I was very pleased with my salesperson Mario Reyes. He was very patient with my needs and worked with me on my trade in. The manager he was working with was also top notch. SALES WAS GREAT.My big issue was with the Business Manager!!!He at first seamed very friendly, but when it came to signing… he was talking very fast as we went through the warranty options packages. I declined the services and he tried to trick me with putting monthly figures, but never showing me the final price. Originally my loan was for $13K and when I went to sign, it came to be $15K. I asked him about it because it was supposed to only go up $1,100. He said that the cost of another item raised the price and just talked fast so I would just sign things… he was a very deceitful person and the only warranty I wanted he hiked the price up from $573 to $625 because I caught him on his fake friendly act. I didn’t say anything because I just want to get out of there.Imagine people that are not keen with math and financials.. how many people does he trick and bully to get his way.There is a fine line between being a good salesman and being a deceitful person.

First visit to dealership for service. Followed my service consultant Mo from previous dealership because of his great customer service. I have know Mo for many years and higly recommend him.Dealership was very impressive. Clean, everyone very friendly and loved the customer area to wait for your car. Very conveniently located w/ flexible hrs. Reasonably priced service and they accept competitors coupons. Only negative is, the recommendations on multi point inspections is based on their record of the service i.e if they haven’t serviced it will be recommended. I would prefer they check the actual condition of the fluids before recommending. Jesus was my tech, very enthusiastic and eager.

Couldn’t ask for better, more seamless service. Joe took the car in. This is a fleet vehicle, so he handled all the contact with the leasing company and did everything I asked for. He called me to say when it was ready…which it was when I got there. I really appreciated the expanded service hours so I could drop it off and pick it up on my schedule.

Buyers beware: The Honda dealership of Chantilly cheats its customers and doesnt value customers. I bought a Honda accord 2014 it has a thousand tiny chips all across the windshield, management refuses to change the windshield when I have explained many times its a safety Hazzard for me because I cant see. I also explained the car is not running right after 11days of having it, the dealership refused to fix any issues I was told I have to pay for the replacement of the windshield or any repairs. Im shocked this dealership is more interested in cheating customers to make money they is no care in the safety of the customers. This dealership if I could rate a zero I would ... when I asked the dealer to buy back the car they offered me 4,000 less ..

I love my car and the people were nice but as a dealership they dont offer any incentives to buy from them. They also try to sell maintenance packages with very limited services for a high price and dont budge on this much either. They were the only place that had what I wanted but if I couldve found it somewhere else I likely would have. Again, love my car, nice people, but this dealership isnt much for leaving a good taste in your mouth feeling like you got a good deal everyone was happy with. Other Honda dealerships offered incentives to sweeten the deal especially considering the market we are in right now. This one said you get what you get and thats that.

I was late for my semi-annual safety inspection. When I arrived at 8:15, Katie told me it might take up to two hours, since everyone else had the same idea AND I had a recall issue I had not gotten around to. So I settled in with my yummy free coffee and wifi, prepared to stay for a couple of hours. At 9:15 she texted me and let me know the car was ready. Inspection, recall fix, and even a car wash - and I was out within an hour! And they charged me nothing! I have had only great service here in the two years Ive owned my new car.

We have brought our Hondas here for years and have stayed with this service department in Chantilly because Farvez Chowdhury is such a great communicator and is so helpful and friendly. He is always honest and keeps us updated about the fixes and service timing, and always remembers us, making it feel like a small town business. We have bought our cars here too over the years.

So I just bought a brand new 1.5t accord and it is amazing! Mohamed explained everything very well and precise. He was also very patient and told me the best deals. Give a big thanks to Mohamed!

My wife and I brought our son here to pick out his GMU graduation present. Alvaro Sanchez was a fantastic sales representative. Alvaro was patient as our son spent a half hour deciding on the color. He was similarly patient as he took us through the purchasing procedure and we negotiated a price. Our Sales rep Mikhail was excellent - took us on a test drive, explained each and every new technology detail, and configured the settings after our purchase. Financing process was very smooth as well, this team do not put pressure on the customer and give us time to think. Honda of Chantilly is so awesome. I dont even own a Honda anymore and I still bring my vehicle there for service. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile, given a reasonable wait time (especially since most dealers have a 3 week waiting period for appointments), and leave with a healthy car. Not to mention their tire prices and tire specialist are the best in the area! 10/10 would come back again!

Just moved to a new area and took my Honda Pilot to a new dealership (Chantilly Honda) for a A1 service. This includes oil change,, oil filter and tire rotation. Routine stuff and everything went fine. Excellent communication with my Service advisor (George) and very quickly back in my car and on my way. Very impressed with other functions and the physical space (comfortable). So the big deal is I was coming from my former dealership of 30 years and the new dealership was a big change. All went well and looking forward to having all my Honda serviced at Chantilly Honda when needed.

Very good experience. Only 4 stars because you aren’t told that the vehicle price would be marked up. Chip shortage or not if you are going to mark up the sales price notify customers ahead of time. They were able to negotiate so that was good.

The waiting area is very comfortable. My only issue was that I was told the cat was ready. When I went to leave I discovered it had not been washed as stated. I had to return to the shop so that could have it washed as stated.

Really nice staff and service but unfortunately they dont fix problems correctly which just leads to going back again and again for the same issues. On top of that they dont guarantee their work, so as soon as you leave youre on your own unless you want to pay to have the problem fixed from the beginning again.

We worked with multiple dealerships all around MD/DC/VA and found the best pricing and model availability at Honda of Chantilly for our new Odyssey. This dealership was the most responsive and transparent as well. Jameson was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, calm, and thorough. In addition, there were no surprises in finance or unwanted add-ons to the van like we found in many other Honda dealerships. Very impressed with this operation and happy with our new van!

Easy use of Lift service.They didnt have Samsung or Apple pay available, broken mechine. It was just $10. I asked them to pay over the phone when I get home they didnt let me have my car for $10. After all, Honda is less Tech than WallMart.

I had a good experience when I leased my car here a little over 2 years ago. Ive had no issues with it so far (granted it was brand new and I have a short commute so it has less than 10,000 miles on it still). However, this past week there was a recall on the fuel pump. I went in the day after I got the letter to have my car serviced. The letter said it would take about an hour and a half, but I waited for more than 3 hours. It wouldve been nice if I had gotten an update saying its taking longer than expected, etc. Even when they called to tell me it was ready (I waited at the dealership the entire time btw), there was no apology or acknowledgement of the long wait. The girl who checked me out at the register was not kind. She had her mask pulled down and was just rude. I understand that the mask restriction has been lifted for those fully vaccinated at many businesses, but clearly she was not fully vaccinated if she had a mask on but wasnt wearing it properly. It was very uncomfortable for me.Besides those few negatives, my overall experience has been positive. The staff, with the exception of that one bad apple, is extremely welcoming and kind. If I decide to get another Honda after my lease I will be coming back to this dealership for sure.

I stopped in to test drive a CR-V and was paired with Smith Toussaint. He was very professional and helpful. As we drove he was pointing out all the features and I was able to try them out as we went out on the road. I appreciated that we weren’t rushed and could have the time. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this dealership.

When you bring your Honda to this dealership for service, look for Johny Chan. He went above and beyond to ensure my Oydyssey is taken cared of. Not pushy with the services they offer and only recommended maintenance items that needs to be done. Took his time to explain each maintenance item and how often these should be done. He even offered a loaner car when my car needed warranty work that took more than a day to complete. Kept me up to date with the whole process and called me when service items were completed. This is definitely my favorite dealership to go to.

The team at Pohanka Honda in Chantilly is awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike, greeted us immediately and took time during the test drive to go over all the features and functions of the car. He was professional and personable and was great to work with. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were there for 7 hours. We did choose to go on a Saturday, though, and they were slammed. That says something about their service and quality. We got a great deal on our trade-in and Eugene in Finance is a hoot. This is our 3rd purchase through the Pohanka family of dealerships and they always do right by us.

They are no nonsense and good at what they do, just like most mechanics I’ve ever met but going to the dealership is a relaxing experience. The waiting room is very easy to just zone out and watch the Property Brothers and wait and have some tea. They are very transparent and thorough. It does cost more because it is the dealership but everyone knows that. They can do diagnostics and see what needs to be done first so if the price for a repair is too much you can always take it somewhere else.

The experience at this Honda was great. Working with Jabrel Mines and his team was second to none. It was my first time and now this will be my permanent place to get my car serviced.

Worst place ever. My mother went in at 11am to get oil, backlight done and it is 5:19pm now as they have lost her car . I wouldn’t suggest going their unless you want them to one “forget” about problems and two loose your car as well as take more time than needed. Maybe get a better working system so when you have busy days even though they suggested today was not a busy day so that you don’t lost customers.

I just bought a 2021 Honda Civic LX. The sales person Rebecca was very helpful. Ive done sales in the past (door-to-door) and one thing I remember from studying sales back then was A good sales person is not pushy. A good sales person simply helps the customer through the buying process. Thats exactly what Rebecca did. She didnt try and force me to buy the car rather she just helped me listen to my own mind and what I was telling myself. Is it the best car I could have bought for the price? Maybe, maybe not. Ill always have some degree of buyers remorse and thats alright. But all-in-all the car really does seem to be the best car for me right now in my life. Im satisfied with that. And a satisfied customer is the name of the game. I def recommend checking out Honda of Chantilly if youre looking for Honda to buy.

We went there on Tuesday looking for a car anc got exactly what we wanted. Mario Reyes was very helpful and thorough in everything. Showing us different models just to make sure the one we got is the one we wanted.The best part is we started talking about a minivan we had and hell we’re going to trade again next year and he mentioned the CRV. After looking at numbers and making sure everything would be fine we ended up leaving that day with two vehicles Instead of 1 because of the way Mario handled everything. We won’t get a new car anytime soon, but we would definitely recommend going there and asking for Mario

Took my Honda Pilot for a mechanical issue with the keyless starter. Perez checked the warranty,explained the process and said the Pilot will be ready in 2 hrs. He called to confirm everything was done and at no cost because it was still under Warranty. Outstanding.
