It was time to update and upgrade my insurance and had a visit to this establishment. They were very clear in regards to their quotes and were able to explain to me very thoroughly as to what the policies covered. Excellent service!

I had a bad experience with this office. I had my auto insurance with them for 2 years. At the end of this period, I had to move to another state.Since they dont have coverage in the other state, we agreed to cancel the policy and the agent confirmed that I will not pay extra money. Also, I had to change to full coverage till the end of the month and he confirmed again that I will not pay extra. My policy got cancelled at the end of that month.After a couple of months, I received an email from allstate asking me to pay cancellation fees and prorated fees!!!
