And for the last year they have proved excellent service. I highly recommend them.

After having the same major competitors insurance for ten years, I switched to Allstate. As a compliance professional, I am almost too careful, so I dont change up loyalties easily. One phone call, and I knew this was a different, empirically better, office.Everyone, from the office manager to the agents themselves, treats me as a priority. I dont dread calling the office--its not being *sold* stuff, but being *educated.* My questions are always answered thoroughly, and I can make smarter decisions about my needs and my budget because of that.Cannot recommend highly enough. Even if you *think* your insurance company stacks up (like, say, if there was a magic tool that could compare them...) those numbers dont tell the whole story. Better service, better coverage, better value.
