Im new in town and dont know anyone here yet. Ive been here in Charlotte for a few weeks and a few days ago, my van (Dodge Grand Caravan) smelled like gas. When I looked under, I could see that I actually had a gas leak! Somehow, I got the van back home and starting looking for a reputable mechanic.On line, I found a few places with over 100 good-great reviews and 4 Seasons was one of these that was close by. I had AAA tow the van to Alberto and Van over at 4 Seasons Auto Care and hoped that they would find and fix the problem and that they would be fair.To my great relief, these guys called me back in a few hours and said that I could come pick up the van. They had found the leak and fixed it! And they only charged me for labor!I got over to the shop and found it to be clean and professional. Everyone I met was really nice and I have no hesitation in recommending 4 Seasons Auto Care for your auto repair. While Im in Charlotte, I will sleep well at night knowing that my vehicle is safe and that if I need a trustworthy skilled mechanic, Ive found my shop.Thank you guys!

Found this place by chance and won’t be going anywhere else. My car literally died in the parking lot. I was able to get an alternator installed very quickly and affordable.

A friend recommended this place and I live in College Downs. It is well worth the trip to go to South Charlotte and have them fix my car. I get my inspections there, they fixed my alternator and did many other repairs. Their prices are as good as they can be and saved me literal hundreds of dollars. These guys are my first choice and as a AAA member I prefer Four Seasons.

I have been going to Alberto for many years even before he opened Four Seasons - he is the BEST! He is honest and fair - especially for a woman who know nothing about cars! He always takes great care of me and my vehicles!

This is the only auto shop I go to in Charlotte. Ive been to a few others over the last few years (e.g., AAA, etc.). None are as attentive as at 4 Seasons. The staff are friendly and courteous; theyve taken the time to explain repairs to me in terms I understand; and theyve been incredibly accommodating and flexible with fitting me in for inspections. Its hard to find a shop that you trust and that you think is giving you an honest deal. I honestly wont go anywhere else with my car, because you get all of that here.

I have used this shop for the past 3 years for my 15 passenger van. Everytime I have visited I have been treated with respect and the owner goes over and beyond to help me. The service is quick and the prices are very reasonable. I can not thank them enough for the exceptional customer service they provide. If you are looking for an honest mechanic look no further.

Went in for oil leak and trans fluid leak repair. The mechanic who appeared inexperienced, who worked on my car broke two parts while trying to get to the problem. I had to wait three days for parts to get in in addition to hunting them down across town for faster delivery. Once repaired the tech left a hose clamp loose causing sever overheating and subsequently even more internal damage to engine. Once they tighten clamp they refuse to do the rest of the work to fix the leaks. Now my vehicle is out of commission and will take a couple thousand to repair. I suggest finding another shop if your thinking about using these guys.

Have used 4 Season’s for over 1 year and they have always done quality work and stood behind their work. Have had multiple oil changes, inspections, alignments and battery / engine work done here! Will be taking my wife’s car to get some work done next week! Thanks guys!

Place felt crooked!! They quoted me 140 to change a knock sensor, a fairly simple job so I set an appointment to get my car done. When they told me my car was ready they couldn’t give me a price over the phone. When I get to the shop the price is now 200. Guy says it’s because it took about 3 hours todo. Then the guy charges me 1.50 fee for using my debit card without telling me. I feel like he told me he took longer to justify the 200 price to make it seem like it was a deal for an already inflated price. Ive never met a tradesmen that gives free labor on the first visit, even if it took 2.5 hours alot of places round up. Also they couldnt find my keys when I got there, had to come behind desk and help them locate them. Good work, bad vibes.

I went in to get a oil change I purchased my own oil next door at the auto store. The man at the front desk said the price would be $76, I said even if I have my own oil he said yes. Then he saidyou expect free service or $20 for a oil change we are running a business here. I said no I dont expect anything free but I do know if I provide the oil the price should change. thank you I will go somewhere else. Then he starts shuffling though some paperwork and says oh you have your own oil let me check I have it all wrong it will be $25. From the time I pulled up to this place I could sense the tension from the staff it made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable.

I had a bad ground on my Jeep but thought it I needed a new starter after taking it here they tested it and told me the starter was completely fine saved me $500 thank you 4seasons Auto Care!

Went to 4 seasons to get my battery replaced. They did that for a reasonable price. The owner, who worked on my car, also saw that my tires needed air and did that without me even having to ask. Also, someone had backed into by car and my lower front panel was separated from the upper front panel by about an inch showing an ugly gap. I asked him if he could fix it...told him it didnt need to be perfect. He found a way to bring the panels together so that it was barely noticeable...took hime about 10 minutes. I asked him how much he wanted for that and he said, just let others know we are a good place to get your car fixed. Great guy...honest and competent. I highly recommend Four Seasons Auto Repair!

I was told about this place from a friend, and when i went there the people were friendly, the technicins were very knowledgable anout my car and explaiined in detail what needed to be done, it took about 2 hours but they found the electrial problem and fix the leak in my transmission i was very pleased with 4 Season Car Care, thank you

The shop did not have lubrication gun the degree of professionalism was not the best. The price on a oil change was higher-than-normal. Although some of the mechanical work was very reasonable. The staff had a lot to learn about mechanical work Auto, long wait time.

We (André & I) have used 4 Seasons Auto Care since we moved to the Charlotte area last year. My air stopped working, my fiancees fuel filter broke and I needed a tune up (spark plugs, fuel filter cleaning, etc.) and we have gone to Alberto to fix it. The service is wonderful. These guys are awesome. Ladies, if you want someone who will treat you fairly, not talk you into unnecessary work and give you a good price, this is the place to come. The guys bailed me out at five minutes to six, right before closing, when I had a flat tire and changed me to my mini spare for free. They gave me the best price they could on my replacement tire and treated me with courtesy and respect. I will keep coming here because I trust these guys to talk to me straight and not pad the bill with a whole lot of extras because they think I don’t know any better. Love ya, 4 Seasons!

Needed an inspection, and this place had no line on a Saturday afternoon. They were extremely professional and helpful, Ill definitely be going back!

Great experience working with them. I was looking to change HID bulbs of my vehicle and was being quoted over $500 by many others just for labor. 4 seasons took care of it for a fraction of the cost. Service was quick and I didnt require appointment also. They accomodated even though it was towards their closing hour. The owner especially and the crew are awesome and knowledgeable. I would certainly thinking about going here again for all my auto care needs in future.

Dont take your car here the owner Albert was supposed to be helping me out with the issue that I had with my car gave it to them he said he could take care of it but they had my truck for 4 days and then when they were done he didnt call me I had to literally go up there and see that my truck was finished he told me on the phone I need to check with the mechanic to see if he was done with it Ill call you guess what I had to go up there to see that my s*** was done so if it was up to me I wouldnt take it back to him at all and you can save yourself some time and frustration and not go there

Alberto the owner, was just incredible. He worked for several days fixing a difficult alignment issue. He even drove my car late Saturday afternoon 5 miles down the road to Discount Tires where I needed to get 2 new tires put on before he could finish the alignment. Amazing service. The owner and mechanics were so accommodating and took care of me from the time I walked in until the time I left. They were professional, polite and genuine. They did great work on my car and in a timely manner. They told me their professional recommendations for work that needed to be serviced but were not pushy. I will 100% be back and recommending them.

They make sure that you understand well what they will do or have done to your car. They wont try to trick you into unnecessary expenses.

This place is 5* service at its best. I normally have my vehicles services at a car dealership but not any longer. These guys are knowledgeable, very friendly, and affordable. They performed work on my clutch that went bad in my vehicle, replaced a battery, and provided other routine service (oil change, wheel alignment). Needless to say, when I picked up my car they had also cleaned it out and had it working at a low cost. Going forward, they are my new mechanics.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! A simple alignment has turned into a dangerous and dishonest outcome. I was referred to this place by our tire center. What a mistake!’ After three hours of working on the vehicle and claiming it was fully complete, I took the car to Hendrick to get it checked out. It still wasn’t driving correctly. Hendrick found the car to be rigged with shims and duct tape!!! That was there fix to keeping the wheel straight. They clearly knew that was dishonest and dangerous. I know have the car at Hendrick being repaired properly. The service advisor attempted to call and speak with them and no answer. I left 3 voicemails and a text... no response. The service advisor from Hendrick called the tire center to report his findings. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contact an attorney. Go to a reputable, honest company!! Trust me.

Havent come across a more honest, quality auto shop in Charlotte. I had a dealership tell me that I needed a battery replacement and they wanted to charge me $300. Took it to Don Beto and although my battery was no longer under warranty and he could have easily told me that I needed a new one (for much cheaper than $300 btw), he had the battery checked and told me it was perfectly good. Ive been here previously and have always been really satisfied with the service but this experience in particular made me a customer for life. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty!

Alberto makes sure the customer is always aware of the issue, cause of the issue and the corrective action taken with the issue of the vehicle. HONEST! HONEST! HONEST! I thought I needed a new starter and was initially quoted $400+ for parts and services. After checking around, they told me it was just a fuse that went out. They only charged me $60. Most places are looking for ways to rip you off but not these guys. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

I couldnt get what I went for here even when I had an appointment. Yet the person at reception was graceful enough to redirect me to a nearby shop where I was able to get my work completed.

Don’t go here the dude Adalberto has an attitude with and I had them check my car do a fully inspection they said everything works and it’s in good condition turns out the breaks and the wipers were really bad and they said they were good and charge me 50$ for false inspection

The only reason that I am giving a 5 star review is because there is not a 10 star review. I was on my way to Florida from NY, while in Charolette NC, I hit a curb and ruined my tire. I could not find anyone in the area to help, including national chains, their answer was to Google the problem when finally I wandered into 4 Seasons Auto and met Albertaldo and his team. Very helpful and had his mechanic ( also a very nice and polite employee) come to where my car was stuck, took the wheel off, took it back to the shop, found the correct tire then went back and put the new tire on the car, all for the price I was quoted ( not an inflated price at all). Very dissatisfied with my service, where do I began my car window got stuck two weeks ago. After paying for them to get my car window back up they then threw away my seat cover which I had covering the window till it was repaired the next day Assumed it was trash. Didnt even put the door panel back on the door after getting it up. Then The Owner Pressured me to get a new battery he kept telling me it comes with an warranty after I told him TWICE, one thing at a time sir unless your gonna give me the battery for fee then stop trying to get me to spend more money . While im discussing my car and repairs at the counter heand his two buddies buddy all in our conversation at the counter which is very unprofessional. One guy didnt even work at the shop just an overall bad experience. With that said sir you have an blessed day as well.

Went to day for them to take out the old transmission fluid and put new in there I was charged 85.00 dollars then I checked to see if the transmission fluid had been replaced it should have been bright pink in color it was still dirty and black in color. Called them they flat out lied and said the fluid had to mix with another fluid to change color complete lies then I could tell over the phone I had caught them in a lie. Most think everybody does not know a little about cars. But I do and they could not believe it, Do not go there ever unless you like throwing your money out of the window for anybody to have.

Had a fuse problem, they was able to fix it without me waiting and just seen they was close. Super nice guys! Will be coming here when ever I have another problem.

ALBERTO ANCHIA is an Angel 😇 I honestly can’t say thank you enough to 4 season auto care . Your team was a blessing last night . On March 8th we were traveling from Toronto to Florida when our car blew a belt . We were stranded, soaking wet from the rain and had no where to go . It was pitch black out and we were lost . We were able to drive the car off the highway and 4 season auto shop was the only shop that had lights on . In a panic I jumped out of the car and ran into the shop. Alberto probably thought I was crazy lol . The shop was set to close at 6:00pm ... and it was now 6:30 ... he said he could help up . I was so thankful for him & his team . It took 4 HOURS to fix our car . 4 season auto care was just wonderful, Alberto’s is amazing and his work was the best I have ever seen . Albertos knowledge about cars was unbelievable. He inspected the entire car to ensure that we made it to Florida safe . I can’t not express my gratitude toward you and your team !!!Thank you again !
