The barber I seen was a nice guy but I don’t think ladies hair was his specialty. We came during my husbands lunch break so I didn’t get a chance to thoroughly look over the cut until I got home. Definitely not satisfied luckily I can hide it until I can get it corrected. Unfortunately lost $31 which I definitely have to just waste.

Booked an appt online almost 2 hours before I was scheduled to be there to get a cut by @Fadezbychaz.I arrived early and he still had someone in the chair. Cool. He finished the guys cut at 1:30 and proceeds to call another customer ahead of me. I approached the barber and said that I had an appt for 1 pm. He then tells me he is running behind 😒.Why would you accept my payment, allow your customer to wait without reaching out and letting me know you were running behind?Bad business.If you go here to get a cut, you better off walking in cause they obv dont respect appointments or their customers enough to give them a courtesy call/text.Edit: After my ride came (visiting by way of Atlanta) I went to get a refund from @Fadezbychaz and when the barber gave me my money back, instead of handing it to me like he would want a customer to pay him, he did it in a disrespectful way cause he doesnt respect his customers.Thank God for perspective.Edit #2: The owner responded and im assuming he is the barber in the first chair who was present during my visit.Novel of a review for a novel experience.A customer can pay upfront, be on time, wait past their appointment time and when they speak up they are given excuses, Im running behind.That type of communication would be helpful prior to me booking, paying, and waiting.Upset? YesBlanket threats? 🤔You must be referring to @fadezbychaz statements about how he dont do no talking or it must of been when instead of him handing me my money, he pressed it against my chest and I stated oh you a gangster.As I walked past the first chair on my way to exit I stated I left something for yallHence the novel review.

My dude was really nice, but the cut was terrible. Long patches, uneven fade. Maybe he was rushing, or just having a bad day. Whatever the case may be, in my line of work I cant afford to have an amateur cut, and my hair looks like a 6 year old did it.The place is clean and nice, such a shame the quality was poor.

I just randomly looked up barbers near me and this was the 1st thing that popped up. Kyrk the barber was kind to cut my hair and i haven’t looked back since. Definitely phenomenal with the clippers & professionalism. All the other barbers in here are professional & talented as well. I’ve became a regular of his. Good barbers are hard to find and I’m a happy camper 😎

I came in for the first time last week. This is a very clean shop and convenient to my house. Bass was my barber and he was a super nice dude. I was happy with the hair cut and more importantly, my wife loved it. I’ll definitely be back!They also take COVID seriously, it felt very safe which is nice as I’m sure that’s a concern for many now.

Ask for Dame anytime you go there. Im in Charlotte for visite and found the Barber on google and Dame was my barber and he did a great job. I recommend it to anyone who needs a Haircut.

I came all the way from Rock Hill SC to check them out and I was not disappointed. I received the hot towel shave and a haircut and the put me in the game.... and for what I noticed all the barbers can cut so it dont matter who you go to.

Very professional and welcoming shop with top notch barbers! I get the standard full head shave bald and goatee and they brought out the works. Cru gave me the hot towels and straight razor. Leaving me smooth and every edge was tight. Great work. My new regular spot!Only note is the price: higher than your run of the mill corner shop, but this isnt your run of the mill barbershop.... I booked an appointment at 10AM(10/20) but the shop was closed, tried reaching but no response, was waiting for more than 15min in front of shop. Poor professional, could have informed me prior if you couldnt make it or at least after i called you.

The barbers here were extremely professional and friendly. Tony did an incredible job and was very meticulous with his work. He took his time to make sure I looked my best and went above and beyond what I even needed, especially with all of the cow licks I have on my head. The price is also exceptional for everything you get. I just want a professional haircut done that doesnt charge me an arm and a leg to try to sell me a super deluxe luxury package to massage my face and beard and stuff. If I wanted all that, Id ask for it. Im particular with who I let cut my hair, so Ill definitely be returning for my next haircut. Look for Tony El Barbero!

My man and I are in town for a wedding and he needed his hair cut and beard trimmed. He found this shop and MY GOODNESS.....Chris hooked him up! He took his time, he was polite, and the shop is incredibly clean. Highly recommend! I can’t stop looking at him now lol.

Bass Cuts is the professional barber that I recommend. The shop is clean and they offer water to customers.

Honestly, this was the best cut Ive had in over a year. Cru did a fantastic job, Ive gotten more than a few compliments! He was super friendly and ran a clean shop. There was an echo playing good music too. All in all, best experience Ive had for getting my hair cut.

My fiancé just went to get his hair trimmed and came back looking like his blind grandmother cut his hair. When he walked into the house after getting it cut I literally started crying because the cut was SO bad. We are driving to my hairdresser to see if they can fix it.... I never leave reviews but I am so shocked with how terrible my fiancé’s hair looks that I feel I would be doing an injustice to others if I did not report on how terrible his hair turned out.

I made an appointment with Brandon aka Cru early morning, I was there for a min but no one showed up. So, I decided to scout for other shops. Then Cru persistently called me, sincerely appoligized and immediately got me in the seat as soon as I was available.Cru and his crew inside the shop made me feel like Ive known them my whole life, very welcoming. I have never felt this while getting a hair cut.He did an awesome job on my hair, took his time till he was satisfies with the results.
