Bob helped me set up a new policy when my father, who was the policy owner, passed. He was very helpful and understanding, and he made me feel comfortable speaking to him.

I came across this office when I first moved here and immediately felt comfortable with such a professional and experienced staff. I bundled my home and auto policy and saved a great deal of money after shopping our policy around. The HLM agency took care of all the tedious insurance requests prior to closing and made the process so easy and accommodating while we moved across states. I would definitely recommend working with this agency.

Staff in the actual branch have always been extremely responsive and are able to answer all questions quickly and accurately. Very timely responses to voicemails or any items they need to follow up on. Ive been with this branch for over 20 years - 2 different owners - and have yet to be disappointed.

I have tried to get in contact with Hector Mateos multiple times. He must be a very busy man because I keep talking to his team members who have been trying to help but to no avail. Every time I ask to speak to Hector they say he is busy or not there. My car is not fixed after about 2 months - no pieces have been ordered and they are trying to take back the car rental after I paid an extra fee for a car rental to be in place in case of an accident. I have responded with everything they needed within 2-12 hours and they keep making excuses if they have to wait for someone else.

I have had this agent for over a year. Never once needed to call in for anything, have never been late on a payment. The ONE time I do call, my issue doesnt get handled. It was a very simple request that should have been taken care of. Thank God i didnt get into any type of accident. Was told I would be called back, yet have received no phone call. Will be switching carriers.

Due to some glitch on their part with a new system, regardless of the fact my premium is drafter and paid monthly, my insurance has lapsed and plate revoked!! Are you kidding me?????????? They had promised it was fixed and sorry for the hassle...now my plate is revoked, so I dont know their definition of corrected and fixed, but it isnt mine!
