Wish i could give a negative 1 Outrageously over priced i left a car lot in a bind with 600 insurance😂🤔the lady said with ur driving record its the best i can do (SHE LIED) I AM NOW WITH PROGRESSIVE PAYING 180 FOR FULL COVERAGE RENTAL AND ROAD ASSISTANCE WHICH I DID NOT HAVE BEFORE SAVING ALMOST 400 DOLLARS CALL PROGRESSIVE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL ROBB YOU BLIND I PAID 1880 IN THREE MONTHS WHICH WAS MY TOTAL FOR THE YEAR WITH PROGRESSIVE DONT BUY i cancelled my service an the lady tried to make me stay saying Id get a bill for cancelling my insurance with her saying i should just stay til my 6 months is up no maam those independent ppl will get over on u they get 85% of what u pay.

4.9 stars? They must have lots of friends and relatives write reviews for them. Where do I begin? First of all, If you have a computer and internet service, do not even bother with these people. They wanted me to pay them $160 for finding an auto and home policy that I could have and did in fact find on the internet myself. I dealt directly with the insurance providers. I asked repeatedly for a cost breakdown, I wanted to know the premiums for both policies as well as their agency fees. They never mentioned their fees, they were just including them in the price. I do not like that! that seems shady to me. When I tried canceling both policies, 15 minutes after getting them, the manager got on the line and told me that the insurance companies would charge me lots of money for cancelling policies that werent even supposed to begin for another month, insisting I should just keep them. I entertained his false statement and told him, thank you, I appreciate you looking out for me, but fear not, Ill call those insurance companies and deal with any charges and fees directly with them. I told him I felt Id been lied to and couldnt in good conscious stay with them. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge me his fees to which I replied, Go ahead, Ill fight those charges with my credit card and his response was.. .ok, fine if you want to pay your credit card company $35 for disputing a charge. LOL GIVE ME A BREAK! At this point I knew this guy simply didnt care, lies upon lies. Ive been around the block. Would you believe it? Watch out everyone, dont be naive, dont fall for it. I told him hey buddy, so you are saying Ill have to pay my credit card $35 to investigate and dispute a charge? please It will not be the first time Ive disputed a charge on my credit card. He responded, yeah I bet its not!. Such disrespect. So in conclusion, if you have a computer, internet service, and 20 minutes to spare .. skip this agency. #terribleservice.

Corey asks questions, listens to what my thoughts are, and then discusses options. He gives recommendations based on his experience & expertise, but doesnt give a hard sell to try to sway/convince.I also believe that Corey will keep reviewing my policies & options before renewal time to continue to provide the most appropriate options at the time (versus selling & forgetting like many agents do).

I sell cars and believe it or not customers do try to finance a car and not know they need full coverage insurance. There a dozens of insurance companies in the area you can call but I try to deal with only a couple. So after the customer has given you almost every dime they have for a down payment they now find out they have to make a down payment on insurance. I normally call 2 different companies and this company and another are the two I call for quotes for my customer. Whoever normally has the lowest down payment gets the account. We also get a referral fee for each customer we send to these companies. Never have a problem receiving my money except from this company. First time I was told it’s been too long since they started the policy (granted I never could get the rep on the phone or into the dealership). And again I sent another paying customer to this company in which the rep had to come to the dealership to pick up their down payment (they only had cash and no card). Normally she brings the money with her in an envelope with the salesman’s name on it. Well the money was picked up but no envelope with my name on it and I can’t once again get any response from the rep and I kept being told at the main office to speak with the rep because she handles all of the referrals. Guess I will be sending my customers to some other company from now on.

I enjoy making a single call to my agency, knowing Ill have an answer quickly as well as any additional legwork needed is already underway. Reggie was a great partner all the way through my request(s).

I am not a customer of Pegram Insurance, but wanted to be a customer. With so many 5 star reviews on Google I assumed they had to be top notch. Unfortunately my experience trying to get a quote and send them multiple lines of insurance proved to be a royal pain. 6 days of back and forth phone calls and emails; and I still was not provided a clear insurance quote. Instead after multiple requests I received a PDF with 2/3 missing information and red marked up over-layed text. Very disappointed in their customer acquisition department, and will be taking my business elsewhere. Not trying to be a jerk, but just thought that you should know.

Id never really thought about working with an insurance agency before, but its so convenient to be able to have them search General Liability insurance through the rates of all the companies they work with, to find what would be cheapest for me. This is something I would want to do on my own - but they save me the time! and are so friendly about it!Their customer service is fantastic. I call them up once or twice a month with request to email my insurance policy to one of my commercial costumers, they are so friendly quick and helpful. Pegram has the absolute BEST prices on insurance in Charlotte. I searched over 15 different providers before calling Pegram and they beat the lowest quote by more than half. Agent Tim Pack was phenomenal and really took the time to help get me the best deal. He was concerned about my budget and didnt treat me like a number.
