The whole staff were super professional and very friendly and personable. I dealt mostly with Marnie over the phone after moving to Charlotte area and she was super friendly and responded to our questions very quickly and she was very attentive. Then Juan reached out and wanted to meet us and discuss all our plan options in person. We found this meeting to be very informative and helpful. We lived 8 years in another state and only met the agent once because we made the appointment, meanwhile here Juan reached out shortly after contacting them, inviting us to his office. Super nice staff

I have been a satisfied client of Juans since he opened his agency over 5 years ago. I own a property management company and he has written literally hundreds of policies for properties I own or manage for other owners I have referred to Juans State Farm agency. I have also done a few loans through Juan with State Farm Bank which have gone very smoothly. Juan is the only person I would trust with our insurance needs. His long term support staff is great as well, they respond quickly and are very professional.

I have been with the agency going on 2 years and they have been great to me. When I bought my 1st car on my own, they were there for me to make proof of coverage smooth and easy. A few months later we bought our 1st home and Yazmin made it easy to bundle our homeowners insurance and save some too. Its nice to be able to contact them with any questions or needs and know theyll help you quickly and hassle free. If you are unsure of an agency know that this office will have your back.

Juan’s not going to like me for writing this, but I challenge you to find another Insurance agent who will eagerly text you back on a Saturday or Sunday. If you can, you should go with them instead.Also, people seem to always say how much they like their insurance agent/company, meanwhile those people have never had to file a claim. Like my mom. She’s never had an accident, but loves her agent. How in the world does she know?!I’ve had two claims through Juan, one for a totaled car, one for a roof leak, and I’ve been astonished at the lengths Juan will go through to be an advocate for me. A totaled car is never a simple claim, and every insurance company is always trying to screw you on what your car is worth, but Juan was there every day, making every call to his superiors at State Farm to show me that not only did he care, but that he was going to do what’s right.I wish everyone had a Juan, because paying for insurance is the worst, and Juan makes it the best.
