I absolutely love DS nails! I have come to DS nails on and off for over a year and honestly every time I go somewhere else Im disappointed. The nail techs constantly ask your opinion on whether or not you like the shape, color, or design. The price is also spot on. Its extremely affordable!

I got the best dip manicure I think Ive ever had in my life.I was in search of a new nail spot and my boyfriend googled this place, so we went on the fly just to try it out. Im so glad we did! The owner, Donna, did my nails and we bonded and talked about our families all while being so detailed and gentle with my nails. Getting my nails done can be vulnerable for me since Im a serial nail picker, but Donna was so kind and gentle while giving me good advice on how to heal my nails overnight (Carmax on the cuticles! Who knew!). Ive never written a google review before but when I came home, I knew I had to hop on here and write one. My new nail spot for life.

Oh my god people!!! You need to go here best place I’ve ever been to. They treat you like family they do an amazing job!! I was scheduled at Venus nails at 7pm in Waconia and got there no one was there so we called around this place picked up and said yes we will take you no problem and did the most amazing job I am mine blown. staying here never leaving!!!!! Love love love !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Best nail salon in area.

Ive been here 4 times and have loved my nails every time. The techs are very conscientious and make a great effort to give you what you request. I highly recommend the dip manicure because it protects your natural nails and they wont break, or chip like a gel manicure can. It was $40 for the dip when I was there last, which is a very fair and typical price.

The ladies at DS nails and spa are of the MOST friendly in the business. I have been to many different salons all over (including outside of the state) and they are some of the sweetest ladies! I was thanked many many times for my patience if they were running behind, greeted immediately when I walked in and always treated with respect. They wear their smiles beautifully and I’ve only ever had awesome experiences with them. They keep up on the latest trends for an affordable price. I messaged the salon, requested the manager do my pedicure on the make an appointment invitation, and went to the salon, where I was the only client the entire time I was there. Very nice looking, clean salon. The manager told me she had another appointment at the time I requested and handed me off to the other tech. Okay. But during the entire 45 minutes I was there, the manager had no client. Both the manager and the tech work masks, but neither mask covered their noses because their glasses fog up--masks need to cover mouth and nose. Not good. The manager kept telling me I was getting a great pedi, that my tech was doing a great job, etc. She didnt ask me; she told me. A bit odd. I did have a decent pedi, but nothing to rave about for having the deluxe. Im new to Chanhassen. Am I expecting too much? Nobody died--1st world problem, I know. Im disappointed--and probably will not go back there.

I dont usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to write one on this nail salon. This was by far the most fantastic nail experience I have ever had! I have been to so many different nail salons over the years, especially because I travel for work, and this place is the BEST I have ever been to. Kim did my nails today, and she did a wonderful job!! Not only did she do a great job on my nails, she also made me feel welcome and was so kind and friendly. She offered me water, and conversed with me throughout the whole time I was there. The atmosphere at this nail salon is so relaxing and welcoming. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I felt like I have been coming there for years, yet it was my very first time. I will definitely be back!

Friendly professional service 3 times now. Twice I made appointments, once I walked in, my experience was great all the times. Donna (owner) is very kind, the technicians I have had are nice and thorough. I will continue to go back.I have continued to go and still love it 2 months later. Donna greets me by name. Ive convinced my husband to go and get a pedicure and he likes it because they didnt make him feel bad about the condition of his feet or like he shouldnt be getting a pedicure as a guy. Great place, great people.*edit 4 months later: still love it, still go often. Even better I have a friend with physical disables and the staff here were super accommodating to her needs. Just tried to book an appointment for an acrylic pink and white fill. I was told they only do dipping. I Even offered to bring in my own professional acrylic. What kind of place doesn’t do acrylic?

THE BEST place to get your nails done. I always come in with an idea and walk out with my nails exactly how I wanted. I will not be going anywhere else but here!!! (Also, I HIGHLY recommend getting the dipping nails!)

This place is great! Everybody is very nice and I can always get in when I want. I usually call ahead because I like not having to wait. I have gotten gel manis & pedis, regular mani, and dip mani. Great quality on all. I dont go anywhere else anymore.

My nails look awesome.Weird experience though while checking out. I had a coupon and the owner wouldnt accept it - claimed it wasnt valid. My advice, dont try to use the coupon from Local Savers.

This place was not good. at all. very very very over priced for the job they did. i asked for acrylic and they gave me a very very bad regular nail. and charged me so much! i could have done better my self ! however the owner wad very nice

My 3rd time going here and all 3 were top notch. Gel lasted longer than anywhere...20 days without a chip before i wanted a color change. Donna owner is exceptional but other 2 gals were great too. Dont need coupons or groupons as their standard prices are reasonable. Didnt love the country music playing this last time but we cant always have 70s rock...or classical is always welcome.

My fiancé had an absolutely terrible experience here. She was given cuts on almost all of her fingertips and her consultant said she was trying to file her nails down, but instead filed her fingers and the skin near it to the point where it started to bleed. The consultant then proceeded to give her attitude, saying that, you were bleeding before I even got started. We are both absolutely disgusted and appalled and will never be taking our business back to a place that employs staff that are so incompetent both at what they do and how they treat people.
