Received an uneven cut. The receptionist was in my personal space every 2 minutes. Talking over my head and made me feel very uncomfortable. The barber could have did a better job- I got on a video chat and the person asked when was I going to get a hair cut?- very embarrassing.

My son had an appointment at 6:30 and didn’t get in the chair until 7:15 the lady who answers the phone was extremely rude and admitted someone jumped in the chair that wasn’t scheduled basically a walk-in. No one has cut my sons hair like tevin and I specifically made the appointment so I didn’t have to wait like a walk-in yet was told the barber is extremely slow and the receptionist went to get lunch and no one was supervising who was next in line. The attitude I got for her mistake was uncalled never again

So I had made an appointment for my son to get his hair cut. Even came an hour early. I was waiting the barber name Tevin to cut my sons head. I seen he was done, but when I turned around, I didn’t see him, so I thought maybe he had used the bathroom or something. I thought to myself, “I guess he will let me know when he is ready for me.” A few minutes pass, and he had someone in his chair. The barber beside him said was telling him about getting me next, but Tevin said, “Well, she was just standing there.” I just walked off. He isn’t professional and he is rude. That attitude of how won’t get him now where. And I won’t be coming back. Master Kutz it is.

Samire cut my hair and did an amazing job! Highly professional and only 17 years old! Works and goes to school and is a very intelligent individual. The entire staff were awesome! Made me feel right at home. NOT what I was expecting from a Walmart barber shop. Theyre not affiliated so dont let them being in Walmart deter you from using them. They spent more time on my hair than anyone else and I have an amazing new hair style! I left it up to the barber to cut it as he saw fit and I was more than satisfied. HIGHLY recommend his place. 10/5 stars. I will be back in a month for sure even though its 35 minutes away.

My husband wanted a beard shape up and honestly it was a hot mess it was not shaped up right and left some hair missed some hair also my husband beard and mustache was irritated he felt burning and it turned supper red awful job

Just called store location today to inquire about an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Based off of how I was treated on a phone call inquiring about a haircut and availability and the poor customer service given. I would not spend my hard earned money at this Business.

I would never go to them again. I walked in with my son at like 6 and they closed at 7 on a Monday and the dude said it was a wait. One guy was I guess getting ready to go home. The guy at the front asked the guy that was packing up if he Had time for one more. The guy that was packing up got a whole live attitude and was like they coming at the last min and we’ll what they gone due. He Blatantly didn’t want to do it, shaking his head in all. How rude, first of all y’all don’t close for another hour and if you didn’t want to do it you could have said that instead of speaking Rudely and having an attitude about it with a paying customer. my son was only getting his sides to make it so bad 10-15 mins top if you know what you doing. Like y’all want to look like y’all upscale with low scale workers and attitudes. Ugh.

I forget what reviewer here said that the first cut is $5 for first timers; but I mentioned that during my first visit and was told that the special is instead just $5 off. Not a huge pain point. But before going for a second time, I called and asked the price for just a lineup. I presume that an employee answered the phone. He said that lineups for the head only are $10. I asked if he was sure that it isnt $15, because I vaguely recalled seeing $15 somewhere; I just needed to make sure. But he assured me that that was for a beard and head lineup. Sure enough, I only got a head lineup, but was still told that it was $15. I mentioned that the employee that answered the phone said that it would only be $10; but was just told that there mustve been a misunderstanding.

Took my son in to get a haircut...I do understand it is Sunday and I expected a wait, but what I didnt expect is that not one barber greeted us or even acknowledged we were there...we sat and waited about an hour before we got up and left...this is after i saw multiple people walk in and get cut without having to wait...yes they are a good shop but professionalism is lacking!!!

Ive been here twice one time with my Consumers for work and a second time with my son..1st time my experience here was good, second time did not go well at all. My grandma, my son and I arrived at 6:08 pm, I waited 40 mins for my son to get his hair cut when all of the clients they had were gone and one barber was sitting in the chair talking on the phone with no client in his seat...Just as we where walking out it took my grandmother to say something for my son to get his haircut which was very unprofessional if you have people in the shop shouldnt you ask if they need assistance? Overall we waited 40 mins and by the time my sons hair got cut we had been there for 1hr and 30 mins and got charged $16 for a fade really not up to date with the names of mens haircuts. Not a good experience for me !

I was in town for a graduation and I needed a cut at the last minute. I was the first one there and went to the first barber (mistake). That bald-head joker had my hairline jumping like the lines on the heart monitor at the ER. I told him to line my beard up...he cuts my sideburns and leaves me with a goatee. The worst. Had me looking crazy.
