The most friendly staff!! Super professional. I loved the set up of the salon and how it wasnt busy. 💖❤

The staff was very unprofessional. We used their on-line check-in service (required to do so, they would not take my appt via phone when I called). We waited approx. 2 hours for our on-line appt time and received total of 3 texts as we were getting closer to our spot on deck (as they call it). We left lunch early to get there on-time per their text instruction. When we walked in we were told they had taken a walk-in ahead of us, which apparently pushed us 4 places down the line. Absolutely ridiculous!! The stylist did not apologize and instead tried to cover up their greed of taking a walk-in customer in order to make 2 cuts and more money, at our expense. Then they told us it would only be a 10 min wait, however, we kept waiting and waiting while others went ahead of us....a total of another 35 mins sitting in lobby. Treated us like a number, no apologies. Very, very frustrating. Showed greed of the stylist to try and fit in a walk-in at our expense. Beware of this place and stylist greed at the expense of customers who actually follow the rules.

McKenzie did a fantastic job cutting my hair, and was very fun to talk with. The MVP treatment is definitely worth it, because the hairdresser seemed to actually enjoy her job. Wonderful experience and I will be back.Also there was another lady who did an incredible job on this boy who was getting his hair cut. I mean, she just freaked it. The kid was comfortable and seemed to be having a great time.I’ll give this place a good review any day of the week.

Great haircuts and fantastic service. My 4 year old wanted his toy Clifford to have his haircut too so he got a cape and a quick trim at the same time. No need to head for an expensive child only salon when this is the level of service at Sport Clips.

I’ve been bouncing around for about 3 years now looking for the right hairstylist that can deliver the same look time after time. My search stopped yesterday when I met Tonya at the arboretum location. She knows what the f*** she is doing. I will return to this location (45 minutes from my house) from now on every single time I need a haircut from now on. I have never walked out of the haircut place liking my cut even a week after it fills out. This was my favorite haircut yet and I’ve gotten compliment after compliment, good job Tonya and EJ very satisfied.

First time customer and I will definitely be back. Miranda was attentive to detail, professional and friendly. She seemed to care about my satisfaction and getting my hair done right. I enjoyed the experience and my hair looks great!

Barbershop was clean and well run. I did have to wait 30+ mins to get my haircut and they pulled one other walk in ahead of me (I believe they may have known him and therefore favored him), but once I got in they gave me a terrific haircut and were wonderful to work with. Great place to get your hair cut.

First time. Very slow/long wait only one person ahead of me. Wish I had gone to great clips. 2 stylists look very young, slow, tentative. Taking too long. Not accustomed to waiting long get my hair cut. Once in the chair, the stylist was very friendly and personable. Good cut; afterwards there is the option to get shampoo and head massage. Thats nice and unique. The haircut cost $20, a bit more than Im used to. Because of that and the hour it took to get in and out, I probably wont return.

Actual Haircut was great for me and my son. The wait however was too long. Actual time was double the estimate. This was an issue at the promenade location as well.

Our 4 year old grandson had a bad experience at another children’s haircut shop. He was initially nervous and apprehensive but was treated so gently and kindly that he was grinning at the end. And his haircut was just perfect. Walked out looking like a real grown up boy. Thank you.

Very rarely do I complain. However, I have attempted to get a haircut at this location close to 10 times now and I only stuck around once to get a haircut. YOU WILL WAIT OVER AN HOUR! The kicker is... the last 5 times, I have checked in online with the waiting times ranging anywhere from 20 minutes to one hour. Cool... I live across the street and this is super convenient! WRONG! They misquote times on the regular. Sure, the store does well from sheer volume, but at the cost of turning half their clientele away. Everytime Im there, I watch 2 to 3 customers leave, with myself soon to follow. Two months back, I had a week vacation and I attempted to get a haircut 4 out of 5 weekdays, all ranging from different times. Guess what? NO HAIRCUT! I gave up and began driving to South Park, with no problems there. Finally, just when I think enough time has passed, I say to myself, I will try arboretum again because Id rather go wait there then to drive round trip 45 minutes somewhere else. Boy, am I always sadly disappointed to wait, not get a haircut, and go back home across the street, to work, or another avocation because either my patience is tried or I am now running late. If you guys would like any advice to fix this problem: one, staff like you are going to be busy and the business will most always come, and two, be honest about the quote times. What a waste of my time!

The first time I have ever been here. When we walk in the door. I was greeted immediately then I had a coupon. I had no trouble using it. Then Shannon told me that since it was my sons first time their. He got the mvps special treatment. I will be coming back and I live further away. Shannon will be cutting his hair. My son Jhonathan really enjoy all the extras they did.

Ashlyn was so good with GUNNAR our precious grandson! He was squirmy ( most 18 mos old are)But she performed her magic! Those lollipops do wonders! We did however have four and “yiayia”Had four herself! Yummy! He looks adoreable!Can’t wait for church in the morning!!!

Toomie makes sure your haircut is perfect! You may have to wait but its worth it when you know you have quality service.

There are so many options for us closer to home, but we go to Sports Clips Arboretum to see Lydia. She is awesome and knows exactly how to work my son’s hair which can be challenging!

I loved Nicole she was awsome and i really like my hair cut. Ive been to many salons dedicated to womans hair cuts and i can say without a doubt that this was my best expirence! When they ask you i recomend you take the free hair wash ! Its awsome they massage your hair and the chair you seat on for that is also a massage chair. Nicole was very gentle with my easily tangled hair and was very nice to me! Will 100% come back!
