We had a great experience at Mazda Brown’s Chantilly since we got the first message from Nick. When we stopped by for the test drive he had different options to show us and knew everything about the car. He made sure the ac was blasting since it was the end of a work day for us and it was really hot out. Nick let us test drive by ourselves giving us time and privacy to discuss our thoughts on the cars. We didn’t close the deal right away and never felt forced to do so. The day we went back to get the car, we were treated very well by both Nick and the manager whose name I’m failing to remember. We recommended the place for family and friends already and I am certain this will be the place we’ll go back whenever we’re on the market for a new car.

Our experience with Michael Arevalo at Browns Chantilly Mazda was unmatched. When we first arrived to test drive some cars, Michael greeted us and got two vehicles prepped and cooled down for us. We drove them and realized that this one was the winner- he made the process SO SIMPLE. After I went home he sent me a link to fill out our paperwork to get the process rolling, was extremely communicative, and when we came in this morning to finish everything up we were in and out in an hour. Kevin was the best salesman I could have asked for. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He never pressured me into staying or making the purchase on the spot. If you come in, specifically ask for him.I think it also helped that I knew what I wanted. While waiting for someone from finance, I observed a couple that were planning on going to a couple dealerships and the manager was using those stereotypical tactics to get them to stay. This strong handing is off-putting and always makes me not want to buy a car. Showing you care about the customers best interest will always be the best way to make a sale.

So far just like how you fill the Mazda in said picture up with Premium gas, Ive gotten premium service from this dealership and Im a new customer. Its been the best experience so far they were already upfront with correcting results from their inspection they did on this used Mazda I got from them. Thats a severe contrast from the last dealership I got a Mazda from, also used, I had to do my own investigations to point them out on their faults with a proper inspection of the vehicle to make sure it was safe.Best Browns dealership by far, and best dealership in general even, honest to God, I havent met another dealership like them. And the lounge is just pure comfort. If you want a premium AAA experience go to this Mazda dealership. If you want subpar go to any other dealership.
I had worst experience while trying to buy car from this dealer. I was looking for new car during chip shortage so the car prices were hyped up. As the CX5 I was looking for was not available in-stock I paid a deposit for it and was told that it will be available in next 2 weeks. I waited for 20 days after paying the deposit and did not receive any call from dealer about car status thus decided to call them myself. For my initial 2-3 calls the sales assistant just kept saying that vehicle is in transit and will be here shorly. After few more consistant calls I was told that vehicle was damaged in transit and wont be available. Really - after paying a deposit upfornt and waiting for almost a month for car you are telling me that vehicle wont be available. (Who knows maybe they found another buyer to whom they sold vehicle at higher price - I dont trust the dealership anymore) On top of that manager at dealership provided me with 2 options - get refund of deposit or transfer deposit towards even more hyped up car which will be coming in few weeks. I then made a wise choice of not buying vehicle from this dealer and started looking around for other dealers. There are really good dealers in the area who actually care about customers and treat customers equally irrespective of the market situation.
Very impressive operation! The facility is nicely appointed, clean, and well organized. You actually enjoy your time in the space. I was greeted by Samuel Velasco, my salesperson. He was a class act. He had the vehicle that was interested in ready to go and he was patient in answering my questions. He had a great attitude and treated me with dignity and respect. I appreciated that they didnt rush me and allowed me real time with the vehicle to get used to its features and functions. He made the buying process easy. After working with Samuel, I was sent to financing, which I usually dread. This time it was quite pleasantly the opposite, thanks to the Finance Manager, Tyler Hovey. I was expecting a serious back and forth session, but Tyler proved to be kind, personable, highly knowledgeable, and very skilled at this craft. It was very easily the best experience Ive ever had in a finance department anywhere! That is thanks to Tylers demeanor. When I showed him my PAL, he asked for the opportunity to get better terms for me, and he did. The best part, he didnt have to go through a myriad of banks to do it. He got me a great rate and terms. He took me through each step of the purchase and thoroughly explained what each item meant. There were no hidden fees, no excessive up-selling, or undue pressure to get anything other than the vehicle that I was there to buy. I am glad to have met the staff at Browns Chantilly Mazda, from the Sales Manager John, Sales Associate Samuel, and Finance Manager Tyler. The people make an organization and this place has wonderful people. I will happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them. It doesnt matter if its new or used, youre still treated with outstanding customer service. That is what really won me over!

I just bought my second used CX-5 from Nick Kolodny. My Grandaughter also bought one. He makes what can be a difficult negotiation easy and enjoyable. He is very responsive and perceptive to my concerns. He’s quick witted and has a joyful sense of humor. Most importantly he knows the cars and I trusted him. Could I get better deal from him? Maybe, but I walked away very satisfied on both occasions.

Purchased a used CX-9 from Sebastian, Tyler and team, and they did an outstanding job. Extremely transparent, communicative, detail oriented with no surprises. And I had spoken with about 4 dealers before ending up here. The CX-9 I bought had a few scratches, to be expected, however they bent over backwards to get the scratches repaired in less than a week and documented it all. Additionally I was coming from NYC and had considered driving down in the event the car wasnt as described or if there was something that wasnt correct given the online listing, but after multiple conversations with Sebastian, I was so confident that I decided to simply fly down. I would, and will, look to them in the future for other purchases and highly recommend the employees / sales team / finance team at Browns.

I want to start out by saying I LOVE mazda and all of their great vehicles, and i used to LOVE this dealership, so much so that I would drive almost an hour to get my car serviced here. however my last visit was so terrible that i cannot see myself or my family returning anytime soon. I made an appointment at 11AM and when i dropped it off explained that i needed an oil change and front and rear brakes/ rotors. i was then asked if i wanted a rotation and i said no because i had recently done it and did not beed it. then i was told that they would look at my brakes when they did the oil change to see if i needed the service even though i was confident that it did. I waited patiently in the dealership (started at 11am) until 4pm in which an employee asked what i was doing still. apparently the phone number in the system was off so i waited an extra 30 min. the nice employee then explained that i did need brakes and rotors and that I would most likely need to drop the car off. I having waited 5 hours, would not be dropping my car off so I said no and just was going to pay for the oil change. Then they claimed i could have it done by the end of the day that day but i again refused. Then I was handed a bill for a 3000 mile service (oil change with tire rotation) even though i was clear that i just wanted the oil change and that the tires were rotated the previous month. and it gets worse… as im driving my hour long ride back the tpms sensor goes off, and when i arrive to my house i smell a strange burning smell. I popped the hood and realized that who ever put the oil in the car spilled some on the manifold which when heated filled the cabin of the car with a terrible smell. after some time cleaning the oil off of my car and reseting the tpms, i could not believe the experience that I have had with one of my favorite dealerships/service centers. I waited for the customer survey so i could respond but for some reason this time it was not sent.

Very positive group at Browns Chantilly and always felt everyone from the team was friendly and honest. They know how to deliver a modern day car buying experience and exceeded my expectations.

Usually you get passed off immediately but he took the time to show us the cars on the showroom floor and then professionally passed us onto Sebastian Wilbern. We couldn’t have gotten a better sales person for our ten star experience. He was extremely kind, professional and personable. He answered all our questions, let us test drive the cars we were interested in a timely fashion, and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and various trim levels. We also worked with sales manager, John Gutierrez, who was also extremely professional and kind, and worked with us to meet our desires for an exceptional experience. Dealerships are known for their pushy atmosphere and this was the total opposite. They truly provide you a seamless and wonderful experience in such a clean, modern and beautiful atmosphere. I had a great experience buying my first car at this Mazda location thanks to Aiden and the rest of the sales and financing staff! All of the members on staff were super friendly and helpful, there was no hassling with final car price or getting financing, they were able to get me a low-interest loan, and they let me choose what I wanted to add on in terms of services and extended warranty without any pressure. I love my new Mazda CX-5, and would definitely recommend test-driving and purchasing from this location!
I reached out to my local dealership in Chantilly, VA, and they stated that the issue could no longer be covered since it was outside the warranty period. I asked if there was any “goodwill” assistance that they could provide since I’ve been a long time Mazda owner who is loyal to the brand. This is especially relevant because I’m looking to replace my aging Mazda6 in the next year with a new model. When they said they could not help with the warranty because of the expiration of SSPA0, I asked for a quote to replace the inherently flawed component with a new part. I have not received a response back from the dealer and 5 days have passed.I do not understand the lack of customer service from Mazda when this is a known defect. As mentioned previously, I’m currently in the car market and I’m strongly considering the Mazda 6 or CX5. This lack of customer support over a known defect is very concerning and especially in light of this becoming a safety issue if it is not corrected. Note that the Mazda TSB SSPA0 bulletin shows the part # that needs to be replaced and that it would amount to .7 hours of labor. The lack of communication and assistance from the dealership is very concerning. It should be a fairly quick and inexpensive repair, and Im hoping that Mazda Corporate will provide some support so I can get this resolved quickly.
Had my new 2021 Mazda3 Turbo serviced here for its first service. Natalie, took car of my in such a professional manner, and I received videos of my car. The whole process was done quick and easy, I will be coming back to do the rest of my services here :).

Here are my recommendations if you are buying a new car:1- Drive the actual car you want to buy, and drive it enough before walking to the finance room.2- Ask for full transparency on the status of the car you are buying, from a technical and mechanical perspective, before signing any document.3- Have the sales person, the manager and the finance person in the same room to assure you that the car is good to go and you will not need to come back tomorrow for a little issue they discovered while you are signing the document4- To be fair, the sales experience was good, and the sales person knew his product and that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of one.
30 minutes before my service appointment was scheduled to start I received a call from the dealership telling me they do not have a loaner available. They were not willing to do anything to make up for the scheduling mistake. Really no flexibility to compromise, shame.

Mazda was the last one on the last, and I unknowingly saved the best for last. He found me everything I was looking for and more. Very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great car buying experience. Matt, the GM, was fantastic and so was Tyler in finance. BE AWARE!! Stay away from buying a used car from this dealership. if I could give them 0 stars for I would. I got sold a car with a major problem. I definitely think, they cleared the engine code (engine light) before I took it home with me. An engine light popped out on my dashboard a day after I bought it. I called in to ask them if they would do anything and refused. Although, they said they would take a look at my car to see what it was wrong, but they would charge me $140 for that, which is ridiculous. I took my car to the shop and it costs me $1650 to repair it. Also, they said they put new brakes in the car and they are at state minimum requirements. complete BS. I would advise to take used cars from here for a pre-purchase inspection or go to a different dealership.
My wife and I were shopping for an SUV. I was skeptical about coming here because Ive had bad experiences with dealerships. It was COMPLETELY different from what I expected. Michael, John, and Tyler were all amazing. They provided valuable information and were friendly without being pushy. John matched the offer we received from another dealership on our old Mazda 6. Tyler and Michael stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and we walked away happy. We got a beautiful used CX-5 for less than we expected to spend. I wish I could rate minus stars and had read reviews. This dealership is dishonest. I was lied to from the minute a made the appointment to try car and through out the process, all my questions were delayed in answering or were not answered outright. We agreed on the price and the day I would pick the car up and I received a text on my way car was in the process of being sold. It was clear from the beginning that because I was buying outright and not financing I was not valued as a customer as that’s where they make their profit. My salesperson was seasoned and it’s clear that his unprofessional manner was all because he was dishonest from the beginningThere are so many other Mazda dealers - find a trustworthy place to buy a car

Received unsolicited invite from Matt May from the Management Team to contact him strictly within 7 days. It was signed with Warm Regards. I called and after VERY long wait was able to talk with Warm Regards wisher, but he was busy and after taking all my contact info promised to call me back very shortly. Never happened. Nonetheless, sales trick ignite my interest and I tried to get in touch with member of Management Team again. This time did not progress farther than voice mail. Again the same story: Name, nature of call, best number to reach, best time to reach... Never heard back. Persistence still simmering, I am calling again and leaving detailed message through front desk with the option to be contacted by either Warm Regards wisher or any of his lieutenants. Never happened again. 7 days deadline is about to expire, arming myself with the remnants of perseverance I am calling again to find out that Mr. May is off for next few days. 7 days expired, Warm Regards dissipated. What a bummer... Still puzzled - Browns Chantilly Mazda, what was that?
I have been going to this establishment for 6 years and each time my experience gets better and better. This time my sales experience was with Nick & Matt, both were super patient and Nick was just very insightful. As usual Jeff in the finance was very accommodating and made sure he thoroughly explained everything and nothing was missed. Car buying doesnt have to be an intimidating experience. This is especially true at Browns Chantilly Mazda. Do your research over the internet on what a reasonable price is for the car. If you have a trade-in know what it is worth. Then visit Browns. My whole experience there was very positive. I got a very fair price on my trade-in. I got a reasonable price on a brand new CX30 which I very much like. Did they make some money on the car? Sure they did. Did I get a fair deal? Absolutely. Save yourself a major pain when it comes to buying a vehicle. Go armed with information and have Reasonable Expectations. Then, try Browns. They treat you with respect. You will leave like I did - happy to get a fair deal without going round and round. The days of that kind of negotiating are over. Browns proved that to me. They get my highest recommendation.

I bought my Mazda’s from them in 2012. Ive never had an issue but the last 2 years the service has been horrible. I can’t get anyone to call me back or give an update on my car. I’ve sat on hold for 20 minutes multiple times. I’ve waited 3 hours for a Va inspection. They’ll have my car for days at a time with no communication & excuses that the person on my ticket is out for that day. I advise going to another Mazda in the area because they will leave you with out a car for days to weeks with no rental.
My experience at Browns Chantilly was nothing short of spectacular. After interacting with 3 other dealerships where salesmen were pushy, rude, and ignored our needs, Browns Chantilly was a breath of fresh air.My wife and I went in to replace one of our cars. For fun, I test drove the brand new Mazda Miata ($33k+). I loved the drive, but as a big dude, it was also tough to fit in, not to mention, far out of my price range.Instead of pushing, the Sales Manager, showed me a 2007 Miata in amazing condition for a tiny fraction of the cost, meeting my needs and giving my wife and I lots of space to talk and think.They stayed late, helped my wife decide on the perfect car for her, and even worked with our CarMax appraisal for her trade-in, no hassle, no fuss, just handed the keys, got the check, and got the most money for our car without needing to go back to CarMax to sell the old car.Matt, Aiden, and everyone we encountered at Browns were incredibly nice, considerate, and often encouraged us to pause and think, look at other cars, and take our time making the best decision for our family.Buying a new car is a stressful process, pushy and shady car salesmen arent going to make the process any better. Browns removes the stress, is very transparent, has no issues letting you get cars inspected by your own mechanic, they even gave a 3-month guarantee on a car with almost 200k miles. THAT is how much they believe in the quality and condition of every car they sell.Honestly, drove off the lot with our 2 new cars with such peace and happiness, I think Ill probably just stick to Mazdas from here on out.
I recently went car shopping and visited two dealerships. My first stop was at Dodge in Manassas in which I had a terrible experience. It was so bad that I did not want to go to Mazda as planned to look at another car. Sebastian Wilburn asked me to give him a chance and was surprised that Dodge gave such bad customer service. He showed me what the price options would be for 2 cars before we even got in to test drive, which was very important to me. They even allow you to test drive the car alone if you want to. I opted out for that since I didnt know the area. We drove a sedan first because I was looking for a lower payment, but I couldnt help wanting to drive a different car. I ended up getting the Mazda3 hatchback with turbo instead even though it was a higher payment. The car was for me, but my husband had to sign paperwork. Sebastian did not treat me differently because I was a woman alone looking for a car with a Jack Skellington hat on and a face mask that said We Are All Mad Here and a voodoo jacket. He let me get everything ready so my husband would not have to be there long to sign paperwork since he is handicapped. I have had the car for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. I was so happy with his service. I definitely recommend this dealership and Sebastian was a great person! He has even been available to answer any questions I have about the car via text. (I am not a phone person) and I am so grateful for that.
Matt and Nick were very courteous. Process went well and I love my car. The service especially made a good impression on me as Krystal took a lot of extra care to make sure the hitch I had installed looked nice.

In my search for a more economical car for commuting (1.5 hours one-way), one of my good friends convinced me to check out a Mazda dealership and Im so glad that I did! I actually went and test drove models on a couple of occasions before deciding to make a purchase on a 2016 Mazda6 i Sport sedan. The staff is extremely accommodating and they really do care about making sure that the customer is happy with their new car, especially Product Knowledge Specialist, Nicholas Glumsic! I was pleased with my experience purchasing a certified, pre-owned CX-5 from Chantilly Mazda. My salesperson, Aiden, was attentive, responsive, and helpful. I did end up having one issue with the vehicle in the first week that Matt, the sales manager, helped me resolve. After getting a flat tire, I inspected the remaining tires and noticed that they werent in line with the manual/OEM specification (wrong/lower speed rating). I spoke with Matt and expressed my concern. The dealership ended up replacing the three non-standard tires, and I bought one to replace the one I punctured).Would recommend to others looking for a vehicle.

Overall a very good buying experience at Brown’s Chantilly. Aiden Phan was patient and accommodating as we to test drove a few cars on a rainy Sunday. Knew I wanted a CX-30 but he helped to narrow it down to the trim level based on what features I desired. Any questions he couldn’t answer, he quickly sought out someone who could. Once I’d decided on the vehicle Aiden showed me all settings and features while waiting to meet with finance dept. Thanks for the attentive customer service.

They fixed issues that another Browns mazda dealership created on my vehicle. Honest. Friendly. I would honestly encourage all people who get their vehicles serviced at Browns Fairfax Mazda to switch to Chantilly. They also take video of repairs and send it to you via text, which I like as well.PS-fixed my key fob free of charge, saving me $385. Browns Fairfax location would have 100% just charged me.Chantilly has a noticeably different attitude towards customer service.

Browns and their digital dealership is definitely the way to buy a car. It is seamless and painless. I made one trip to the dealership for 15 min just to take the car( CPO 2019 Mazda CX-3) for a spin. Other than that I did everything ( credit app, finance and trade in ) either online or on the phone. Our salesmanSebastian, who was professional and knowledgeable, personally delivered the car to my home. We signed all the paperwork here in 10 minutes. Sebastian went over all the features of the car then drove off in our trade in. One cannot ask for a better service than that! The finance manager Matt May was also very easy to work with and quickly put our application through. I cant imagine ever buying a car the old way again!Thanks Browns!
Had a great experience today at Brown’s Chantilly Mazda buying a used Infiniti G37x. We went to a dealership before this one looking at a similar car but not at the quality here at Browns. This car has every feature I had been looking for and more - even down to the color of the car which was dead last on my list of importance. We went in with no pressure and no intentions of buying our 2019 Hyundai Tucson Night Edition, but it was everything me and my wife wanted and our salesman Conner and sales Manager John made this a VERY easy process.
