I like them. The auto rates were competitive enough to be lower than our previous insurance company even without also purchasing homeowners policy. I found the agents at Melanie Stones office to be knowledgeable and helpful - insurance regulations, state approved penalties, & stuff like that. Plus, if something happens, its nice to have the option to stop by their office and at least take a free pen to toss in the car.
