Went for recall service. Second time for the same thing: hood latch. Waited for almost three hours. Also, before they used to wash the car every time it was there for any kind of service. Not now. Average service-average grade.
Priorities for lifeI bought 4 cars from this dealer over the last 2 years. Service has rapidly gone down here. I came here to get my VA Inspection done 3 times. Each time they said my car will not pass without even taking it in for inspection. Last visit was declined for a flickering light on a fog light. The old man at Service is the most obnoxious guy in the dealership and has no customer Service skills when communicating with clients. I am sitting in their parking lot writing this. Today I came and spent 2 hours at the dealership for my oil changethat paid a premium price for the car over other dealerships. My oil change was due on 5/13/2021 or another 1800 miles from now. My last oil change was in February. 5 months after the old man said he will not do an oil change now. PRIORITIES FOR LIFE means NOTHING. I paid for my state inspection elsewhere. Now oil change too making me over paying for this car. BUYING CARS FOR SERVICE IS NOT HERE ANY MORE AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF BUYING THE CARS cheaper at other dealerships.Once before I installed brand new brakes and brought the vehicle for service. I was told that my brakes were bad and needed new brakes. I told the GM about the incident and he spoke to the mechanic who admitted that he did not remove the wheel to inspect and just wrote bad brakes. Horrible service and the old man will do more harm than good.
Very professional. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Very clean and modern facilities
I wasnt impressed at all after being told what I needed for my car. When a customer decides to wait to get what is needed for there car that should be end of story. Not Comment will thats up to you then will yes it is up to me its my freaking car. I just didnt like the comment not good customer service. You guys been taking care of my car since I brought there first owner. Dealing with someone like that will make a person go sowhere else. That guy is terrible!
Shout out to Jorge Ayala for providing me with the best customer service a Nissan owner can ask for. I called and talked to other agents and they didn’t even seem to be interested in answering my questions and I was quite upset for even owning a Nissan to begin with.Jorge surely restored my faith and trust in the priority dealership. He surely deserves black belt in best customer service. He went out of his way to make sure my car is well taken care of and always kept me in touch with what’s going on and the ETA on when my car will be ready.I highly recommend anyone going to Nissan to work with him as he is extremely nice and values customers concerns and feedback.Thanks Jorge and I hope Nissan recruits more people like you.

The service they provide is great but they try to guilt you into overpaying for filters and wipers. I priced a cabin filter at less than $16 and they priced it at $64. So I have to pay 4 times as much because they install it. I will do it myself

The technician whp signed my vehicle in, Matt Rivas did not let me know that my car was ready nor did he check in with me at all during my three hour wait. I had to personally go check to see if my car was done, it seems it has been for a while. He also mistakenly charged me for a service that is covered under the Nissan Priorities for Life, thankfully the attendant checking me out corrected his mistake. I heard from some of his co-workers that this is not Matts first time making these mistakes. Never had a problem here before but this instance was very unprofessional and a waste of time. If Matt Rivas is your technician do yourself a favor and check in regularly on your vehicles progress to avoid potentially wasting a few hours of your day. And double check your reciepts!

Misrepresentation of Wear and Tear ExpensesI do not appreciate your lack of acknowledgement that there was a misrepresentation of the damages on my vehicle in you last response. Yes, I knew that there could be potential damages to my vehicle but the representatives should have never given me verbal assurance that everything is okay, I have seen cars with way worse damage, you wont have any major expenses for your wear and tear, we just looked at your car, and everything is alright. Let me be very clear, I appreciate your follow up responses over the last week, but I do not appreciate your final response that does not acknowledge my claim of misrepresentation. Also, you should never respond to a customers inquiry with all of the letters in bold font, it leaves a negative impression. I know you have a job to do, and you have colleagues to support but your response was disrespectful and lacking courtesy. It is not about the money for me.
