They do a really good job 5 stars the owner is a very nice lady. Very nice clean place, class all the way. She will talk to you like you are best friends and it was the first time there. Very NICE.

This is the best nail salon in West Ashley! They always do an amazing job on my nails....I get the pink and white acrylic. I always get so many compliments. They also have wonderful spa pedicures...cant wait until my next one. Marlisa does my nails. But they are all fantastic 🙂

Nice place. Massage chair was nice. Got manicure and pedicure. I wouldn’t say service was bad but my toe was cut and bloody. Also, I didn’t feel like the service was terribly friendly. I like a little conversation or occasional smile for service. I’d recommend more customer friendly service. :)

Appointments mean nothing. Arrived on time. They sit you in the foot tub for 40+ mins while they try to squeeze in others around you. Very frustrating.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I tried this salon on the recommendation of a friend and will NEVER go back. Went in for powder dip nails and it was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon in Charleston. First off, they use communal pots of powder. GROSS. I should have had them stop then and there, but since they had the first layer on already I figured I was committed at that point. The nail job was incredibly uneven. I think the gal doing my nails bad NO CLUE what she was doing. I asked her to fix a couple of spots I noticed immediately and she acted like I was inconveniencing the hell out of her. After I got home I found thAt 3 or 4 of the other nails had shoddy work too. STAY AWAY!!!!

I love the quality of their products! This is the only nail shop Ive been to that my nails can last up to 3 weeks without a break. The decor isnt the prettiest, but its clean and comfortable.

....wait time was a hour and a half. The owner lady was VERY nice I must say that, she did a good pedicure. HOWEVER, the girl who did my nails (very small girl and looked threw away hair a mess, jogging pants) got mad because I said I didnt want gel but regular polish. I got gel ONLY because I needed my nails done that night & I felt I was about to go off on her & I knew Id have to leave so....I got the gel. The design she did was nice. But she seemed very defeated and she might want to get out the nail game because catch me or another on a bad day with that attitude and get your mouth piece tore off. NOT WORTH IT. I come to a nail shop to RELAX not wait over a hour to have a tech tell me what I am and Im not getting.

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences Ive ever had. I made an appointment, and when I got there was sat quickly but could tell they were busy. No one said anything about a long wait, so I was patient. After waiting 40 minutes, and getting skipped for service (a walk-in who came in after me), I left. Perhaps on a weekday one might have a better experience.

First, this is the only place Ive gotten my done at for years. I walked in and no one spoke or even looked up to acknowledge that I came in the door. Others that came behind me got helped before me.... Next, why would you charge extra money for NOT getting gel polish? Apparently theres a charge for filing your nails as well... Adding fees here and there is simply wrong! This is my second time coming this month and both times were not pleasant. The young lady today had a very nasty attitude with me for no apparent reason. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

I asked for a toe polish change told her I wanted white polish on my toes, which I got. Then had a fill in. The young lady decided she need to replace two nails because they were lifting. Now I ask her cant she cut the back and redo them without taking the nails off, she acted like she didnt understand. Got ready to leave, she said my total was $70🙄... . For a fill in and polish change! Are you kidding me. $25 for a freakin toe polish change! $41 for a fill in...ohhhhh $4 for the two nails she chose to replace!!!!!! This place is soooooo over priced. Will NOT recommend.

I love going to Nail Fever. Everyone is always so happy and so friendly. Its like a big family. Tony and Marlisa always make sure that everyone is well taken care of. I always get gift certificates for my 86 year old mother because she loves going there too. Marlisa and Tony always do a great job on my manicure, and Anna does a great job on my pedicure. The decor is very relaxing. I highly recommendNail Fever III!!

I have been a client for over 15 years and wouldnt go anywhere else! I go every two weeks like clockwork and have never been unhappy with the service or my finished nails. If I question any little thing (usually I have bumped a wet nail) they fix it immediately and always make me feel like my satisfaction is their goal! I also get my eyebrows waxed and Marlisa does a super job! I wont let anyone else in Charleston touch them! The shop has a great staff and everyone is happy and helpful. I would suggest a scheduled appointment but they always welcome walk-ins!

Absolutely awful. Terrible hygiene practices, and my DIP manicure cracked and chipped off within two weeks. This is pretty much unheard of. Never been to a nail salon so awful.

First time I ever went there was today and all I got was a pedicure. The girl was not friendly and was rushing. My toes have polish all on my skin. Never again will I waste my money there! I will continue going to Regal Nails and at least there you get good service and a professional looking job!!!!

I know Marlisa about 24 years. She is great person. and more so I know she is the best Mom to her Daughter Kathy. She also great Business Lady. I work with her in Atlanta before she move to SC.......

I brought my daughter in for a mommy and daughter bonding day, and could not be more appreciative of how accommodating and kind the staff was to us.

Only went twice. The 1st time I didn’t get acknowledge after walking in and the girl who did my nails attitude was very stink, and she got even madder because I didn’t get gel polish. 2nd visit I waited 2hrs and didn’t get serviced. They put 4 people in front of me didn’t say anything to me at all like I was invisible so I walked out!

Very friendly. Nice clean looking manicure. Unlike places I have been that you leave with polish all over your cuticles. Also great polish selection! They have the new OPI spring colors in too!

Been going here for about 5 years! Sometimes I would venture out with other salons but always had an issue with chipping or peeling of gel nails! I never have this issue here! Also they are CLEAN!!!! Love their customer service!!

I came in to get a pedicure that lasted maybe 20 minutes and when I got the bill it was 30 dollars. I didnt get gel, just simple polish. Their polish dryers dont even work so when I left I messed up my toes right as I walked out the door. When I told them that the price was too high I had 5 employees come up to me asking where I found a cheaper pedicure price and thats standard and I kept reiterating that a 20 minute pedicure shouldnt be over 25 dollars and they tried arguing the matter. I come here because no one ever is here but I now know why.

I am very disappointed to see that the gift certificate I received for my birthday do not match the time they work. I wasted my time coming here on Sunday like the certificate said.

They where very unfriendly. They had a nasty attitude. They obviously didnt like there job on that day. It was 126.00 for my daughter and myself and they didnt even do a good job. Will never go back.

I have been going here for several years, but just recently the service & product is really poor. I paid $40.00 for a gel manicure and in 2 days it was peeling off. I went back to get it fixed, they fixed 2 nails and the next day another one peeled off. Very disappointed I dont have the time to keep going back for repairs.NOT HAPPY
