I came into City Barbers Highland Creek location today and didnt have an appointment. It was my first visit. John was available in between appointments. He did a great job on my hair. He was very detailed and talked with me about what I wanted. The price was also very reasonable. I will return.

Got a great haircut from John. He took a lot of time to make sure he got everything lined up right, and the neck shave and beard trim was a nice finish. Very reasonably priced, clean shop with friendly people working. I’ll definitely go back.Currently cash only, so make sure you bring your greenbacks.

This place is awesome! I have been getting my haircut by Tipton and he does a fantastic job every time. His detail is phenomenal and I have always received amazing service. The shop is well taken care of and the new chairs are very comfortable.

Well... I will admit, my hair is really all I have going for me haha, so I’m skeptical to jump ship to a new barber or stylist. I’ve been going to the same place for 7 years. We moved into the area from south Charlotte and I had to find a new spot. I called and John fit me in right away and let me tell you.... he did a hell of a job and I will be a repeat customer until John rolls out ha!

Old fashion barber shop. Fast friendly service and the Barbers do a great job. Saturday walk in, no problem. There is only three chairs, but they are very efficient so wait time is not long. Reasonable prices and even got a neck shave to top it off. Great experience and value.

This place is great. I used to go to sports clips. But I had a couple bad experiences there since moving to Charlotte. I decided to try this place. I will never go back to sports clips. My haircut is $15 and the do a hot lather neck shave which is awesome. I havent had a bad cut yet. Consider me a customer for life. Joe gives a great old school haircut, with attention to detail I havent seen since I was a kid. Lisa also gives a great cut.

Been twice and will not be going to any other shop. Might be the cleanest cut I have ever had and at $15 for a real haircut and hot neck shave you will not find a better value in the Charlotte Metro. So thankful to have been referred to yall. Go see John and you wont leave disappointed! Cash only

Shannon (one of the barbers) told me not to worry about it since I only had cards, or to just pay him back next time I came in.Places like this are few and far between.

Im feeling some type way. I took my son to get tapered and a edge up. A barber shop is a barber shop regardless period. I enter the business and I was told that they dont do that and tried to direct me somewhere else. In the hair business you are trained to work with all types of hair period. So at this point I feel your business is racist. Please answer this question pubilcy. Why couldnt my son get tapered and a trim again⁉

If you’re looking for a great cut and also to experience exceptional customer service this is the place for you. Everyone in this shop is so pleasant and kind. I used to get my hair done at Great Clips but because of my past two experiences at this shop I will never be going back to Great Clips again. Tipton has done a fantastic job on my hair both times and I also enjoy the friendly conversations we have each time. Also want to give a shoutout to Lisa, Bri, Joe, and Amy. They always chime into our conversations and make the experience even better. They certainly make you feel at home in this shop and if that’s what you’re looking for you should definitely stop by.

Says the close at 3, called to make an appointment at noon, was told walk ins only until 1:30, quick wash my hair and arrive at 1:15 and sign is being flipped to close and I was told by the one guy how long he has been there today and that if the other lady wants to she can, and she said I mean, its up to you...I obviously dont want to get my haircut by someone who doesnt even want to do it, so I left.Wasted $10 uber over.Lame.Poor customer service.Obviously dont need your business

I used to go to their downtown location and was pleased to discover this location thats more-convenient for me at Arbor Creek Dr. The staff here, just like downtown, is top-notch and the haircuts are nothing short of perfection. These guys are pro. I wont go anywhere else.
