You always hear about combining policies for a discount. As a soon to be homeowner, I immediately contacted the company I currently have car insurance with to insure my home. I thought they would give me the best rate for being a longtime customer.... While speaking with my realtor she told me that I may want to give Curtis Helms a call and get a second quote. I am glad I did! This new policy meets if not beats the previous offer and for less money! Savings that I can use to help furnish my new place!The agency was very responsive and very understanding of the delays in the home buying process and would just give me a call to check on me and see if they need to adjust the dates on the contract. I now understand why its better to deal local!Like my realtor told me, just call and get a quote, I think I was on the phone for maybe 10 minutes, then received an email with different policies to choose from. I am very happy with the service.

First and foremost my family mom and dads side have been with Curtis Helms Insurance for a total of about 15 years all with no issues. As a 19 year old buying her first car and needing coverage I feel they take the time to truly hear me out answer any questions and make sure I get the right insurance that will work for what I need. They do their best to help you and make sure your not getting ripped off with insurance. His son in law even did his best to help me make sure I was set with my renewal I was running out of time and due to their business hours I wasn’t able to make it to them nore be on the line with them.
