I received an oil change and tire balance/rotation from the service department. Ronny was the service advisor who assisted me and was fantastic! He explained everything I needed and associated costs. He also gave me options for specials that were running and would apply to me. In addition, his customer service was great along with the other representatives. I was searching for a car online and I found one I liked, 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 Lux. Once I asked if it was available there Kim responded in a matter of minutes and said it was there and asked if I wanted to have a test drive with it! David the salesman was awesome. Finance guy(cant remember his name) is a miserable human being. My wife, 6 month old baby, and I were trying to get in and out as fast as possible. This finance person went out of his way to add Zurich Shield for us...made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Anways, I saw that he had slipped it in when signing the final paperwork, I thought I could cancel it later and also needed to get out of there ASAP(crying baby) so I just signed anyways. Turns out you cant get refunded for it.....890 dollars later. Anyways, moral of the story is dont bring a baby and DEFINITELY dont trust the finance people.

I am very disappointed to write this review. Ive had mostly good maintenance at this facility, but today was the reason for this poor review. I would be very careful at this business.I scheduled corrective maintenance to address an odd noise when braking, tire rotation, and oil change. I got in, and the service specialist had a few recommendations. He recommended a front brake pad replacement, brake flush, alignment, and cabin filter replacement. If it werent for me getting corrective maintenance a few weeks earlier, I wouldve possibly had done all this work, but my previous maintenance addressed an alignment issue and a brake flush was performed then. I declined all service sans the front brake pad replacement, oil change, and tire rotation, and authorized work, letting the service specialist know previous work was done to correct those issues. Work was performed as as I left the noise was still present when braking. I readdressed the issue, was almost talked off the subject, and they reinvestigated and found the REAR brakes were making the noise. The noise does not affect braking function, so I declined rear brake replacements and left.This lack of technical diagnostics, attempt at upselling previous services, and failure to check vehicle history felt like a scam. I caution future service needed there, I will not be returning to this dealership.

Both transactions very quick and easy and great communication with keeping me up to date on my factory order and even surprised me getting earlier than promised!!

UPDATE! August 31st, they responded review and asked me to email and they haven’t made any attempt to contact me even though I already sent an email. So Again, UNPROFESSIONAL dealer.This is unbelievable. This dealer told me a total price on the phone and made me waste my time making me come there and giving me a whole different price, at least 4 thousand dollars more. We negotiated and agreed on a price, they told me the car was mine, that hey would put a sold sign in the car and that I could bring the check next day. They call me in the morning to confirm the appointment for taking my car home and a few hours later, when I have the check from my bank and all documents ready for the appointment, text me saying they sold the car to another person!!! This is a really UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE dealer, and worst of all, I was gonna call the manager, but SURPRISE!!! Its the manager who made the decision according to the salesperson. I would not recommend getting a car through them IN A THOUSAND YEARS!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Got a fair price on a used 2018 Jeep Rubicon with lots of aftermarket modifications (Lifted, 37 tires, steel bumpers etc.).I had a few concerns about buying a used vehicle from a dealership out of state and so far those concerns turned out to be justified. First off I recieved only 1 set of keys. Secondly, my salesman promised to get in touch with the previous owner to get an itemized list of the modifications that were done. To date he has not. Third I was billed for an installed LoJack device that came with a 3 year subscription to the service but no login/password information has been provided to me.Ive left numerous messages with both the salesman and the dealership about these issues but nobody has produced the promised information.

I ended up kind of stumbling upon Fair Oaks after a long search through various MD and VA car dealerships, both large and small. They all really reinforced the stereotype of car dealers being shady, dishonest, condescending, or incompetent. However, I have to say, Im glad that not only did I come across Fair Oaks, but that Asim was still working when I did. He listened to me vent and be skeptical that hed even be able to help me, then completely flipped the script of what I was expecting. For an honest, caring, and straight to the point salesman, ask for Asim. He not only changed my opinion of dealership salesman, but he went out of his way to make sure I got a good, fair deal on my Jeep, and that Asher would take care of me for my financing and warranty. My only complaint was that I only had about 2/3 full gas tank when I drove it off the lot, but didnt have the time to be upset with such a minor thing, as I finally had my first Wrangler. As I purchased the vehicle on labor day weekend, the service department was closed. Since I had a few questions/concerns, Asim followed up with Hailey in the service department to ensure that I not only received a great jeep, but addressed and alleviated all of those questions/concerns. They stood by their jeep and their word, proving that they would be willing to do so down the road. Ask for Asim and you wont regret it!

I went to the service here to fix my tire. Rany was extremely efficient in giving us the pricing for our issue. Not only that but he was able to schedule us the day the part got in. He holds a true level of professionalism and truly cares about his customers. David Richards in service has also helped me and he is great and helpful as well. This sold the deal for me and again...no bait and switch, I sent pictures, they made the offer, thats what they gave when I bought.Overall, just a great experience (and Ive only had 1 other great experience buying).Value, integrity, felt valued as a customer, positive atmosphere, and Logan was awesome from start to finish.
