We did an update of our kitchen with new counters, backsplash and lighting; put judges paneling in our foyer and dining room; as well as a complete gut and remodel of our bath.Premier Renovations did an OUTSTANDING job in all areas. ALL of the crews that came in our home were as courteous and professional as Scott and Candy. All did a wonderful job without leaving a huge mess at the end of the day.What was most impressive is that they continued to work on issues as they arose (I suppose every job has some unexpected things arise) until they were completely resolved and done RIGHT- not just done.We also appreciated Scotts expertise in some of the suggestions that he made to make our project turn out better than our initial vision.We would call Premier again without hesitation for any project.

I recently hired Scott and his crew do move a wall at my office. Let me tell you something these guys are GOOD. Showed up on time every day and the office was spotless everyday when they left. When the job was complete the wall looked as if it always had been there. Ive since hired Scotts crew to update our popcorn ceilings and canned lighting. Same experience, doing what they say they will do and ON TIME. Thank you guys. Getting the right people on these types of jobs has been very frustrating for me in the past you are a breath of fresh air. **UPDATE 2/21/17** Recently hired Premier again to completely renovate our master bath along with a second bath and half bath. Everyone has been extremely professional and friendly. All folks have been on schedule and the quality is on point. They have also kept our house extremely clean during the process. Premier Renovations recently completed our kitchen renovation. We found a picture of a kitchen that we liked on Houzz and the contractor happened to be right in our own city. From start to finish, we were impressed. Scott was on time for all of our planning meetings and provided us with a detailed quote so that we knew exactly what was included. Scott and his business manager Candy were on top of everything and were in constant communication with us. All of the subcontractors worked hard and were extremely respectful of the fact that I work from home. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of each day and the project was actually completed early! Our new kitchen looks spectacular. We love it and have received many compliments from guests. My husband and I recommend Scott and his team without hesitation. He is timely, pays attention to detail and most importantly, not once did we have to manage the manager. We will absolutely be calling Premier Renovations again for future projects.

We had our entire kitchen remodeled. It turned out awesome and Scott promised us a date and he came through right on time. Everything went as planned and when there was a glitch he handled quickly. Scott completed a kitchen and bath renovation for us. The work was scheduled and completed on time -- in fact, completed prior to the original schedule. Scott was meticulous in his work, ensured his sub-contractors were scheduled and their work completed to his high standards. Scott makes suggestions for improvements during the process which improved the overall appearance. The house, even though in a state of disrepair was kept as neat and clean as possible. The process required open and frequent communication between Scott and us and that communication was daily. I would highly recommend Scott for any of your renovation needs.

Scott and his team are A+. Contracted them in 2016 to do a total kitchen remodel, 2 bath remodels, and tile work. I felt so confident that I actually went on to our scheduled vacation. From start to finish Scott and his wonderful Crew have been absolutely wonderful. Everything was done exactly the way it was supposed to be. Every question I had answered. The timeline for our kitchen renovation happened in exactly the amount of time that was described maybe even faster. I love my new kitchen its everything I wanted. Every member of this team; was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just simply got the job done. If I ever take on a renovation of any kind it will only be with Premier Renovations.

Scott did a fantastic job at guiding us through the entire remodel process. We (and by we, I mean Scott and his team) did a complete kitchen remodel, took down walls, put up walls, new floors, new plumbing, new electricity, new doors, etc., and Scott took care of it all. We were navigating moving out of our old house and into a new house, and Scott hit all the time deadlines he said he would. The quality of the construction was so good, that we asked him to add built-in cabinets to our living room, which he was able to do quickly. We were kept up to date at all times about what was coming next and what information he needed from us.We definitely have future projects in mind for our home, and we fully intend on using Scott and his team for all of them.

We are VERY happy!No—I take that back! We are not “happy”--we are THRILLED!Why? Because of Scott Evert and Premier Renovations, of course!Let me explain. My husband and I moved into a lovely townhome, in a charming community, downsizing with our most recent career relocation. New construction, the townhouse was and is charming. But, the kitchen, though upgraded, was more to “builder specs” and we decided that should be live in Charlotte for 5 years, we would renovate. And we did—so we did!Please know we are both cooks. We love to cook, and the kitchen is truly the heart of our home. After doing a lot of research, we chose DCI as our design company. They did an amazing job, maximizing our space and making the layout one we could hardly wait to use. Of course, then came the hard part—tearing out what was there, and putting in everything new. Carol of DCI suggested we use their contractor, and he was familiar with their business. That is how we met Scott and his FABULOUS team.The good part is, this was not the first time we have remodeled a kitchen, and we were prepared for real “stress and mess.” Why? Did I mention we had to tear everything out—down to the studs? Did I share that we had to put in new venting for our stove and rewiring for the appliances? Did I mention the footprint of the kitchen changed and the hardwood floors had to be repaired and refinished? True!Yes, we really were prepared for stress and mess. Boy! Were we wrong!First of all, I have never worked with a team like Scott’s. They were ON TIME and ON SCHEDULE the whole way though—we had a start date, and a projected end date, and all dates were met!Second—Mess? What mess? The team was so neat, clean and tidy that beyond the “usual” expectation of the tear out, the men cleaned up after themselves every day, tidied up, and picked up. I mean, my NEIGHBORS commented on how clean the area was—how courteous the team was, and how nothing was left in disarray.Third—the work was on time, in budget, and the old appliances and cabinets were carefully removed intact and transported to Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore.The quality of the work was and remains exceptional. Scott and his men attended to the smallest detail, from installation to trim work, from repair and patch to tile setting and painting.Premier Renovations work was so skilled, that we have used Scott and his team for other work in our house, some small, some large. Further, we have given his name and number to friends and colleagues who are looking for contractors and renovation work.We are the very happy, totally satisfied, and indeed THRILLED users of Premier Renovations and Scott Evert.
