Very clean and professional environment. Friendly service providers. Barbers are well skilled and capable of cutting hair of all textures.Parking wasnt as convenient.

Made an appointment for 9:30, the barber never showed. Had to wait outside for because no one had open the shop. They dont reach back out towards appointments they fail to meet.

Best haircut Ive gotten in a long time

Just got a haircut here for the first time and it was great. Ive been looking for a good barbershop in this area of Charlotte and Ive finally found one. New Image has that old school feel, which I love, with skilled barbers who pay attention to the small details that the major chains always tend to miss. If youve been going to one of the major chains to get a haircut you should try this place out. Go just once youll understand the small details Im talking about. Ed was my barber so I can recommend him with confidence. He took his time and got it right. Ill definitely be going back to New Image Barbershop.

This place is literally awesome. Got a hair cut for the 1st time and I was blown away. I relocated from Seattle to Charlotte and this has been the best place to go for a haircut. Ask for Ralph. He will make sure your well put together.

The Barbershop is very calm and easy going, laid back and welcoming to all people. The barbers are all skilled and able to handle any of the many styles of hair available. I received a cut and was very satisfied with what I got. Definitely worth your time and effort to make it out to this shop.

Ralph didnt show up for my appointment and i was left alone in the shop for half an hour. Found out he was eating and drinking at the bar across the street. what kind of barbershop sends its employees out during appointment times?

Worste hair cut I have ever got, and I only get a basic bald head and face trim. Hair was left uncut on face and head. No attention to detail, the cut was very rushed, was done in about 15 minutes and was charged $25. Will never go back.
