Twice I have booked an appointment for my car inspection and twice I have been told that they cant do it because they are busy. The 1st appointment I made it 5 days prior to the scheduled date and the 2nd appointment I made it 3 days prior to the scheduled date. It is ridiculous that a customer who tries to do the right thing gets turned around because they are busy. Whoever is managing this locations needs a lesson in scheduling so that you dont get overbooked. I will not recommend this place.
I was traveling on 485 today when my tire light came on. I was able to get off the exit and get to this Meineke location to have my tire repaired. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car right in for repair which saved me time and the tire was able to be repaired and not replaced which saved me money. Very good experience with Chris and the Staff at this location.
I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic quote and was quoted $1070 to “repair a hole in one of the catalytic converters”. I informed the gentleman that another mechanic had already looked underneath my vehicle and informed me I had pulled something loose from running over a median. The mechanic ever took pictures for me to take in to show Meineke. He could not repair it because it needed to be welded back on. He assured me there was NO hole in my exhaust system at all. Even with being told all of this and showing the gentleman the pictures they still assured me they would do a thorough inspection and call me with a quote. Well their quote was $1070 and I declined to let them repair it. I called my trusted mechanic back and informed him and he told me they were going to welded the part back together and charge me for something they NEVER had to do. My trusted mechanic came to my home removed the catalytic converter showed it to me and wouldn’t you know……NO HOLE in it at all. He took took it to someone and got the piece welded back on and it cost me a wapping $40 yes $40 to repair my vehicle. My advice DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN’T TRUST THEIR BEING HONEST WITH YOU OR YOUR MONEY‼️
I took my car last month to the flex pipe repaired. They were not able to do the work that day. Said to bring back and he will complete. Due to a number of chain of events, I wasn’t able to drop it off. I took it back 9/3, and Matt said that the only way he could repair if they replace the Catalytic converter, nothing was wrong with it, so why buy a new one. I believe because I am a woman, they were trying to upcharge me services, I didn’t need. I will not return.
Brought my company vehicle in for a diagnostic. Within the hour got an email with a report of all the issues found. Extremely thorough. Ended up having a Tune Up and oil change done and my car has been running great since. Excellent work!
I am extremely displeased with the service I received. I wish I had checked reviews before using this location. The online appointment scheduler is not accurate with business hours. I made an appointment for 7:30am three days in advance via the online scheduler. When I arrived at 7:25 on the day of my appointment, the business was closed . I was informed by the store manager who arrived at 7:45 that the online scheduler is not accurate and the store opens at 8. I waited 3.5 hours for my services to be completed. There are numerous other reviews that reference the online appointment system and I should have done my due diligence however, if something is continuously affecting your business and having a negative impact on your customer base then it should be corrected. Unfortunately when consumers visit car maintenance and repair establishments it’s to solve a problem and leaving and going somewhere else at the last minute is not always the best option. Why not just update the times in the online scheduler.

Friendly staff at the counter. Had a oil change and tire rotation done and the next morning before a 700 mile trip saw 2 out of 5 lug nuts were very loose. Hand washed the car and caught it lucky. Took it back and they checked all the tires and apologized. Only time Ive had an issue thus far.UPDATE 7/25/21:CRITICAL: Either TECHs are rushing or not educated enough @ this location and its going to cost someone their LIFE!! I will never go back here. Been a customer for over 12yrs now.Had family from out of town catch a flat tire (7/24/21 @ 12:00) by here that couldnt be repaired. Brought two new tires because they didnt have the size from somewhere else for them to install and paid for a balance too. Next day before leaving the car couldnt go over 60mph without the entire car shaking. From behind it looked like the passenger wheel was wobbling. Meineke isnt OPEN on Sundays. Luckily we found a Firestone open till 5 at 3:30!!! The tires were secured tight but they over weighted the new rear tires (by 1.75oz) during balancing & only balanced the back tires!!! Front tires WERENT rebalanced. Even Firestone wrote on the receipt (paid for another balancing) what was wrong and said not all the tires were balanced properly.
Normally get great service here but would not recommend the new staff. Took my car in on Saturday, said my spindle broke while removing axle and spindle will be here Monday morning. Called Monday at 10am for an update and they said the spindle was on the way car should be ready by 2/3pm. Called back at 2 and they were still working on it and this time can’t give me an estimated time but would call me back for an estimated time. Called back at 4 for my estimated time and I was then told it may not be done today. I asked why it wouldn’t be done today multiple times and kept getting the answer “I don’t know but I will call you at 5:30 to let you know if it will be or not”. I was not happy with that answer and he did not care to answer my concerns so he hung up on me. I then called back and was able to speak with a general manager who admitted to me the spindle was never on the way at 10, that it recently got there and they recently started working on my car. With a more honest answer I was able to give my job a more honest and accurate update. I could have told my job that morning I wasn’t coming in instead of telling them I would be late. There’s more....my car actually was ready by 5:30. I was quoted $1130 for everything. I tried to use my 10% coupon. I was told by the guy checking me out that the 1130 was already with discounts and that he would have to take 10% off my original price instead of $1130. After arguing him down that no one told me $1130 included discounts he angrily gave me 10% off 1130 and said no more words to me while he continued to check me out. Screw this place. Never going back.
I made a reservation on the website. I got there 20 minutes early and they told be it takes an hour. Thats fine with me. Then they say well we cant do it today. Well whats the point of me being able to make a reservation? If you dont want to work just send an email so I wont be wasting my time with you.
Great service and honest staff. Had a long wait but most good shops are busy so that was to be expected. Didnt feel like I was being hustled like most places. Will definitely return.
I made an appointment for an oil change at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25. At no point was there mention that it would take longer than expected. They pulled my car in at 12:15. By 1:00 my car had not been started on. I watched as the employees were moving at a very slow pace. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Marcus, who appeared to be the manger at the time, spent the majority of the time on the phone. They finished my car at approximately 1:45. No one communicated to the receptionist that my car was ready. I was the one who told her. I did complain that over 2hrs for a scheduled oil change was ridiculous. She did give me a $5 discount, which I appreciate. Marcus explained they were very busy. I sure couldnt tell by the pace they were working. I explained to him they should give the customer a heads up if its going to take over TWO HOURS for a scheduled oil change. Will not be back for that reason.
Tyler was very friendly when I walked in and helped me decide which oil service to use based on what I had used in the past. The visit was quick without feeling rushed even though it was Saturday morning and there were several people dropping off their vehicles. Our car was finished in less than 3 hours. Very happy with this Meineke.

Horrible. They said they didn’t have tires and they couldn’t patch it either because they didn’t have the staff. But I seen 6 grown men standing around talking. Useless. Don’t waste your time.
1st time using this location after having car trouble this was the closest place I could get it to fast. Was a little skeptical at first because of the amount of time it was taking to get my car completed. But Marcus who works there did a great job of keeping me at ease and informed about what the status was on my vehicle. To no fault of his or the shop,the dealer part took a while to get.. all in all Im happy with the customer service I received and I would definitely recommend using this location

Car was broken into after being at the shop for two days. And they didn’t take responsibility. Very bad customer service with the GM and Owner. And we have spent alot of money at this store. The mechanic that worked on my car was really good. And one other staff member was really good too. But just know if something happens to your car while in there possession they won’t take responsibility for it. Had damage to my vehicle last Thursday, had to order parts and still got it all patched up by Friday afternoon. Amazing team, kept me updated constantly on my repairs. Very Military friendly, gave me an awesome discount!
They did great on communicating and timing, but definitely overcharged for a starter. $717 for a starter.
Customer Service was fine but even after making an appointment and then coming back the next day I waited over 3 hours to still have an unfix vehicle when I left.
I recommend you go there for service, they wont try up sale you for something that you dont need. Thanks
Before my car started getting worked on it was broken into due to it being left outside over night!!! when we asked for video footage it took almost a month for anybody to get back with me with the surveillance and when the general manager and owner contacted me they asked what i wanted to be done the general manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful before expressing the company will not be responsible for my cars 3 broken windows when my keys where in their possession the mechanic that provided my transmission service was great! i do not recommend this service to anybody unless you want your car broken into or property damaged.

I had never used this location before, but I’m glad I did. I made an appointment at 4:30 for a state inspection. I arrived early and they took my car right back and we’re done in less than 30 minutes. The manager, Marcus, was friendly and professional and so was his staff. I would highly recommend and would go back again.
This car center seems to be under different management with new workers/mechanics. Took our Dodge Journey in for an inspection and as we already knew, we were told we needed new tires. They were VERY professional and the mechanic who worked on our car (Anthony) went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable as we waited. This Meineke is where we usually take our vehicles but this time the experience was SO MUCH BETTER. EVERYONE was very professional and unlike times in the past, VERY courteous, friendly and efficient performing their duties. We will continue using them.👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks for the job WELL done!

I’ve dealt with many many people in regards to “services provided “in many fields of retail.Manager never smiled, barely made eye contact, when I was asked a question,” how can I help you “?it seems that because I knew exactly what I was talking about, I was given a look as like, are you sure ?I definitely knew what I was talking about .Prior to that I had already taken my car to another mechanic who’s in the business 20 plus years till this day .Will I go with that particular mechanics advice, yes I will it was just unfortunate that the mechanic lives in another state.During my waiting period while the car was being diagnosed tested and look at, manager Craig was back-and-forth at no time at all had he ever made eye contact with myself or any other customers to say, hey they’re still working/looking at your car I think in any profession when you are providing a service or at least trying, you’d want to make the customer feel comfortable and welcomed I live in the area of this particular Meineke location but will I go there again, Not in this life time. Terrible, terrible service!! I had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change my car was not taken back for service until 11:47 only because I asked the cashier how much longer would it be. He told me my car had already been taken back. I told him it was still sitting out in the parking lot he told me no it wasn’t and became kind of argumentative. I told him again I know my car and it’s sitting out in the parking lot. A tech from the back came out to help me and explained to me that the cashier had put my keys in the wrong spot, the return later spot instead of waiting. I waited about 45 minutes later & finally my car was ready. When I went to pay I mentioned to the cashier that I was glad I had asked about my car, if I hadn’t I may have been still waiting so instead of him apologizing for putting my keys in the wrong spot he just gave me my total as if he didn’t even care. I wasn’t an irritate customer even though he caused me to have an unnecessary wait time & my sticker for the mileage wasn’t even on my windshield so I will not be returning back to this location.
59 dollars for a standard oil change listed for 30. Bait and switch masters. Nice enough people but dishonest business practices.

Ive been going to this Meineke location for several years and my visit on yesterday was the best one of all. Its under new management and the manager (Marcus) was very personable & professional and the technician completed the service work in a timely manner and did excellent work.
This is the best place to have your car serviced at. The people are awesome and very professional. They take the time to explain everything they are doing. It might have the Meineke name but it feels like a friendly neighborhood garage.
I was actually in the area vacationing and my car won’t start... my Morher that actually uses them all the time told me to follow her to their location. I was so upset that this happened due to the fact I had to leave to head back to Tampa to go to work... EVERYONE in the shop was so nice and helpful. Even the techs that weren’t actually working on my car, smiles and made sure I was okay! They got me in and out very fast!! This is the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks Guys/Gals! Will definitely be coming back once I move to Charlotte!

I would not recommend this business for service. I had very bad service. My car was dropped off for transmission replacement, and it took two weeks for them to fix it. They quoted me one price, then called back to say the part came in damaged, and if i need it soon, it will be double the price for the part. They promised to call back with updates, and did not do that. I had to call and keep asking. I lost two weeks of my work income, because they did not repair my car in the 3-4 days they promised. Also my oil light is on for an oil change after they replaced the transmission!They offered a little discount of 200.00, and no other reimbursement for my two weeks of lost wages. Never will use them again. Very bad experience!!

This will be my first and last experience with Meineke. The store website hours say the store opens at 7:30am, so naturally with the busy week I have I seized this appointment opportunity because my maintenance light recently came on. Much to my misfortune the opening store associate was late and upon finally being seen I was informed the corporate office doesn’t even let their workers know about online scheduled appointments. I was also informed the technicians do not show up until 8am. And to add icing to the cake of this lovely eventful morning, I was told the cost of an oil change for my 2018 NOT pre owned vehicle, in excellent condition, with only 36000 miles, would be $92+!!!! I highly suggest elsewhere for your maintenance needs.
I went to this location for an inspection. Scheduled for 7:30 am only to be told when I got there they inspection tech doesnt come in till 8 am. Then I asked about the inspection law around year and mileage and the person did not know. Then at the end I was going to check out and they stated my bill was $158. I did not pay that as I only had an inspection ($30). They stated it was because the tech loaded the service into the system. Which makes me think they were going to charge me and not complete the service. Why else would it be loaded when I said NOT to do the suggested service?Overall it was close to my house, but I wouldnt use them for anything serious. I think they may be deceptive just based on my experience.

Went in because of brake light. They changed the calipers. Brake light was still on when I left and had a bad brake line. Drove home with bad brakes

Marcus is an exceptional manager and the mechanics are great, letting me know everything wrong with my vehicle and what parts I need.
I had my starter die on me while I was driving. Because it was so unexpected I was stressed about the situation. When I calmed down and got my thoughts together I realized that the meinke wasnt that far from where I broke down. When I called Anthony and Brian were so great. They put me in contact with their towing service to get my vehicle to their shop. And as I had know expectations of my car being fixed the same day. I was blown away when they said it was ready for pickup that evening. When I truly had Monday on my mind for earliest completion. My vehicle is 21 yrs old so Im supper protective of who I let work on it. And for the care and time they took to get my car running again was invaluable. Definitely kept me in the holiday spirit.

My tire pressure light came on, a week or so ago. This company viewed my tires and advised that there was a nail in the back right tire. I came this past Friday to get it patched dropped my car off around 745am, about 11am or so, Brian/Marcus called me the tire had two nails in it we need to replace the tire and due to wear and tear they recommended new tires and we need to do other things as well. One of the things was a fuel flush which they just did a month or so ago with the oil change. Immediately I felt shade and oversale/ upcharge not to mention betrayal. This company has serviced many of my and my households cars. I wonder has it all been a gamble?! Then as I call it out and ask about the tires only I get the price of $497.02 out the door!! I levelset and call them back, ask for the manager that said over the phone his name was Jesus but I later found out upon arrival to get the car it was Brian. At this time I get a totally different cost of $587. In this day and time the drama and Shenanigans are not wanted or needed and to attempt to take advantage of a woman is or anybody is sad. They had computer issues and couldnt even print my details/summary yet I have the receipt of the over $500 they charged me.

We had a AC issue fixed, within an hour the reset was done, but another issue was missed informed so the wrong diagnosis was given.
Am not someone that usually writes reviews but this was too horrible not to. I went in Monday to get an oil change and was told it would be 45 min to an hour wait and the man at the front told me to make an appt for the next day. Before I went I had called to ask if you could make an appt and was told no, it was first come first serve. The gentleman said I could make one for the next day at 5. I get there Tuesday at 4:45, when I checked in I asked how long it would take because I only had an hour and it was clear that they were slammed with customers. I was told my car would be taken back shortly. I sat there for 2 hours. 1 man said he would check on my car about 1 hr 15 mins into me being there and never came back. Then after an hour and a half another man said it will be a few more minutes. I was given 50% off my service of an oil change but was still charged $60. All they did was an oil change, they didnt even go over the paperwork with me as to what was checked and what they found. I had to cancel dinner plans that I had with my friend because I didnt get home until 7:30. An oil change takes 20 minutes. Will never go back & HIGHLY, HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.
Made an appointment to have my car inspected got there a few mins early and was told it would be around an hour before they could squeeze me in. Whats the point of appointments if you dont keep them?

I was not terribly happy with Meineke. I was told it would be around a hour when it was really 2. Then their pricing is purposely misleading! On their menu oil changes are priced as $34.99 but I ended up paying $51 & some change. On the receipt I received, $34.99 was no where to be found. There were parts & labor costs but they totaled more than $35 before tax. Also, some hidden costs. My advice is if you have to go to Meineke do not take them at their so called word!
Before this experience, I had never gone to a Meineke service center before but the lack of professionalism displayed at this location makes me never want to step foot in another.... Poor Customer Service, Constant miscommunication on their behalf and to top it off they lost my car key. After roughly 20 minutes of them looking for it while I sat in the lobby watching them attempt to retrace their steps all over the place looking under papers and in drawers. They even went out to the parking lot to check inside my car. Thankfully they did finally find them.

Do not believe the menu prices they are totally deceiving. They tell you a full synthetic oil change is $69.99, but what they don’t tell you is that doesn’t include the cost of the oil filter replacement and the labor. Ended up spending over $100 on an oil change, which I’ve never done in my life. Will not being going here again.
They tried to claim the pipe was too rusty to weld even though I sand blasted it myself and knew it was thick enough the other muffler shop had no problem welding on to it they need to start looking over the shoulder of there technicians who seem to be too lazy to do their job

Mandates regarding building capacity were ignored by staff. The individuals who should have been in place at 7:30 for opening were ALL late. There was NO hand sanitizer yet they want every customer to use the same ink pen. The method for key submittal made me VERY skeptical that my car would be properly sanitized after the employee got in my vehicle to drive it into the shop. I left to give my business to an establishment with safer practices and that was more professional. Tuh.
MY APPOINTMENT WAS 4 8 I ARRIVED AT 7:45..DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 10. Also the price they quoted was 60 bucks end up paying 80.

I visit this location frequently and every visit has been a great experience. I have had several interactions with Matt, Tristan, and Sally. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Sally keeps the waiting area clean and comfortable for the guest. Matt and Tristan kept me well informed and were very punctual with getting parts and getting my car in to have the service I needed. I would recommend this location for service.
I went in to take my car for a basic Oil change and I came out with my vehicle not working how I drove it in. I tried driving it off the premises and my gear would barely go into first gear. The technician said I need a new clutch when I just had my car worked on two weeks earlier and was working fine. I would never recommend service here if you want your car to be returned to you not in working condition. The technicians obviously didnt know how to drive a manual car.
Went for oil change. Was second in line. Was able to get right in. Was impressed with the measures they have to protect their customers in these strange times to allow for distancing. Was also impressed with the detailed inspection they performed and provide the customer with that information. Very courteous and professional.
I took my car in to this location on 11/8/19. I had a great experience. Matt and the rest of the team were very personable and knowledgeable. I explained to Matt that my car would vibrate on the front drivers side when I would turn. He immediately went to the front wheel and shook it and found that the tie rods were loose. I had them replace the tie rods and my almost 12yr old car drives like new. Great people and great service. Thanks guys!!
I had used this location about 2 years ago and swore I would never come back. There cheap prices brought me back yesterday and I was impressed!! The staff has totally changed, very professional and didnt mind answering the questions that I had. Honesty is hard to find when it comes to places like this but they stuck by their word, and kept me in the loop. Ill definitely be back!
Went in to get my state inspection today. Wasnt too much of a wait; about 20 minutes to get my car in at mid-afternoon, about 20 minutes for the inspection, and then maybe 30 to 45 minutes to get a new tire, headlight, and wiper blades. Not terribly pricey either. Wiper blades cost less than what youd usually spend buying them yourself. One new tire (balanced) for about $100.
I specifically called in advance and I spoke to Brian who said I could come get a state inspection today, he actually said no problem. When I arrived well before 5 PM the woman at the front desk I had zero professionalism and said they don’t have a state inspector he’s leaving like right now. I said I spoke to Brian and she said “Well he’s been upstairs doing inventory” thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere Miss attitude

Had a great experience at this location. Matt and his staff were really nice and knowledgeable. I got an oil change done and a 21 point inspection is also included in the price. The last time I got a oil change at jiffy lube the technician did not know how to reset my oil light for my Honda. Matt reassured me his technicians know how to reset the oil lights for Hondas. I will definitely return to this location and let them service my car.

A 24.99 coupon cost me 39.50 this was not told to me when dropping off my car. It’s not that I didn’t want to pay for work done, my issue is that this business does not explain and give you the option to continue or leave. You find out all the additional charges once the car has been picked up. Then I called and spoke with the manager Tyler who informed me AFTER service and payment what the coupon does not cover. 😡

I recently brought my Buick in to have a diagnostic. I was having an issue w/the car and needed to verify what the problem was so that repairs could be made. I was told to bring the car by on Tuesday and it would be worked in. I left the car prepared for it to be with them for a day or two. I called late Wednesday afternoon for an update and was told that the car had not been looked at yet but that it was next in line. I called on Thursday just to be told the same again. I mentioned that I had been told exactly the same the day prior. I was told that due to being low staffed they had not had the chance to get to the car. Friday I called again midday just to find that still nothing had been done. I obviously went to pick up my car to take it elsewhere. When customers are strung along all week and have to call in for updates on there own, what does that say for your business. It’s not enough to have friendly and polite employees. I have to do all the leg work to stay informed? I can’t I understand why they would say I’m next in line for Wednesday through Friday (3 Days) if in all actuality I wasn’t a priority. I won’t be back and would not recommend if you need anything other than an oil change!
Had a 430 appt. arrived early . Finally left at 6:00 without service I was only there for an oil change. I received no updates while it was taking so long or how much longer it would be . Waiting in 90 degree heat for almost 2 hours ?? I understand everyone gets behind but communicate this so I can decide if I need to reschedule!

Very bad service..I waited in office for 30 min before I was seen..I was not called when my car was ready for pickup and things was not done to my car like I paid for so I have to take it back...Terrible Service
