone. I would highly recommend Queen City Stone and Tile.

Queen City has a great selection IN STOCK large format tile. The shower floor in the picture came from somewhere else but they have similar looks in marble. The walls in my shower ended up being a perfect match and the customer service was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with multiple (6) tile shops while remodeling my bathroom and Queen City Stone and Tile was my favorite for sure. Check them out!

Queen City Stone and Tile are the absolute best in the business! Our experience building a new custom home process has been stressful to say the least but NOT when it came to picking out tile. Koray went above and beyond in helping us make decisions and even helped our tile installer with which way to install the tile. We chose them for all of our tile options and couldnt be happier with the results! The backsplash in the kitchen, floors in our laundry room, and the tile in our bathrooms turned out perfect!! It wouldnt have been possible without the excellent customer service and quality products Queen City Stone and Tile have to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 - you will NOT be disappointed!!!

I cant say enough great things about the staff at Queen City Tile. After initially firing a bad tile contractor, we had to demo the work and start over. After regrouping and going in a different direction, we made numerous trips to QCS. Owners Jeff and Koray and associate Kyle were always helpful and always willing to resolve any issues that came up. My wife and I are forever grateful to them for transforming a difficult situation into a successful and satisfying project that will bring joy for years to come. As a home builder in the Charlotte area we consistently look to Queen City Stone and Tile to set our home apart! Great people and great quality!

My wife and I just finished remodeling all three bathrooms in our home. We initially visited several tile shops in Charlotte and the surrounding area but when we Googled the 10 best tile stores in Charlotte, it became clear that Queen City Stone and Tile was ( and most definitely IS ) the cream of the crop. We paid Jeff and Koray a visit and were immediately impressed with their knowledge, selection and suggestions. We used a porcelain tile for our guest bathroom and a statuary Italian marble for our master bathroom. The end result was a WOW FACTOR that we are still admiring !!! On top of this they recommended a simply OUTSTANDING remodeling company that we used for every step of our renovating projects. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are already bragging about QCS and ONC remodeling to our friends and neighbors. If you are considering a bathroom remodel you really need to call these guys... They are GREAT !!!

Pretty amazing welcome. we had visited a few other tile locations today and was ignored at almost all of them. we were welcomed by a sales dude working with other customers outside. we were welcomed with another sales dude that was working with other customers inside. he excused himself and asked a colleague to help us. we spoke for 5-10 minutes and Koray put some samples in front of us and nailed it. the price was great. the service was excellent. would absolutely use them again. i say go!!

This place is unlike any tile place I have ever seen. Each tile in the store is carefully thought out and curated. It is just as much a art gallery as a tile store. The prices are incredible and tile will have your jaw dropping!

Queen City Tile is hands down the best tile shop in the Carolinas. We did an entire house gut (pretty much new construction). I shopped around to all of the other stores: QC has a great selection. QC has the best prices. QC has the best service. And I mean, the BEST! Especially considering the gorgeous one of a kind tiles/stone that you are getting. Their prices are not even comparable to any other tile shop. But it isnt like you are sacrificing anything else for the great price. Koray (owner) and Jeff are amazing and so knowledgeable! I loved that he wasnt just trying to sell me stone and send me on my way. He was so involved and hands on in my selection process and gave me the real input that I needed (I literally went to their store at least 25 times!) They were patient with me and happily helped me through every thought or questions that I had. Koray was the only person that told me what I did not want to hear - that my must have master shower idea was not going to work, when every other store was ready to just sell me what I asked for. That is the big difference!! People are not honest anymore, but the guys QC ARE! That alone turned me into a forever customer - knowing that they had my best interest in mind and they wanted me to be thrilled with their products. We had a little issue with some damaged stones, and they made things right, no questions asked. They worked with me every step of the way, were so knowledgeable, helpful, over accommodating, professional, and I can go on and on, in every single aspect. I am so happy I found this little gem of a store and people! I will always recommend QC to everyone!

Couldnt have been any more pleased with the finished product. Put backsplash and tile flooring in an upscale condominium near Lake Norman. The price on Italian ceramic tile was way below their competitors. The installation, a 10 ! Those guys are artists ! Would recommend Queen City to anyone looking to upgrade their property !! 👍👍

I was a customer of Parla Stone, which is what QC Stone was previously. They already had beautiful products and I was able to find what I needed at less than half the price of the big box stores! Queen City has brought in a ton of new and gorgeous options in travertine, marble, and other natural materials and the prices are still more than reasonable! They even offered to have their subcontractors install for me! Definitely check this place out! You wont be disappointed!

This was, hands down, the best experience weve had shopping for stone and tile, and as were currently on our 5th reno project in as many years, weve shopped around. Koray was attentive and helpful, so kind and generous with his knowledge and expertise of marble, natural stone and mosaic tiles. He actively listened to our preferences and made thoughtful design recommendations for our master bath. Everyone greeted us with courtesy and warmth - a welcome change compared to other tile and stone shops (big and small) where weve been overtly ignored. Well certainly be back, as we love the high-quality tile and natural stone selection and great customer service.

They said they can get the product we are buying the next day, they lied to us about the product delivery date and delayed our job. Not to be trusted personnel and and the tile installer they deal with. Bunch of liars gang . the tile installer arthur ( iceman ) who referred me to them, turned out to be a crook like them he got paid and never completed the job. So I will never go back to this company or the people they deal with .
