No Excuses saved my house from a water damage disaster! They responded immediately when some pipes burst in my house and saved the day! The pipes burst around 1am and they had everything under control within 3 hour.They quickly began the clean up process and was able to dry most of the damage pretty fast. Lots of help from these guys and gals with the flood pump out service. They are professionals.They guys did a fantastic job with the water pump out and prevented any water damage from happening. Great guys for emergencies and left the house in amazing shape!

My husband and I were incredibly fearful when we decided to hire a contractor for our remodel. We worried wed be screwed over and left with a home in shambles. We interviewed five or so companies for our complete home renovation. If they werent expensive, they were unlicensed or sketchy.Our home was built in the 1960s so some repairs presented themselves once the job commenced but these guys took the time to be thorough with an explanation as to the cost and need for the repair or change order. They were very flexible with our budget and allowed us to be involved in the project. these are top-notch, brilliant professionals who work efficiently and thoroughly with careful logic guiding their every step. They will definitely be my first choice for any construction/remodeling work.

No Excuses Construction is the worst construction company I have ever worked with. They do poor work, their owners and management are very bad at communicating and promise things they cannot produce, they hire unqualified trades (hispanics from gas stations around Charlotte), and take forever to finish a job. My project actually never was finished! I would recommend never hiring this company for any work. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - their address (401 Hawthorne Ln #110, Charlotte, NC) is phony - a UPS address, but theyre not even registered there !!!
