They have the kindest and most attentive staff. They were able to squeeze myself and a friend in on an already busy Friday. I have always jumped around to different nail salons as I have not found one where I experienced both great quality and service, but I did here. Fair prices as well. Its a bit out of my way but I will definitely be making this my place.

I dont really take care of my nails but wow they fixed them up! Doesnt even look like my hand anymore. AND I got a hand massage all while watching food network. Will absolutely be back!

You get what you pay for. I have been getting gel manicures here for about a year, and the nail techs are all very nice, but the quality is only okay. The main issues Ive had after a manicure are my nails are always thick/uneven, the polish sometimes has bubbles or doesnt fully dry (even after using the UV lamps), and the gel polish sometimes chips after only a few days. Im not sure what the contributing factors are for the polish-related issues, but if I had to guess, the polish is sometimes old/difficult to work with and should be thrown away. Theyre always happy to fix these polish-related issues for free, but I dont have time to go and get my manicure fixed when it happens. Their prices are very reasonable (I think I paid less than $45 for my last fill, including tip), but if youre expecting perfection, Id go somewhere else.

Nails are gorgeous!!!!! ❤️ There were a couple hiccups BUT instead of leaving a bad review, I talked to the manager and staff and worked out a resolution for the issue that happened. Everyone working was really nice, polite, and easy to talk to. They were detailed with my nails~ I got black gel polish with silver chrome on top stiletto shape, and coral gel polish on my toes. I’m looking forward to returning! Thank you 💗

I can’t thank Lee enough. I frantically called her after attempting and failing to remove powder nails. Yes, I tried the acetone and it did not work. I immediately knew it was going to be a hard process. So I decided to look for nail salons near by, nail gallery and more popped up and looked like the best rated in the area. So I asked at 7:59pm, Lee answered and she told me the prices and then when I said I’m interested in coming in she told me they closed at 8pm. My heart sunk, I didn’t know how I was gonna remove the nails as I started the process but didn’t have the energy to keep going. She listens to me and says “how far away are” I tell her Its 7mins away. She then says “come in, I’ll wait for you” wow. Now that is great customer service and going above. I drove over in my face mask, yes. Clay mask and all, I walked in and they were surprised to see me but knew who I was from my call. She immediately started working on my nails. Instantly we knew it wasn’t going to be easy, the powder wasn’t coming off. She tried a few different ways to make sure she didn’t damage my nails but tried her best to remove the powder nails. She got them after several different methods including acetone, filing and cutting. We started talking and I got to know this human, she was a survivor, she was a worker, she was kind and made me feel safe and sound knowing she would take care of me. I felt like I knew her all my life, we had similar backgrounds and immigrant experiences. She fought to make something of herself for her two kids. She truly was an angel. This was a sign that humanity still exists. She made my night and truly through her eyes I saw myself. I got teary eyed hearing her story and why she works so hard. Similar to any mom she is working hard for her two beautiful kids and her family to make a life in America. Wow! What an amazing experience. Thank you Lee!! You truly made my night by not turning me away and helping me I need. Thank you for sharing your kindness and life story. You are truly an inspiring woman.

Although I love this nail salon and the women are awesome at everything that they do. The rates are comparable as well!I have had Kathy do my gel nails three times. One time the nails turned out great and two times I had to get them redone as there were lumps, different shaped nails and she tried to file them with wet acrylic and that did not turn out well. I told her that one nail was twice the size as the other nail and she was going to leave it that way. I had to ask her three times to please cut it down because I could not keep it that way. There were ripples and some were filed to appear lopsided it took two hours for her to do a fill. I think with more training Kathy will be great!

If I could give this a zero I would. The employees have horrible attitudes and ignore you when talking to them. I asked the lady if she was gonna clean my cuticles and she was like that’s $5 extra, and I asked for coffin nails she charged me extra . And they would clean the nail polish on the skin. If you want horrible nails go to nail gallery!

The grossest salon I’ve ever been to. They reuse everything. Towels and scrubs for feet. I now have athletes foot. They don’t know how to do dip nails.i had 3 nails break the same day I got them. If I could rate this negative I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Should get closed.

I went to Nail Gallery and More to get a full acrylic set. I was pleased with my nails when I left, however that same night two of my nails already broke. I called the next day and they told me to come back in and they would fix them for me. I was very unhappy I had to go back another day to get my nails done, but I needed them fixed. I returned the next day and they not only fixed my two broken nails, but also redid all of them for me and now they are perfect! Even though my first experience wasn’t the greatest, they went above and beyond to make things right. This is the best acrylic full set I have gotten and will definitely be back!

Lee is so sweet and professional and she makes you feel very welcomed and she is not money hungry like the majority of the shops in Minnesota. Lee and Holly does an amazing job on nails Ive had acrylics on for a month and my nails still looked brand new, my acrylic never broke not once Lee and Holly do a fantastic job in this shop they know what there doing this shop is by far the best nail shop in minnesota.

This is the cutest nail place in town. They are very sweet, and always play good TV shows while getting your nails done. They do my nails perfectly every time and I go twice a month! If a nail every breaks or chips they will fix it for free also. Highly recommend 🌟

I have come to get my nails done here twice now and every single time I have had each nail tech take their time in shaping and smoothing my nails to my liking and to perfection. I would 100% recommend coming here! They are always open early and usually will stay open later if you really need to get in.

If you want to have your nails break by the next day with a brand new set go ahead and come here.I dont want to bash them and say they dont know what they are doing but my nails constantly broke even after coming back to fix them. Then when I came back for an actual fill they took off the BRAND NEW set I had on and put on a new one and made my nails the thickest I have EVER seen them.Given all the inconveniences I had with them they still charged me full price for the fill and mind you they still asked for their tip knowing Im not happy with them because Ive had to come way too many times to fix my nails. My GEL POLISH chipped and chipped time every time. Its gel polish thats why you pay for it so it doesnt chip. Between the times that I went in to fix my broken nails I wasnt the only one coming in to fix my broken nails that are freshly done by them. Dont get me wrong they are very sweet people but thats just not enough Im paying for a service and I want it done right.If I were the owner I would compensate my client for the inconveniences without them needing to ask. Ps my fill broke a week in after I got it done and at that point I was VERY mad with them and just over it. Those nails were so think that it ruined my real nail. Ive NEVER had a problem with my acrylic nails and most definitely never had any nail tech do my nails that think. Ive always asked for natural looking nails and I have never had any issues up until now.

We had 6 of us go get manicures and pedicures and they took great care of us. We called a couple weeks in advance to make appointments so they had all hands on deck so we could all get done at the same time. They even let us bring our own champagne! Plus they did a fabulous job on our nails!

I requested tips and didnt get them. My French Mani is horrible and I asked to have the line smaller three times and my cuticles werent cut correctly and I didnt receive a hand massage.The technician was more interested in her conversations on her phone rather than actually doing my nails and it was $35. My daughter didnt receive a massage with her pedicure which was $25 to cut her nails and paint them. It seems really high for not having a massage, not sanding her feet and painted with regular polish products and shes a child. This is my second time hear I thought Id give them another chance but I will not be returning I was also asked if I was going to tip.I dont believe employeesshould ask you if youre going tip. I think it should be something that is left to the customer to offer.The table that I had my hands on hadnt been wiped off and was dirty from the last customer.

There are two “Nail Gallery” locations in Chanhassen....the other is just on the other side of highway 5, about a mile from here. I have been a customer at this location for years—good serviceand prices are cheaper than at my hair salon. It’s not a spa experience, but you’ll get your nails done by a skilled technician at a fair price.
