Replaced my alternator and did a fantastic job! Give the front desk lady a raise!!

I took my car into the shop to get a wheel alignment oil change and brake change I paid a total of $400, in return they did the work they said they did the work I did not show me what they did nor did they actually do the work I took it to another mechanic where he told me they should have not done anything without replacing the wheel bearings or the struts to the alignment My brake pads were halfway put on did not have the safety clip in it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR NOTHING THEY SCREW PEOPLE OVER AND YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Great place to get your vehicle inspected. They have 2 stores that are convenient. Prices are not expensive if you need your vehicle worked on. I also got me some wipers and light bulbs for my truck. The workers there provide great customer service. Very nice and courteous workers.

The worst experience ever. These people will rip you off for sure. I sent 1000 with them only for them to tell me they couldnt find the problem. They just tossed me to the side like garbage. The are very unprofessional. They do a lot of guess work. Very poor👎

They charged me for a new part and when my dad looked under the hood, he told me they had just welded the old one together (poorly). They have terrible customer service and some of the items in my car went missing and they just shrugged their shoulders at me when I asked where my things were. Please NEVER go here. They take great care of male customers but take advantage of the female ones. Check the other reviews. Notice how all the positive reviews are from men. They are crooks.

This a terrible unprofessional establishment I took my 2006 dodge charger there to get my engine replace and It took me two weeks just to get approval from this place I drop off my car on March 17 and didnt get started til April 7 the estimate Gregory who they say is the boss who can give permission for them to get started working on my vechile was missing for two weeks.after driving to Durham to get my engine and drop off my new engine he told me that certain parts was needed so additional money was adding to my tab. After I finally brought my dad and myself to check on my car they said my car was ready and so I had my car for a week and realize they charge me for a new water pump and I drove my car four days later and the hoes that close to my engine is not sealed and I brought it to there attention the worker had to call Gregory and ask can he fix it and he told him charge me $345 to replace something they put on do not ever take your vechile there I wouldnt ask them for air .very unprofessional they should fire the so call manager he doesnt know anything about running a buisness.

They are very unprofessional. The most far the wosry experience I had. When u told about my tier they saying it my fault when its really there. They do guilty and hungry for money I dont recommend them to no one. Then they try to over charge if u not really paying attention to what they saying whatever you do not go to them. Bad business

Bad, Bad, Bad!!! Worst customer service in the world. I went in for an inspection and it ended up costing me $120 because my tire needed to be fixed. The tire being fixed was optional so in reality the owner was just being greedy. I left and had two flat tires within 30 minutes, brought it back to the shop and was told somebody mustve slashed my tires. The owner acted as if he didnt want to fix it and after standing my ground, he reluctantly gave me two new tires. These people are extremely rude, can barely speak English, and get an attitude when you ask them to do something right. Do yourself a favor and dont go here...besides its in a ghetto neighborhood at that.
